Our stay at Dreams Tulum was great! The resort is beautiful and most of the food is delicious (especially the sushi). The daily activities ran by the Entertainment Team kept things interesting. Big shoutout to Erick for his friendliness, energy, and enthusiasm! The pools are big enough so they never seem too crowded, and there are fresh towels always available. The pool bar was also amazing; another shoutout to Victor for his delicious specialty drinks! The only complaint my husband and I had was about the seaweed on the beach. There was so much and it stank! For most of the days it just piled up on the shore and we were unable to swim on the beach. For the last two days of our stay we saw someone with a vehicle cleaning up the seaweed; I wish it had been like that our whole trip. While we know the seaweed can’t be prevented, we would have preferred more honest advertising about the beach and more cleanup activity throughout our stay:

We had our wedding here and had our guest stay jere as well. everyone from kids to grandparents had an amazing time. Our wedding coordinator Mariana was perfect. Our concierge Laura was amazing and helpful. Our room service attendant Juan was great. We would attend again. The hotel has so much charm and the grounds are beautiful

I love it here!
I loved it here it was really pretty. There was seaweed but the pools and staff were so good it made up for it. Bartenders were funny and the shows were awesome. Amazing vibes.

Dreams Tulum was an Amazing Experience
Had an amazing time and was able to relax and forget about everything. Customer services was excellent and the attention to detail by the staff is at another level of perfection. Definitely felt the Tulum magic all throughout the resort. However, I will say that this property shines its true glory at nighttime.

Amazing!
Amazing! From the very beginning to the very end. Everyone is soooo friendly and helpful. Delicious food, with 9 different restaurants, lovely cold drinks. The entertainment was great, from aqua aerobics, to Brazilian shows And the entertainment team Gisele, Ronni and Eric were fantastic too! But it was ✨️Ingrid ✨️who stood out for us the most She had the biggest smile on her face all day every day, she ran the activities in such fun engaging way, it was sad to say bye. Also big thank you to Horatio, the gym staff who was always there to help and chat too! Will definitely be back 💗 Renata & Ryan
