The entire staff at Dreams Vista Resort make you feel very special. I had an extraordinary experience with Carlos Yepez who greeted me every day for breakfast and got me my favorite dessert after I finished! Carlos is very warm, friendly and uplifting! I can’t thank him enough!

Great experience and wonderful staff
Amazing family friendly resort. Extremely helpful staff that are constantly doing everything they can to take care of you. A couple standouts were Alvin, and Victor. Truly wonderful people, ensuring you have a great time. Claudio at the main lobby bar is amazing! Give him a little freedom and he’ll blow you away with his drink and showmanship. Great experience all around

Dreams Vista delivered on all fronts. Service was excellent, the rooms were clean and well-stocked, food options were plentiful and very good quality for an all-inclusive resort. The views are spectacular and the size of the resort is perfect for families. My elderly parents and young children were traveling with us and I felt comfortable letting them explore on their own at their leisure. All the staff is amazing - so friendly and kind. My son got the flu while we were there, and the doctor on site and farmacia were so convenient and helpful. The concierge routinely checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for him. 10/10 recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun time with their family.

Loved our time here!
We just got back from an incredible 7 days at the Dreams Vista Cancun. There was a total of 13 of us that travelled together and we all absolutely loved our experience and time at this resort. We have stayed at other Dreams resorts and I would say that they all are quality resorts and I trust the Dreams brand. We upgraded to Preferred and I would definitely recommend this. The rooms are all the same but the extras that you receive are worth it. The Rooftop is only accessible to Preferred and it was one of our favorite places to be. You can have a delicious breakfast here which is where we ate everyday. They have a great area for cocktails, an adults only pool and the most spectacular views! We also booked a private dinner where the pool is and it was incredible! The service is great too! As preferred you are also able to book at the Vista Prime Restaurant. This place is so beautiful and definitely worth going to. We did pay extra for specific cuts of meat, which I would recommend as it is much better quality, but you can just order off the menu as well. You also have access to the 9th floor which has a bar with more premium drinks and light snacks throughout the day. We did have a Spa day as well and it was incredible. We spoke to the Spa Concierge, Manuel who is stationed at the pool and he gave us a good deal. The experience was fantastic and the spa is absolutely beautiful. You start off with the Hydrotherapy which is a Eucalyptus dry sauna, a wet sauna, a cold plunge and then hot plunge. We then had a massage and mini facial and it was the best experience. The staff there are very well trained. You are able to just book the Hydrotherapy which in itself was a great experience. There were 4 of us that went together and we all loved every moment. There is not much of a beach area at the resort but they have quite a bit of seating. They have a dock as well that has more chairs and you are sitting on the top of the water which was our favorite. We did not go into the ocean there but you can take a ferry which is a short walk from the resort and head over to Isla Mujeres, about 25 min away. There are beautiful beaches to visit there. There is one large pool with lots of seating options. The resort isn't huge so you can usually find chairs easily. Many people still go and save chairs in the morning but the days we didn't do that, we didn't have issues and we needed 8 chairs. There is no swim up bar but the servers are very attentive and come around every few minutes so you are not waiting long. There are great snack options near the pool area as well. They have nachos, tacos, burritos, great sushi, hamburgers and other snacks. All the food that we had was great. We did not make reservations at any of the restaurants (except Vista) and we did not have to wait too long and we had 13 in our party although we did go for dinner around 8pm. We ate at the Italian restaurant, Portofino's twice. It was very good-they have a forno pizza oven. We also ate at the Japanese restaurant and that was one of everyone's favorite. The sushi was so fresh and everything was delicious there. The service is fantastic wherever you go. All the rooms have an Ocean view and they are spacious enough. We had a standard room with 2 beds. Nothing spectacular about the rooms but they are clean and comfortable. We had one small bottle of tequila in the room plus beer, water and pops. Not sure if they provide more if you ask, we didn't. We did order room service when we got there as we arrived very late and everything was closed. It took a long time to receive the food as you have to book a time slot and the food was OK. We only used this service once. As preferred, there is a pillow menu through the App which you can order the type you like. I would definitely recommend this resort and I would go back. We had an unforgettable experience and enjoyed every moment of our time there. There are so many options when it comes to where to stay and it can be overwhelming with all the choices, but I definitely trust the Dreams brand as we have never had any complaints or issues with anything when we have travelled. If you choose to stay here, hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Loved it!
Loved this resort! Food portions were generous & tasty. Service was very attentive & fun. Beach was small but easy to get a seat in the morning. So glad we got the Perferred (we had adult kids. Younger kids can’t access the Perferred pool. Perferred lounge for drinks for the win!) Hope to be back soon!
