Overall an amazing experience. Secured entrance to property, literally check in and out every guest or visitor, very nice to see safety and security is a top priority. Rooms are moderately dated, yet not against the theme of the Resort. If you want new construction luxury, this is not the place for you. If you want rich history, culture, serenity and a loving home experience, then Dreams Tulum is for you. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Dietary and food allergy options are available, somewhat limited, however staff do take requests very seriously. There are dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan options at every restaurant. Would recommend using the Hyatt Inclusive Collection App for all specific menu notations(very helpful). Everyone smiles, everyone says hola, buenas dias, hello, and good day. Majority of staff does speak english, but more impressively they understood my terrible Spanish! This Resort requires you to be present; be there in person and just enjoy yourself. You don't need an itinerary, you don't need a schedule of events, you just have to be there and they handle the rest. 7 restaurants on site, 2 pools, one in the center of all the action, and one on the side for the quieter atmosphere. Beach front lounging, and cabanas with personal servers. Daily events and entertainment, from live music, fire throwing, and even acrobatic performances. They truly offer options for everyone. Erick from the entertainment team was this best part of my vacation. He is the best dancer he was very friendly and made the party more fun .

Hey, I had a fun with Erick is the best guy. He said he is very friendly. He is a very good dancer and he loves to dance. We enjoyed so much with him and I will be back with this resort.

If you go, you can save your money on the preferred club... not worth it. The rooms needed work and dirty underwear were left in my room. I will say the only reason this resort got a decent score was for the spa. Salvador and his team were exceptional but I won't be back.
