The Kids Explorer Club was amazing! Our daughters truly loved how engaging and fun Sarahi, Alejandra and Luz were with them. Anytime someone makes your kids feel special it makes us parents smile. Thank you and Blessings!

Jan 01, 2026Celiacs beware! This is not the place for you!
My daughter and her family and another couple are here right now and I’ve had multiple exceedingly frustrated, angry and sad phone calls daily. She has celiac and they have not been able to accommodate her. She is left waiting for food she can eat up to four hours, for each meal, so her husband has had to take care of their child alone while she sits waiting alone. Not a family vacation! She has said to me multiple times they would have been better off staying home or getting an air bnb.

High quality all inclusive experience. The staff are very helpful, the resort is well kept, and the food is above average for all inclusive resorts.

They say welcome home when you arrive, it feels like it!
Stayed several times, every time we come the experience is excellent. Great food and staff. It’s a wonderful place to get away for awhile and relax the days away in the sunshine.
