OMG all of the entertainment crew were amazing. I went with friends and family, they made everyday so much fun. We had a great time! We dancing, playing games and saw great shows.

Something for everyone here.
Just returned from my 2nd trip to Dreams Tulum.. Love the resort for its proximity to so many things. Welcoming environment with a sense of ease. Staff is very friendly plus lots of food options. Entertainment team works so hard to make the experience fun. Shout out to Ronnie, Ricky, Erick, Victor, Gonzola and Patricia. Grounds crew was raking the beach each day to keep seagrass in check as much as possible. There IS.a sandy section of the beach too. The resort is nestled within the national park so no other resorts on either side of you. Snorkeling off the catamaran, Yal Ku lagoon, or cenote. SOOO close to the Tulum Ruins too. Collectivo is very convenient and easy to use. Capture the sunrise at least once...it's exquisite

Friendly staff, great service!
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Ronny! He was so polite and friendly throughout the trip. His upbeat demeanor lifted our spirits throughout our stay and we always stopped to say hello to him! The Dreams Resort is lucky to have a guy like Ronny. Also shoutout to Adolfo from the lobby, Carlos from the swim up bar, and Norma at housekeeping. Lorenzo at the preferred lounge also made hands down the best drinks we had all weekend! His friendly demeanor was also lovely.

Best staff ever!
We had the best time at Dreams Tulum for our friends’ wedding. The staff was so kind and polite and made our stay even more enjoyable. Ronny was so friendly to us right away and seeing him around the resort always made our day. He was so helpful in keeping us involved in activities and helping us around the resort. Lorenzo by the preferred club beach was a great bartender and Norma always made sure our room was clean and ready for us when we got back from the beach. Adolfo helped us to our room and Reyes made sure our time at the preferred club beach was enjoyable and easy. There were so many other amazing people we met but I can’t remember their names but I can’t emphasize enough how welcoming everyone was to us.

Dreams Tulum Ronny
Ronny was amazing he made the whole wedding weekend great. We had so much fun playing volleyball at the big pool and the foam party was crazy. Ronny ROCKS
