Was a great hotel over all. Just felt a bit boring at times during the day. We wrte celebrating our honeymoon and didnt want party all day. But we wanted some entertainment during the day. Very limited. Gluten and dairy allergies and it was pretty boring for options of food. There were options but limited. Eggs and fruit was breakfast every day. We dis preferred club and honestly probably wouldn't do that at this location specifically. We enjoyed it previously at another dreams location. Pushy sales reps...they arent selling a "time share" but very similar pitch and aggressiveness and we had to sit through 4 sales guys before they would let us go and each time they got more pushy. Of you don't tip amazing all the time service is really noticed. Which we always left something, but almost was better to tip each interaction rather than at the start of the week or day. It was an expectation. At least how it felt. Staff were very nice though and helpful when applicable.

Partying with Charlie beats
Had an awesome night with Charlie beats as our dj skybar club. Best music there is and gave us lots of sparkler sticks and was super friendly and fun.

Dj Charlie was killing it tonight
Dj Charlie was killing it at the sports bar when I was there he was playing the best beats and was giving sparklers for us to dance with probably one of the best experiences I had at a resort

Wedding wasn’t the only beautiful moment
Dreams Resort was every dream come true. From our checkin experience at the Preferred Club to our excellent housekeeping and phenomenal dinner experiences with great, fresh food options, the stay at Dreams was really good leading up to our niece and nephews wedding. I wish I could remember the two women who checked us in and consistently checked on us at the Preferred Club. One wore glasses and the other had a smile that could light up a room. They both had phenomenal demeanors especially when having to deal with a challenging man from a large group of privileged Americans. I was pleased with how she handled herself and stepped in to correct the fellow Americans behavior myself because she deserved some assistance. Fili and Eddie were phenomenal bartenders in the Club. Fili going to find our preferred drink when it ran low on day 3 of our 5 day stay. Josmar made breakfast at Portofino and lunch at Seaside Grill delightful. He personalized our experiences from day to day by remembering our preferences and offering similar and sometimes different suggestions of dishes other guests raved about. The food was sooooo good - fresh, hot and good flavor with minimal additional seasoning needed. Pool activities and swim up bar was convenient. Did some water aerobics which were needed since I didn’t get to the fitness center. If ever back in Mexico, would definitely stay here again! Oh and the wedding in Secret Garden was beautiful. Don’t know much details about the planning, but I’ve heard only great feedback from my niece and nephew.
