Great hotel, and a great place for my kids! My children had a wonderful time! They were sad to leave. One of the colleagues, I think her name was Valeria, was very engaged with the children, which was really lovely to see. It's truly a great place for children.

Vacation with friends
Classes was excellent with Victor and ruby. Aquafina and foam party and yoga stret ching was wonderful, professional fantastic.

Awesome vacation. Aquafit team with Victor and Ruby was fantastic. Foam party was loads of fun. Stretching and yoga was so enjoyable. Loved every activity!!

Don’t miss the Explorers Club!!
The staff was very kind and engaging. The facilities and processes made us feel safe and secure immediately. We asked lots of questions and they were glad to answer and offer reassurance. The Explorers club was our kids favorite part of the entire trip. The splash pad is the best we have ever been to for our girls; 7, 6, and 4 years old.

Fabulous
We had a fabulous time at dreams Tulum. The facilities are nice and the people working the resort are even nicer; especially Horatio who takes care of the gym - he’s so pleasant, attentive and his work is highly appreciated. The pool and beach are both nice with white sand on the beaches and two pools to choose from - well 3 if you have the swim up pool like we did. We’ll definitely make a return trip at some point.
