    Pool waitresses were great !

    Everyone was nice and helpful when looking for places.Susana and Korina were the waitresses of one of the pools and they remembered my name and always referred to me by it, they were super attentive to all of my families needs. Thank you ladies !

    Great hotel

    A really lovely experience , the welcome with a glass of bubbly and cooling towels was nice , all staff were friendly and ever so helpful throughout our stay . The bedrooms are basic and could do with upgrading but comfortable The bathroom was clean, tidy with plenty of towels The all inclusive was great which included free mini bar and free room service Food in all the restaurants for all meals were outstanding .. really fresh ,different menus and all well prepared . The inclusive drinks had excellent choices The pools were all well maintained clean and ample supply of towels The entertainment was good and daily schedule of activities was good Would definitely recommend this hotel and staff The only down side was the furnishings could do with an upgrade , tired and worn looking as was the doors into the bedrooms , .. but then I guess they do get a lot of rain and therefore this probably adds to the worn look

    Alberto at the beach was great. We had our day beds every day reserved. And Diana and the bartenders did great taking care of us and our kids. I would highly recommend.
