Would Highly Recommend this Resort!
When I was reading some of the other reviews on this resort, I was a bit hesitant for my stay. I can proudly say that out of the many all-inclusive resorts I have stayed at in Mexico, this took the number one spot! If you enjoy a smaller resort with a clean modern feel, this is the one for you. It was very easily accessible due to its size. The pool and hot tub were always cleaned and maintained nicely along with the rooftop pool for preferred members. The staff all across the resort were absolutely fantastic and accommodating. You can genuinely tell that they enjoy their jobs and love meeting the guests as they are very kind and personable. The food was incredible at all specialty restaurants, buffet and cafe. At the cafe, their breakfast sandwiches, gelato and iced lattes were my go-to. For the buffet, I didn't eat there too much since for breakfast I typically went to the cafe and around lunch I typically had tacos or fresh sushi from the dining area near the pool which is also super convenient for a quick snack. The times I did eat at the buffet, it was super fresh, fully stocked, clean and tasty! I ate at each of the specialty dining options and I can confidently say, I did not have a single meal I did not enjoy. Drinks were great from the bars, and I can appreciate that they had some of your typical 'top shelf' liquor options as your regular options as I have been to some resorts that they just have knock off brands. Also, I cannot forget to mention, I hosted my wedding here! Josselyne was my wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was so communicative, attentive and kind throughout the whole planning process along with my entire big day! She made sure everything went exactly to plan and I cannot thank her enough for all that she did! I also added the DJ and MC to my wedding package and let me tell you, it is worth it! They did a fantastic job with the playlists that I provided and having all of the different genres mesh seamlessly throughout the night. The MC was very well spoken, very attentive and organized and she was so sweet the whole night as well. We got married on the Palapa and boy is it beautiful. The palapa was actually the main reason I booked my wedding at this resort, and it exceeded my expectations. Our reception was hosted at the rooftop and that was also a very beautiful location in which they decorated so perfectly! If you're hesitant on booking this resort for vacation or for your future wedding, don't be. It is worth it! The rooms were clean and spacious, excursions are not far away, and taxis can be requested through the resort directly. The ferries are a 15-minute walk away or a quick taxi ride over if you're looking to explore the island of Isla Mujeres. Overall, for me personally I didn't need to book many excursions because I enjoyed my time at the resort so much that I didn't want to leave!

Very family friendly
The service at the resort was great, and the food was excellent! We also loved the cafe which had great coffee, ice cream, and mini sandwiches. Monserrat at Coco cafe was so sweet and friendly and would make our toddler little cups of steamed milk. Restaurants were easy to book and accommodated our large group easily.

Great resort. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Make sure to make reservations for restaurants, they fill up fast. Spa treatment - we did the relaxation massage - was great. Fitness center is awesome.

Great staff!
Overall our stay was lovely! The weather wasn’t always amazing, but the entertainment team, especially Zeuz went above and beyond! He was so fun and was always making sure we were having the best vacation!! There were a few people who stood out as well - Erik and Zamir from the entertainment crew (we happened to do most activities with them). Jose kept us hydrated from the Sports Bar and made sure we were having a great time! Without these people going the extra mile, I’m not sure we would’ve had as good of a time as we did!! We are already talking about coming back all because of Zeuz!
