We had a few problems with our room that caused inconveniences. If you have an adjoining room, Make sure your adjoining door locks... Ours was broken which meant the next room (strangers) could have entered at any time.

Hotel was great. Food was delicious, drinks were cold. Our kids loved the kid's club. They didn't want to leave! Huge thanks to Estefanía, Sarahi, Alejandra, Luz, Nadia y Lesly for making their vacation unforgettable. Hope to be back soon!

Nov 13, 2025Beach/lounge chair policy for guest at Dreams puerto Vallarta
I’ve stayed here many times and, as an Unlimited Vacation Club member, I’ve always appreciated the staff. They are kind, helpful, and not the issue at all. This review is directed at the hotel’s policies and management decisions. If you are looking for peace and quiet, I can no longer recommend this resort. Guests are not allowed to place beach loungers farther down the beach, even though the pool area is extremely loud with music and ongoing construction. We sat in a quiet beach area for a full week without any problem, then were suddenly told we had to move back to the noisy pool side. The staff were simply enforcing the rules they were given. The problem is a management policy that forces guests into a loud, stressful area instead of allowing access to the quieter part of the beach. Until management reconsiders this policy and addresses the noise and construction, the resort is no longer a peaceful or relaxing option.

Above 5 star service!
We stayed here for our friends' wedding and could not be happier with our experience. Misael at the pool bar stood out for us in that he literally left the bar and drove to Walmart to get my wife her favourite guava jiuce for guava margaritas. This is just anexample of how good the service is as there were quite a few more similar instances throughout our stay. Thank you Misael and the rest of the staff for making our experience so memorable!

Resort pass day trip
Joel, Alessandro, and Edgar were spectacular! They made our day visiting the dreams resort off our cruise ship. Highly recommend visiting.
