    Service was great!

    We stayed for 6 days in early May, 2025 for our wedding. We had 33 guests total including ourselves of all ages. The wedding package we purchased through the resort was a great deal, and we booked a room block that saved ourselves and our guests a lot of money. Our wedding coordinator, Karla was so helpful, attentive and thorough - all of the staff at the resort was, from the poolside service, to servers and bartenders at the wedding. The service we received at the wedding and the resort as a whole was top-notch, the staff truly went above and beyond to make our time there amazing.

    Great customer service from all the staff. Easy to book any excursions and Anything you wanted to do. Foods excellent alot of selction i especiallyliked the taco stand by the pool. Highly recommend for families looking to do a trip to Puerto Vallarta.

    Great resort, great time , great butler !

    What a wonderful vacation! It was hot and humid in June but the resort kept the inside and rooms nice and cool. Plus cant complain too much when your surrounded by pools and the ocean. The master ocean view suite as absolutely beautiful. You definitely get your money worth here. Ricardo the butler was absolutely awesome. He sent us what was going on each day so we knew what to look forward to. He also answered all questions and took care of all concerns right away for. Definitely recommend this place and if you go, make sure to say hi to Ricardo the Butler

    First experience

    Had a very pleasant time at the resort being our first time there . Ricardo was also great from beginning to end . The room we had was great and better than we expected. Staff was very nice and helpful . Great customer services and always had smiles .

    Feedback for Dreams Vallarta Bay – Areas for Improvement

    Feedback for Dreams Vallarta Bay – Areas for Improvement As an international wedding photographer, I travel to luxury resorts worldwide, and unfortunately, my experience at Dreams Vallarta Bay was negatively affected by one major issue: lack of internal communication. ⸻ 1. Internal Communication – Urgent Improvement Needed: Throughout my stay, communication between departments was disorganized and inconsistent. My strong recommendation is that the hotel implement an internal system or staff app where all relevant guest information (room number, email, event notes, etc.) is clearly recorded and accessible to all departments. Guests should not be expected to memorize or repeat the names and promises of each staff member they interact with. In my case, a staff member with the last name Quezada informed my wedding clients (the bride and groom) that if they rented me a room, I would be allowed access to photograph the wedding without issue. Based on this, the bride paid for a room, and yet the hotel did not honor what was promised. Additionally, the agreed rate of $152 USD per extra person was not respected, and during checkout, I was treated with a tone that was both unprofessional and uncomfortable. I personally explained to Manager Luna that as a guest, I am not responsible for documenting every verbal promise made by individual staff members. The hotel should have proper internal notes and follow-up systems in place. ⸻ 2. Sustainability – Packaging Material: The plastic bags used for the white slippers in the rooms are extremely rigid and not biodegradable. For a beachside resort of this category, using environmentally harmful materials feels outdated and careless. I encourage Dreams to consider eco-friendly alternatives that reflect the resort’s beautiful setting. ⸻ I share this feedback in hopes that it inspires operational improvements.
