Horacio at the gym was very attentive, caring, and nice. He even gave my family water from the heat as we were all in dress clothes for the wedding. What a great experience. The bananas are also a nice treat. I also enjoyed my time with the amenities and the staff were always helpful and kind.

Dreams Tulum (Giselle)
Dreams Tulum is a lovely resort!! The rooms, pool and facilities are fab! The staff were so attentive and friendly. They always made sure that we had exactly what we needed! One of the staff members Giselle was great! She was super friendly and always said hello, made sure we knew what activities were going on throughout the day and is just a great staff member in building relationships with guests. She made our whole experience at Dreams Tulum extra special! We also had a romantic meal for two which was 10/10! A great resort and a great way to enjoy Mexico. We went on several excursions throughout our stay. We love Mexico!!

Family Group Travel
As a destination wedding planner working with the wedding and groups department was fantastic. No issues with check in process or with the rooms for all guests in the group. The wedding turned out beautiful! I would recommend Dreams Tulum for any family group trip .

It was the best place ❣️
Erik was the best zumba dancer lol ve he’s personality. He is a very outgoing people person enjoyed my stay here in Tulum and would definitely come back and bring more of my family members love the food out of here so hard to keep this place clean I love it will definitely tell my friends about this place and we return. love it !!!

It was great
Everything was absolutely perfect staff was amazing, the food was good the entire staff was literally the best we have ever experienced, we have been at other resorts will definitely recommend and will be back,Erik was the most nicest person ever!

- AdvisoryHotel has begun a phased enhancement project that will refresh key areas of the resort while maintaining the high standards our guests and members expect from an Inclusive Collection portfolio resort. The first phase – focused on select Ocean View guestrooms and El Patio Restaurant – is already underway and is expected to be completed by May 15, 2025. Work confined to daytime hours and proactive steps being taken to limit noise and visibility. Restaurant service has been smoothly relocated.
