May 09, 2025Our experience was definitely 10/10
Our room was on the 7th floor on the preferred side. We had a beautiful view of the Ocean and pools. Our wedding was truly amazing. Loved the options of different resteraunts and activities. Also not to mention we had the best Butler Ricardo that help took care of all our needs and answered us within seconds when needed. Me and my wife had the hydrotherapy at the spa it was worth it. Staff everywhere was super friendly. All around 10/10. My friends and family loved every minute there.

I realize I really don't like all inclusive resorts but was great for a big work group / but the quality of bedrooms and slow front desk staff drove me a little nuts. Would have been fun for a wedding group too! but for those prices need bette customer service / half our group didn't get welcome drinks / concierge was not helpful bo lists of anything in town. / so slow - but once you realize they are all super mexico time and dont expect good service - it gets better.

Great staff , except at reception desk. We tried Le Petit Chef experience and it was cool for the little one . Food is good, drinks were sometimes really good and other times watered down. Entertainment staff did a good job every day . The kids club was great for the kids. Location is really good, everything is near by and taxis are cheap All in all a great vacation spot if all inclusive s are your thing.

Beautiful location and attentive staff.
Beautiful view from lobby and our room. Current in ocean can be strong at times and there are some rocks as you walk into the ocean but those can be avoided for the most part. One day we were advised there were jellyfish, so we couldn’t swim that day but all the other days we were able to go in the ocean. Hotel is bit older but decently maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food options were as expected and gym was fairly big. Beds were comfortable but wish they were queen size instead of double. Overall nice stay.

Great resort for family vacation, but prepare for loud evening music
The resort itself is great, the service was wonderful. The reviews in general are accurate - the pools, beach and service are top notch and we had a wonderful family vacation. The buffet restaurant is average, the Mexican restaurant was a great experience and I highly recommend the Tappenyaki dinner show as well. However, as you'll see in other reviews, the noise in the evenings is over the top - weddings on 4/7 nights we were there, and the music was loud until 11pm. With small kids who go to bed earlier, this was a challenge (we brought our white noise machine for them, thank goodness, it helped us sleep as well).

This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
