This is our 2nd time staying here and we are just as happy as we were the first time The staff is just wonderful! Special thanks to Eduardo and Gummer at "El Patio" and Antonio from the beach bar who made us truly feel like family! We got married at this hotel, and our wedding planner was Karla. Honestly, she was the best thing that could have happened to us! 💕 Karla is incredibly attentive, kind, and loving. She takes care of every single detail and makes sure all your needs are met. She always responds immediately and truly goes above and beyond to make your dreams come true. I never imagined this experience could be so wonderful, and it was all thanks to Karla. She made our wedding absolutely perfect!

The Heart of Dreams Sapphire Is Its Incredible Staff!
I had an amazing time at Dreams Sapphire in Cancún. I went for one of my good friends weddings. But let me tell you, this resort wouldn’t be what it is, without the amazing men & women who take care of you there. They felt like extended family and went above and beyond to care for us during our stay and were very attentive. They always remembered our names and I made sure to do the same and was appreciative every step of the way. A very special thanks to all of the below. Great Couples vacation at Family Resort
Review of Dreams Sapphire Such a great resort and hidden gem. We were beyond pleasantly surprised for the price point. We booked the Indigo level and traveled as a couple. The Indigo roof top pool and restaurant are great. The entire resort staff was amazing and the food was top notch at every restaurant (the buffet had great options). It’s a smaller resort so not a lot of walking (especially if you book Indigo). We didn’t do any excursions, but kept plenty busy everyday on resort activities such as water slides, Spanish lessons, blackjack in the pool, etc. Danni with the entertainment team is a gem. The main pool is busy but plenty big enough if you don’t want to be in the thick of the activities. The adult only preferred pool and the Indigo roof top pools are very quiet and relaxing. The beach is nice and adds to the lovely view, but is not really a great usable beach for snorkeling/swimming etc. The preferred lounge is large and centrally located. It has a nice bar with some “ok” food options. Manny will make you a great drink. We met some amazing staff members and they always went above and beyond. Miguel (the manager of all of the restaurants) is great and was always around to make sure everything was running smoothly. Jonathan (the Sommelier and Manager)at Bordeaux along with waiter Edgar will take great care of you. George at Himitsu, Moses at El Patio and Daniel at Portofino were all very attentive waiters and super fun to joke around and chat with. We have several Hyatt affiliated all inclusive resorts we want to go visit, but we would absolutely put Dreams Sapphire as a repeat.

Amazing
Amazing hospitality. The bartenders and staff were extremely friendly. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. Fansico was fantastic !
