Arriving experience was very nice with very attentive bell boys, including a nice drink. Reception with checking in apart for the front desk, in a UVC separate room was quick and with a personalized attention looking to satisfy all my needs. We were assigned a dedicated “butler” (mayordomo). Hs name is Mauricio who was attentive to absolutely everything we needed, he solved all the problems we had and offered additional recommendations which made our stay very comfortable. He made reservations for every activity we wanted to do, making them, easier with no frustration and no time consuming. Checking out was done with him and it was excellent and quick. We want to say he did an outstanding job. Room service was very nice, In Francisco and Jonathan were very attentive and handy in every order we made. We had to mention all servers in all the restaurants of the Dreams they were very attentive all the time with all we needed. We want to mention the ones at the Japanese restaurant

Fabulous !
I loved this facility and felt pampered and really enjoyed this venue. I had a hydrotherapy and massage treatment that were the highlight of my weekend. I loved the location of the resort. The pools and grounds are beautiful, and the rooms are clean. There were lots of choices for dinner, and all of the food was delicious. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. I was there for a family wedding right on the beach. It was fabulous !

STEER CLEAR if travelling with kids or light sleepers
-fireworks @ 9pm -dance music with poor sound insulation -allergies not consistently labelled (waffles have milk, not labelled) - pools without fences or lifeguards - Smoking area is between kids pool and kids playground - doors slamming reverberate down the entire half &sounds like a wrecking ball - room was not cleaned in 3 nights -minibar was only restocked, only with water, when we asked. We paid for preferred upgrade that advertised as unlimited mini at restocks -Restaurant by pool with dry clothes and sleeves required dress code just doesn't make sense

Husbands surprise birthday 🎂
We absolutely LOVED this all inclusive hotel. Everything we could ask for. Food was always fresh and a wide variety of options. Staff went above and beyond to take care of our every need. We would definitely choose Dreams again!
