  Great Family Resort

  This is a fabulous family resort and no longer for adults looking for a great adults pool and some relaxation. This was our third visit to Dreams Natura. We came as a couple looking for relaxation at the amazing adults only pool that we have enjoyed before. Management had changed the rules 3 days before our arrival with no advance notice. It is now a family pool of all ages. This was disappointing to us as we spent 10 days with little kids screaming and learning how to swim. I get management’s decision but it would have been nice to know as we would have booked another resort. The staff is incredible and made our vacation. Our Butler Fernando Larrera went out of his way to ensure we had an accessible room, long rubber bathmats to avoid slipping and several goodies in our room. He is truly a gem and always goes above and beyond. In Fernando’s absence we were always taken care of by Fernando Ferchis and Noe Pat. They were also incredible. Always ensuring we were taken care of. We spent our days at the Preferred pool. Damian and Javier are amazing at their jobs as pool concierges. Always looking after everyone’s needs. They always ensured that my husband had a chair that he could get in and out of easily. Pool waiters were Javier and Ana and were very fast getting everyone drinks and always with a smile! We ate breakfast and lunch at the Bluewater Grill. Greeted always by Ximena. What a wonderful smile and always assisted us to get us into our table. Can’t say enough about the staff at this restaurant. Our dear friend Roger from our past two trips always came to see us and chat even if he wasn’t in our section. He’s a true gem. All staff members were amazing. Shoutouts to Roberto, Elias, Antonio, Marcos and Brenda. They all made our vacation super memorable. Shoutout also to Chef Frank who cooked up an amazing birria experience!!!! The Food and Beverage Manager Javier Espinoza and the Assistant F&B Manager Julien went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday and our vacation such an incredible experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Shoutouts to Brenda and Alfredo at Portofino restaurant and Abner at the buffet and Freddy at the main bar. Their service is impeccable. And last but not least we ate at the Himitsu 4 times. Food variety was amazing and our favourite waiter Jorge took care of us each visit. He truly knows customer service. What an amazing man. Thank you to Enrique the manager for an incredible experience at Himitsu. We are so appreciative for everyone at this resort. It is truly the people that keep us coming back.

  Best butler and the perfect size resort

  We had an excellent time traveling with 1 and 3 yo. This is the first time there’s been a small child’s swimming pool that my 3 yo grandson could stand up with water around the waist so he did not need a floatie Food was good for dreams and hibachi experience was great We had the best butler, Noe, that we have ever had in all my Dreams trips. He took care of 3 families needs effortlessly from reservations to housekeeping and turn down service to getting extras and while milk to the 1 yo. Our UVC VIPreps were helpful and preferred services were top shelf. Overall a great place for families looking for a very manageable walking resort

  Fantastic Family trip

  We were a group of 28 people. The fantastic service started before we boarded our flight. Fernando Corona coordinated and arranged everything from shuttle, to food, to checking in at the resort. Special shout outs to Rony, Blanca, Gabrielle, at the preferred club bar for their excellent bar tending & service. Claudio at Himitsu was super gracious to the kids and elderly parents. Puran Singh at buffet cooked excellent Indian food and made the parents super happy. Mynor at Lobby bar served us delish drinks all day long. Javier at preferred club swimming pool bar was just wonderful to the kids. Luis and Santiago from buffet kept on going and timely service for each meal. Last but not the least, all housekeeping staff were super hospitable, polite and helpful. Overall management has been doing a great job maintaining a great level of service. Looking forward to our next visit at their property.

  Ideal Family Resort

  We stayed here mid Jan 2026 for one week and had an absolute blast with our two kids aged 7 and 10. I've never seen a resort with so many young children and families- this is not a place for adult couples only. It was definitely geared towards families and we loved it all! The beach was such soft sand with swimmable water.. .they tirelessly rake the seaweed multiple times a day. We did have to leave the beach once because the neighboorhood lagoon alligator came out- but that was also excited for us to see. The lazy river is so fun, great waterslides, fun roller glider (40-85kg only) and we never had a problem finding lounge chairs. I had a spa treatment - the party sampler- and it was incredible. Highly recommend that whole experience. Tips: Get the Hyatt app ahead of time so you can see the daily activities, night entertainment, restaurant menus (this is also how you will book them), and spa specials. You'll need the app during your stay to book anything and call room service (breaksfast in bed!!) - Be sure to bring your own floaties, beach balls, etc as it's very expensive on site - We booked our airport to hotel transfer through an independent business called Canadian Transfers for half the price of what the hotel offers - We also booked an excursion through trip advisor as it was close to 30% less than what the hotel was offering - Honestly - our only complaint was our room was directly above the lobby and the music was so loud at bedtime... but we all had so much fun playing during the day that we slept hard anyways. Absolutely perfect place to bring your kids. Loved it!

  A taste of Dreams Natura

  I had an overall enjoyable stay, highlighted by several outstanding staff members who truly enhanced my experience. Roger at the Great Blue Water Restaurant was excellent, very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Josue at the Italian restaurant also provided exceptional service. He served me on both of my visits and was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. At the pool, Alex, the pool server, was always prompt and seemed to appear right when I needed another drink. Jesus also deserves recognition for his hard work around the pool area; he was constantly visible keeping the area clean, restocking towels, and promptly removing broken chairs. While the service was impressive, there were a few areas that could use improvement. I was not particularly fond of the dinner buffet. Compared to other resorts I’ve stayed at, the selection was limited. This seems to be a recurring issue within the Dreams resort chain, as I experienced the same at other locations. The à la carte restaurants were definitely the better option, although it was surprising to see that they were never full, even when staff mentioned they could not accommodate more guests. Another concern was the lack of usable shade around the pool. While there are many umbrellas available, guests are not allowed to open them due to wind. Since shade is important for many guests, it may be worth investing in sturdier umbrellas that can remain open, similar to the two permanent ones on the beach. Lastly, there are signs on every pool chair stating that belongings will be removed after 30 minutes of non-use. However, I observed many chairs being reserved for hours with no one returning, and the policy was not enforced. This made it difficult for other guests to find available seating. Overall, the staff’s dedication and friendliness stood out, but addressing these operational and policy issues would greatly improve the guest experience.
