Not great do not go for the preferred club experience it is a disaster They don’t keep their promises The food reviews are overrated. We like the French restaurant that was excellent apart from that it’s terrible. Room service and housekeeping not responsive Almost missed our flight back as the bags won’t delivered on time Concierge, extremely lazy can’t be bothered Pool boys taking cash for beds

We just returned home from a beautiful week celebrating our wedding at Dreams Riviera Cancun with our closest friends and family. There was a last minute unexpected rainstorm that completely wrecked every plan we had leading up to 5:00 and the wedding team MAGICALLY put together a backup plan without missing a beat and our wedding planner kept a smile on her face and the same gracious helpfulness the entire time as our guests ran through a downpour and not a single person felt as if a detail was forgotten. All the food was incredible, the entertainment was diverse and amazing, there was SO many fun activities for us to try, the resort was kept beautifully clean as well as the beach, the spa treatments were amazing and each staff member we met had a smile and kindness to share each day. All of our guests said they’d return and had such positive feedback each day. We did have a couple problems during our stay, but they were attended to in such a mindful manner with kindness and helpfulness so we wouldn’t choose to highlight any negative detail.

Daniel Uribe rocks!
Was serviced by Daniel Uribe again! He was very thoughtful and entertaining. We had some people who had wanted to join us and he accommodated us. We just celebrated our wedding the prior day and he gave us a special treat of each appetizer and our main course. I hope everyone who eats at Ocean or Bourdeux get him as a server.

The staff at Dreams Riviera are wonderful. Jose and Karla at the pool are great. Carmen, Clever and the entire lobby bar staff are wonderful. The food overall was average. The Preferred beach area was excellent. My wife and I had a great time.

Wonderful experience
Lovely staff, great food, pools and beaches. They couldn't be more helpful. Very attentive to all our needs. Had the tail of a hurricane come through for 2 days. Staff worked so hard after it had passed and everything was back up and running on the 1st good day.
