Great dining experiences
We were 3 women on a short getaway. The entire experience was great. The service and food was very memorable. Favourite restaurants were the elevated Vista Prime Steak House for food quality and atmosphere and Blue Water Grill for preferred club on the roof. Our waiter both mornings was an amazing gentlemen named Geyler. He customized our experience and made us feel very special. Thank you from room 1502- Leiber/ Wellington group.

Truly Unforgettable Wedding Thanks to Dreams Vista and Giselle
We hosted our wedding at Dreams Vista Cancun in September and could not have asked for a more perfect weekend! Friends and family traveled from five different states to celebrate with us, and every moment was pure magic. We kicked off the festivities with a White-Themed Welcome Party on the Ocean View Terrace, it set the tone perfectly. The cocktail hour with a mariachi band had everyone smiling and ready to celebrate, and our reception on the Preferred Deck Infinity Pool Rooftop was a total dream—twinkle lights, ocean views, and all romantic touches. The real star of it all? Giselle, our incredible Wedding Coordinator. She took every idea we had and made it even better than we imagined. Her attention to detail, creativity, and calm energy made the entire experience seamless. Our guests loved everything about the resort—the pools, spa, restaurants, and especially the family-friendly activities. The staff went above and beyond, and everyone is already talking about when they can come back. Thank you, Dreams Vista, and especially Giselle, for making our wedding unforgettable! 💕

Dreams Vista Cancun
The resort was beautiful, and the staff were outstanding. Enrique, Daniel, Adrian, Gabriela, Cesar at the restaurant Bar La Plaza provided the absolute best service around. Enrique is the best bartender on the property. He will take good care of you.

Wonderful staff at the Dreams Vista
We just returned from a stay at Dreams Vista and were so impressed by the incredible service throughout the resort! The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. We especially want to recognize Mario and Geyler at the Bluewater Grill, who made our breakfasts such a pleasure each morning. They were truly excellent. A few other standouts were Gabriel at Mi Lucrezia and Gerry at Prime Vista -- both provided wonderful service. We were also very impressed with Victor, who seemed to be everywhere around the resort checking in with guests -- his friendliness really stood out. And Manuel from the spa team was great as well; he was friendly and helpful while sharing information about spa packages. The staff who took care of booking excursions were also wonderful. The food overall was great, and one of the highlights of our trip was going fishing off the resort and having the staff at the Bluewater Grill kindly cook our catch for us — it was an amazing meal and experience! The hotel overall was good! We did not book this resort ourselves as we went for a wedding. We are unlikely to stay again. However, it was fun to check out and overall had a good time. The rooms were good. We received regular cleaning and the beds were comfortable. There was a bit of noise some nights - the worst of it being incredibly loud wind! But mostly it was fine - I only needed earplugs a couple of nights (we were on the 15th floor and hear lower floors could be a bit noisier) A disappointing aspect of our stay was the timeshare sales pressure. We were called early in the morning by “VIP Services” to attend a sales breakfast and had a few days where we felt like we were constantly being approached to buy something. It took away a bit from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are so grateful to all the staff who made our trip special.

Perfect Last Minute Getaway!
Flew my husband out for 3 nights as a surprise to celebrate his 35th birthday. He had no idea where we were headed so the anticipation was on! Our stay was Saturday 10/25/25 through Tuesday 10/28/25. We scored a great deal on a preferred ocean view room. We arrived at the hotel Saturday morning around 10:45am. We were promptly greeted and escorted to the preferred lounge for check-in. Hubby was surprised and enjoyed the exclusivity. The lounge has a small selection of food items that changes throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) along with a premium bar. There is a quaint sitting area and 4-5 tables with chairs. The staff was very kind and did what they could to make us comfortable for our 4-hour wait as the room would not be ready until 3pm (standard check-in time). About 20 minutes in, a VIP aka TimeShare agent approached our table and took a seat. He started off as if he was helping us with the check-in process. I knew immediately what it was, but I didn’t say anything to my husband. It took him a little longer to catch on but we eventually did. The VIP agent offered some really enticing incentives in exchange for a 90 minute presentation but we declined. We had to decline 4 to 5 times before he left, which was the worst part of our trip. Out of a three night stay, we were approached twice about a timeshare and they were very persistent. The second agent approached us on the second day and already knew about my husband declining upstairs as he made mention of it. It felt kind of weird, I understand business so I wasn’t too surprised. However, those timeshare interactions are the only thing that makes me think twice about returning. Our room was two levels below the rooftop on the 15th floor. The room was gorgeous, but cleaning left some things to be desired. I wasn’t really tripping as I know that house keeping has a very limited amount of time to turn over several rooms. The only thing terrible was the hairball on our bottle opener at the mini bar area. That was pretty gross, but we moved it to the side and disinfected the room. FYI, I do this at every hotel stay. The whole process takes only about 10 minutes. I’m not sure if this is included in every room, but we did get a fully stocked mini bar along with a Nespresso machine. The mini bar had sodas, waters, and beer. It also included a bottle of tequila. We only use the sodas , waters, and coffee and the mini bar was restocked once during our stay. With the preferred option, we did get access to the rooftop bar, which we were told that all of the preferred bars have premium drinks. We also had access to a rooftop pool. The pool is small and on our first day, there were no chairs available but if you come pretty early in the day when they open, you can enjoy an immaculate view from the rooftop. The pool overlooks the ocean and Cancun city and it’s beautiful. Some other pluses were the customer service from the waiters, restaurants hostesses, bellhops, and house keeping. They were all amazing! We ordered room service one morning and the breakfast was delicious. We gave a pretty decent tip and asked for another Nespresso coffee pod but he never returned. That was a bit of a bummer. Overall, this day was really nice. The food was good to really good. Every restaurant is worth trying, and the pistachio ice cream was so good. The only thing, I didn’t read the dress code and some restaurants, requires men to wear pants indoors or you have to sit outside. This was no big deal for me, but my husband likes air condition. There was no issue at the Japanese restaurant, but we had to sit on the patio at the Mediterranean restaurant, and the view was gorgeous. For the buffet, you can wear pool attire, but it cannot be wet. It’s best to go to the buffet before you get in the pool because if your swimwear looks a little wet, you won’t be allowed in. I like that they have a standard for clothes, I just wish I would’ve read it before traveling, but it all worked out for us. We’re considering taking our kids back as it is a family resort. Even with it being a family resort, the kids weren’t overwhelming while we were there as a couple. Perhaps it was the time of year. The only thing that makes me hesitant about taking my kids back is the timeshare hounding. I’m not a fan of sales. Maybe I can note that and they will not bother us. The next time we return. Thanks for a great stay!
