its a beautiful place! just not as baby friendly as you would think, it was hard to get around with a stroller and our room was close to the lobby so when they played loud music you could hear it through the room while babies were sleeping. so maybe ask for a room closer to the beach away from the lobby!

This place is fabulous! The beach,pools, restaurants!!! Everything! The service is top notch and the friendliest staff! Tip or no tip everyone gets the best service. We thought the food was great! The buffet is on the smaller side but you’ll find a great variety. The French restaurant is a must!!! I have to mention the staff! I’ll return simply for the staff they are the heartbeat of this resort! The coco cafe in the lobby has some fantastic iced coffees and pretty good cappuccinos. Never a chair shortage. Beach or pool always something available. Now for the only complaint, we did not always have maid service. One day the room was not touched. Heard a few other guests with the same issue. We didn’t complain and if we had I’m sure they would have addressed it. Others called not sure how they made out. It was late and we didn’t want to wait on service. Some nights there was turn down service and fresh towels but that only happened twice. I should mention we did not book the “preferred” section and the issues with room cleaning seemed to be in NON preferred section.

Staff was amazing, if there was anything that was remarkable about this location it would be the staff. Rooms were as clean as expected. Food was sub par at best. Drinks were good but everything tasted very similar with the watered down mixers they used. Weather was pretty bad and unfortunately they didn't seem to have any contingency to keep guests entertained and out of their rooms.

One of the places I want to return to
Our experience exceeded all expectations! The lush surroundings, spacious and clean rooms, and diverse food and drink options, along with great entertainment, enhanced our enjoyment. There was plenty of shade and space on the beach, so we never had any trouble finding a spot. The swimming pool area also had a lot of options, for those who are looking for a quiet area as well as areas for kids. Although there was some seagrass on the beach, it was cleaned daily, which sets this resort apart from others. I can't wait to return with my kids! The amazing water park and the serene pond, home to birds, turtles, and iguanas, make it an ideal destination.

One of the best restaurants on site.
The French restaurant is very good. Steak and shrimp dinner is very good. The ceme broulet is delicious. I even came back one time just for dessert. VINCENTE is a great leader for this restaurant. If you need or want anything, he can make it happen. Don't miss this restaurant when you come here.
