  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Amazing entertainment by Oliver!!

  During our stay at the resort, Oliver truly made our experience unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, he was full of energy, positivity, and genuine warmth. He has such a natural talent for connecting with guests—always making everyone feel included and entertained. Whether it was leading fun poolside activities, beach volleyball, or simply chatting and making us laugh throughout the day, Oliver brought the perfect mix of professionalism and personality. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and his enthusiasm is contagious. He made every event feel special, and thanks to him, we met so many other guests and created some amazing memories. The resort is lucky to have someone like Oliver—he’s the kind of person who turns a great vacation into an unforgettable one. If you visit, make sure you look for Oliver—you won’t regret it!

  Amazing time here!

  Had an awesome time and felt very welcomed by all staff. Oliver made a great contribution to helping us have so much fun with all his different activities and his cheerful spirit is much appreciated!!!

  Great resort however they had some big downfalls.

  Beautiful resort. We had two ocean front master suites: premier level. 100% doing premier level for the club access and extra perks. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: well maintained, food was good and there was always something for everyone’s tastebuds. Many of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We never had issues finding chairs at the pool and the pool waitstaff was amazing as there were a lot of them and it was fast service. The sand is the texture of flour, it was great. Plenty of chairs at the beach and the beach was very quiet. Coffee shop is open 24 hours and they had great pastries and ice cream. Cons: The ocean water is brown (this is a first for us as we have traveled to MANY countries and beaches and have never experienced brown water). This could be due to the net they have going the length of the resort to “make it more swimable”. Virtually no one was in the water. Even though this is considered a “family resort” there is an adult-only restaurant and the infinity pool is “adults only” which was disappointing. One big negative was almost every dinner restaurant opened at 6 or 6:30 (exception was the Japanese place which opened at 5:30). We have a 1 & 4yo who go to bed at 7:30 so 6pm dinner was less than desirable and again for a “family resort” this is something they need to address. We did the Italian restaurant on the first night and waited 2 hours for our food which was ridiculous. Room service took exceptionally long as well. We waited 90 mins for lunch because they gave our order to another room; wait times for room service was 60+ mins every time. The noise level at night is insane when they have weddings (which is nearly every day as they had 2 weddings going on at the same time multiple days). Being that we were ocean front, it is probable that our room was just extra loud however we could hear the music blasting over our children’s sound machines. I need to highlight one individual who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and smooth after having issues the first day with food service. Jessica (management in food and beverage) was absolutely amazing. She arranged for lunch to be delivered everyday at 12, made sure we were taken care of at dinner and called every evening to check that everything went smoothly that day. Jessica decreased our stress and was the one person who is helping to make that resort run smoothly.

  Excellent Service Makes Relaxing Family Trip

  My family has vacationed several times at the Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort because we enjoy the family friendly vibes and excellent service we are provided. We especially want to acknowledge Ezequiel Ruiz from the Portofino restaurant. From the moment we walked into the restaurant it was clear that he was dedicated to making our dining experience something special. Ezequiel went above and beyond in every aspect of service, truly elevating our visit to another level. Not only did he greet us with a warm and genuine smile, but he took the time to explain the menu in detail, offering insightful recommendations based on our preferences. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and it is clear that he is passionate about the food being served and ensuring that our family had the best experience. He checked in on us at the right time and refilled drinks before we had to ask. Ezequiel's warmth and attentiveness created an atmosphere of genuine care and hospitality. Thank you Ezequiel for your exceptional service! Additionally, we would also like to thank all of the wonderful staff such as David from El Patio, Iracema in the World Cafe, Andy and Rahul in Oceano, Aby at Seaside Grill, and Victor at poolside - your excellent service was very much appreciated and we thank you very much for making our family vacation a success.
