The buffet is unedible... Nice beach and good room service. We were greeted by the staff during the check in, but we realized that many service area, including beach were for preferred member. Considering this is such a small beach, it doesn't make sense to squeeze regular member to such as a small are.

My wife and I spent 10 days at the Dreams Sands Resort and Spa. The resort is very clean and the food is a 10 across the board. The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. This is one of our best vacations to date. The location of the resort is perfect, it provided access to all activities, stores and markets. The area is very safe, we spent multiple days walking, we met many locals and they were always smiling and respectful. We will definitely be returning and we absolutely be staying at the Dreams location and/or another Hyatt. Thank you all for making this a vacation one we will not forget.

Thanksgiving South of the border
Staff was very attentive. Lots of activities for everyone. Grounds are clean and the view from our room was great. Will come back! Special celebration for Thanksgiving!!

The shows were great and the beach is nice. Misael is an excellent host and went above and beyond what was expected. We enjoy coming here.
