    Christmas Vacation

    We spend 6 nights, beautiful place and amazing staff. Big THANK YOU to Ricardo our waiter at the beach, Ibrahim, Maria and Antonio form El Patio, Fernando from Himitsu, chef Alberto from World Cafe and of course Mauricio and his Entertainment Team.

    Great family friendly hotel

    We stayed at the Dreams Sands for 6 nights and had a wonderful stay. We would recommend this hotel for families with children. The entertainment team did a great job by the pool during the day providing fun activities for both kids and adults. I had a fun time dancing by the pool and my daughter loved all the pool games hosted by the entertainment team. The night entertainment was also fun and family friendly, we had a great time being able to dance with the kids and watch the engaging shows. My 7 year old enjoyed going to the kids club every now and then when taking breaks from the pool and beach. One of the highlights of our trip was the nanny service. Special shout out to Arleth(Arlet) from Kids academy who provided babysitting services for our two kids so my husband and I could have a couple of date nights. She was great with the kids and we are so grateful for her services. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, from the waiters who attended to us at the pool and beach where we rented Bali beds, to the waiters at the restaurants and at the special dinners held outdoors by the pool. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable!

    Beautiful beach, amazing service!

    This resort small, but the service and location is HUGE. Shout out to all the staff! Special shout out to Gustave, Gerson and Ricardo. THE BEST BEACH SERVERS on the planet! Thanks for making me feel at home ALWAYS!

    We had a great time and the weather was perfect.

    The room was comfy and we had a great view of the ocean, beach and pool area. fun times in the sun with family and also got work done as well.

    Not worth the price

    Very disappointed overall. Poor quality resort needing updating. Not enough beach/pool chairs. Beach just ok. 1 heated pool. 2 other freezing pools. Food just ok. Service decent at times but inconsistent. Restaurants freezing. Room temperature difficult to control and get comfortable. Most too cold. Harassed on the beach all day long with people selling goods. Didn't take no ty for an answer. Walking through the lobby was the same experience trying to sell you something. Been to many Dreams resorts. Very disappointed and will not return, or recommend
