    Jr. King Swim-out Suite is Amazing!

    Amazing service from all the staff, particularly at the pool (Edgar, Chris, Eduardo). We rented a jr. king swim-out suite in the 1100 block and it was a beautiful room and a private pool only accessible by a few rooms was amazing. Loved not needing a towel card or wristband at this resort. Great restaurant and the buffet was delicious each day.

    Not worth your money. Have better standards.

    Our second time in an all inclusive in Mexico and Hyatt ruined our experience. Do not stay at this unnecessarily expensive place. The amenities are mediocre at it's best. The food is average and does not accommodate all dietary needs. Not all restaurants are open at said times and the staffs are uninformed. We went to a closed restaurant after confirming with the staff and when we updated them that it was closed, they seemed surprised. The app is useless and doesn't have all information. Pools are smaller. We got an upgrade to use the facilities in the adult-only Secrets resort and found it was worse than the family one. Pools are much smaller. Staff were good in servicing near the pools. There was a cockroach in our bedsheet. One good thing was the VIP concierge service team (especially Fabiolla was amazing) and the Vallarta Adventures tour desk was great. Save your money and stay at a better one like Iberostar in Riveria Nayarit.

    Lively and pleasant staff make all the difference!

    Our Butler Noemi, Entertainers Jorge and Armando, waiter Oliver, and the ladies in the coco cafe made all the difference for us! The resort was very clean, and you could tell that the Hawk they were using kept all the birds and little critters away when you were eating outside. The pools were clean, pool entertainment was engaging and fun and the room was always well kept and made to make us feel special!

    Family Vacation

    We had a great time at this all exclusive resort. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. One of the staff members there, Roberto Mata made our stay extra special. He would make sure we always had what we needed for breakfast and lunch at times. He's a great asset to Dreams Resort.

    Staff is amazing, just amazing!!!!

    First and foremost, the staff could not have been more helpful. They really made the experience. I would name them, but I would be afraid I would leave someone out. Just know they want to help and make you happy. Food was Ok. Our view from our terrace was amazing and the plunge pool was warm and comfortable. Bathroom, bedroom and living was clean and beautiful. They had all the comforts of home. Pillows were a plus. The only downside is no Corona Beer and check in process was way tooooooo long.
