Oct 28, 2025Family Fall Break Trip
We had a nice family trip for our kids' first visit to Mexico. This resort has a charming Mexican ambiance. One of our favorite activities was taking the Hobie Cat with the activity guide to a small reef just off the beach for snorkeling every day.

Had pro's and con's
Pros: Staff was nice and the service was good in general, food was very good we enjoyed the restaurantsand the buffetand even got room service, never disappointed by the food. Kids club was really great our little one loved it and the staff the worked there really did an amazing job. Cons: mosquitos ( they have a huge problem and they know it, they have off sprays available at every restaurat night but bug spray does nothing to help. The hotel needs to spray for mosquitos. This was a major down side for us. Beach was terrible in October so much seaweed and smelled bad, not the resorts fault but important you know what you are in for.

What a beautiful, authentic hotel Dreams Tulum is. It really feels like a Hacienda! The grounds are immaculate, well kept and the staff are keen to please across the board. A special shout out to Ronnie for being so full of life and making us feel so welcome and Nancy, Claudia and Elena in the Spa who made our first family spa experience so special. The food is fresh and diverse in the World Cafe, but it would be great to see larger menus in the other restaurants. My only other criticism is that the beach doesn't look like the AI ones we were sold, but it's still really beautiful. Please sell visitors real images! :)

Amazing Vacation at the Pool!
We met Ronny at the Resort and he has amazing energy. He was able to encourage me to Exorcise in the pool. I am 70 years old and really enjoyed my time !
