We stayed at Dreams Sapphire for a music festival for the fourth time and are always impressed by the quality of food and service. Highly recommend the outdoor breakfast in the common area and the outdoor lunch by the pool for some good authentic cuisine. All of the restaurants are great as well, especially the world cafe for some variety any time of day. The rooms are always very clean with turnover every day and plenty of everything you need including complimentary robes and slippers. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very large with plenty of space for sleeping and sitting with friends. The staff at Sapphire are top-notch. Absolutely wonderful people who want their guests to have the very best experience. We used the gym and were impressed by the cleanliness, service there, and the machines and equipment available. We did not visit the spa this time but will try to next! Make sure to stop by the swing bar to meet Jamie!!

Staff are amazing
We stayed for 10 nights. Fantastic experience mad even better by the staff. Sandra and Francisco in the main bar, Antonio and Jaime at the beach bar were especially good. Please visit these guys and give them plenty of tips because they deserve it!!

Amazing All Inclusive
We were here for the High Tide Getaway. From the Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, to the pool, to the all day taco bar, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We never lacked for anything & the service was out of this world!
