The resort is nice and clean, not too large that it feels overwhelming. The staff in general is very kind and welcoming to guests. Improvements are needed on the daily availability of housekeeping services, but all other aspects met our expectations.

Second time visiting and still enjoy this fantastic resort. Stayed on the newer Preferred Club Side for the first time and enjoyed the relative quiet, easily available lounges, and circulating staff with drinks, snacks, and cold towels. The larger rooms (Garden View Preferred Club Premium) were also great for our family with two washrooms, a separate bedroom, and a living room with a pullout couch that our daughters shared fairly well. The new mangrove reserve and waterpark are excellent additions and we kept our days full and eventful. Shoutout to our still favorite swim-up bar Blue Dorado for the amazing drinks and wonderful service from David (fruit artist extraordinaire), Adony, and Luis. Our butler, Roberto, was also greatly appreciated and responsive. Other highlights included the beach, specialty restaurants, and overall cleanliness of the resort. Minor downsides included the wait for Seaside Grill for dinner (get there early - it topped our list of favorite meals) and some service blind spot tables in World Cafe. Highly recommend visiting this resort and hope to return soon.

Dreams Royal Punta Cana delivered a relaxing vacation from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with a lively atmosphere balanced by peaceful spaces to unwind. Food options were varied and consistently tasty, and the beach and pools were spotless. What truly elevated our stay was the service, especially Ambiorix. Ambiorix went above and beyond every day with genuine warmth, attention to detail, and a constant smile. He remembered preferences, anticipated needs, and made us feel sincerely welcome. His incredible work reflects the heart of this resort and turned a great trip into an unforgettable one.

We’ll Be Back!
Amazing experience! I am celiac and I have been hesitant to go to an all inclusive because any gluten or gluten cross contamination makes me incredibly ill. The staff here were very aware of allergies and I had the most wonderful help from Jonairy who personally helped me with many meals - she made my vacation so much better by understanding how important the food prep was and ensuring every precaution was taken. She is a lovely woman who was so quick to assist and never made me feel like I was a bother (which happens a lot when you have severe food allergies, unfortunately). The resort is beautiful, so clean, with friendly staff and tons of food options for those without celiac lol. The pools were crystal clear, great for small and big kids, the waterslides were a blast, and the shows each night were fun. We stayed in building 5 and would definitely recommend it - close to restaurants and the beach, but not so close that it’s bothersome. Short walk to the lobby and theatre, but again, far enough that nothing could be heard. Our AC was top notch and the outdoor bathtub was so cool to relax in at night. We spent some time in the “preferred section” building and couldn’t see any benefit to staying there. If anything, the regular buildings were better for location to all of the pools, beach, restaurants, and theatre. They have golf carts running people back and forth constantly but if you choose to walk, it’s 10-15 minutes from that building to the main lobby. Overall, 5/5 vacation. Beautiful weather, wonderful staff, gorgeous resort.
