This resort is beautiful. Very clean, the food was excellent and they have plenty of options to choose from. The staff was amazing, especially Ruby who participated in many fun events with our family. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing family vacation.

Great resort. Very friendly and helpful. I lost something important to me. Long story but they sent people in with gloves and search twice every inch. Never found the item but big thanks!!!!

Our whole family of 15 went to celebrate our granddaughter's 15th birthday. It was kind of cool some days. The only heated area was the jacuzzi but the children weren't allowed, Also the kids waterpark was always cold since it's in a shaded area. Our 2,4 and 8 year old grandchildren weren't able to enjoy it. The resort was crowded, you could never get a lounge chair. The food was good but not great. The beach area was small and had a lot of seaweed.

Don't attend the UVC sales meeting!
This is a nice Hyatt all-inclusive resort. The food, beach and staff were excellent. We would recommend it for families w. children. Alert !!!! We were invited to attend a Hyatt Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC) presentation in exchange for a $300 resort credit. After the presentation, we decided to book spa services, only to be told that the credit could not be applied because the spa treatments were considered a “special package.” We wish this restriction had been clearly disclosed before we booked the services. We spent approximately five hours in the UVC sales presentation. As Hyatt Globalist members, we have always loved Hyatt and trusted the brand, but this experience significantly changed our perception. During the presentation, we were strongly encouraged to purchase a UVC membership priced at $30,000. The sales pitch promised: -Unlimited bookings at over 100 Hyatt all-inclusive resorts -No room cost, only $79 per person per night -Additional savings of 25% off through RCI for non–Hyatt all-inclusive or non-Hyatt properties Our immediate reaction was that the offer sounded too good to be true, and we expressed this concern. The salesperson assured us it was legitimate, explaining that Hyatt relies on guest spending on food and services and benefits from volume. Because we are loyal World of Hyatt members, the offer sounded appealing, and we signed the 57-page contract without fully reviewing every detail b. we were so tired and hungry after 5 hours of meeting. The following day, after carefully reviewing the contract, we discovered that: -There is no written language stating free accommodations -There is no guarantee of the advertised $79 per person per night -The contract language is extremely general and does not reflect what was verbally promised When we logged into the UVC system, we were shocked to find that under our contract: -We are still required to pay retail accommodation rates with only a 25% discount -These rates are higher than what we receive as Hyatt Globalist members -The “free gifts” and credits offered are heavily restricted and difficult to use We contacted UVC customer support by phone, and they confirmed that the pricing we saw online reflects our actual contract terms. When we confronted the salesperson, he continued to insist that free accommodations were included and appeared to delay the process, despite the 5-day legal rescission window. We emailed and called UVC to cancel the contract on the third day, well within the rescission period, and have yet to receive any response. This was a deeply disappointing experience and felt misleading. As long-time Hyatt loyalists, we expected transparency and integrity. Unfortunately, this experience has caused us to seriously question the UVC program. I strongly advise others to think carefully before attending a UVC sales presentation, as it was a significant time commitment with outcomes that did not align with what was presented.
