Explorers Club
Stayed for 2 weeks and the explorers club is absolutely amazing the girls who work there are brilliant my 3 year old loved it and all the activities they did. Samantha, Sydney, Nancy and Yahaira honestly made the holiday for our little girl Emilia she loved them. The girls are incredible. Also Miguel at the pool bar was brilliant service was always so good. Only downfall we didn’t really like was as we have stayed in other dreams resorts in the area we did find the food and the service sometimes is the restaurant not up to par with other dreams resorts we have stayed in felt there wasn’t enough staff at times for the amount of tables in the likes of the buffet etc. But overall we did have a lovely stay and the staff where pleasant and always lovely.

Super stay at Dreams Sapphire. Sad to leave.
We stayed for 11 nights in early June and had a great time. We mercifully upgraded to Preferred Club which was well worth the extra money. We were placed in rooms 101 and 102 which were very handily positioned for the pools the beach and restaurants. Some smoky mornings as we were opposite the Barefoot Grill so had to keep the patio doors closed. We tried all the A La Carte restaurants. There was no booking needed. Just turn up and hopefully go straight in. Otherwise a short wait and given a buzzer. We had to wait only once but chose another one instead. I guess this system may be problematic if hotel is full (65% occupancy while we were there). The Preferred adult pool was a chilled area although the pool was overly warm. The main pool is busier and noisier but cooler. The free Bali beds were super as was the booking system for the next day. This allows guests to not book the whole week ahead allowing other people to use them. All staff at the hotel are really friendly and say hello. They are a real credit to the hotel Special shout out to Jaime, Jose, Christell and Risendo at the Beach bar and adult pool who kept us happy with the drinks. The only disappointment for us was the unusable beach due to the Sargassum seaweed which is far to prolific to keep at bay. A tractor goes up and down the beach but makes no impact. You can wade through it to get to the sea til waist height when you can swim but it is a bit unpleasant. All in all a great time was had by us all.

First visit at Dreams Sapphire
Alfredo took really great care of us at Himitsu 😊. All dishes were delicious and service is great. This is our first day at this resort. We are looking forward to the rest of this great vacation. Especially due to the special care and attention paid to our family by our newest amigo Alfredo!!!!
