Food really nice, beach and hotel beautiful. The entertainment team are great, especially gonzalo, we looked forward to seeing him each day, he was the best. They are great at what they do but could do with more activities more often as we sometimes got bored. Other than that no complaints at all. Thank you dreams tulum 2025

Good overall
My mother, son (3) and I had a lovely week at Dreams Tulum. The Coco Cafe and Smoothie Bar were daily staples and the staff were so lovely. All of the restaurants were good and not super busy. The only place that needs serious work and I would avoid was the poolside grill. The people cooking would touch raw meat and then the buns and it was always complete chaos. Other than this one spot the food was very safe looking/tasty. We LOVED the Explorer’s Club pool and my toddler had so much fun. The girls running it were so kind and made such a fun experience for us. The only “bad vibes” we got were how salesy this place felt. The Hyatt Membership crew literally takes over the entire resort (watch out at the breakfast buffet , it feels like they’re everywhere haha) in order to make extra bucks and perform aggressive sales in tactics with families. When you’re spending multiple thousand dollars per person all of these up charges and sales tactics feel icky. The rooms were well tended to and clean but like everyone says they need a bit of a revamp.

Nov 25, 2025DO NOT JOIN HYATT VACATION CLUB W/OUT READING FULL CONTRACT
IF YOU ARE OFFERED A HYATT VACATION CLUB DO NOT TAKE. They will state this will take 1 hour of your time yet have you there for 3+ hours where you are overly frustrated with it taking your limited vacation time and make you not over think the contract you are signing or read the 53 pages as they are staring at you to sign it on an IPAD. They will verbally tell you multiple times that you can cancel this membership at any time with no penalty YET the contract at the end of the 53 pages that most do not read prior to signing will actually state you will owe 50%. They will take complete advantage of you by giving you extremely misleading verbal information knowing the contract states otherwise.

Awesome!!!!
It was very awesome. My kids enjoyed all time in this place and play all day since 9 am to 9 pm. My wife and me enjoyed our time while kids played in this place. The mini disco and spa was awesome. Misses were very committed and nice to them.
