    Good times

    We had a wonderful week in this resort. The staff were friendly and attentive. A particular shout out to Mario at The Sands Bar . He was so fun and accommodating to our family. We looked forward to seeing him every day. A big plus for us was the water temperature in the pools. We have experienced some resorts where any pool activity was prohibited by the chilliness of the water. Not so here. Our rooms could do with some refurbishment but as we spend so little time in the rooms this didn't present any issues for us. The restaurants were ok. Nothing spectacular but we found plenty of choices. We particularly liked the Mexican. All in all a good trip and we will certainly return.

    Simply OUTSTANDING!!!!!

    Everything was OUTSTANDING!!! Our pool guy for service was I think was Henry. Bellman was Marlow. The check in at the Premier Club was OUTSTANDING as well. Sorry, don’t remember all the names but a gentleman who I think his name started with a R was very helpful with many things throughout the week. Absolutely loved it here and will be back!! All the food was incredible!! Great job to the entire staff and keep up the good work!!

    Fabulous family resort

    We loved our stay here. The pools were heated, the beach is gorgeous, the staff are all great. Big thank you to Mario at Sands Bar who made us delicious drinks every day and was a delight to chat with! The Sands bar was my favorite spot at the resort and Mario’s excellent service was much appreciated ! I loved this resort and will be back in a heartbeat but will list some of the negatives in case others find it helpful (none of this stuff bothers me enough to not return which is why I still gave it 5 stars): the rose and white wine are undrinkable… very drinkable, cheap whites and roses do exist so this problem is fixable if Hyatt chooses to fix it, rooms are in need of some refurbishment, restaurant availability is often limited so if you’re the type of person who is picky about what they do on any given day that might be bothersome (we just went to whatever restaurant that day didn’t have a long wait), there are tons of weddings (2-3 per day during my stay) - this didn’t bother us but pointing it out as it might surprise a lot of guests. That’s all I can think of. Loved this place !!!!!!!

    A solid GOOD experience

    This is a gorgeous facility that is well maintained. The staff here is super-friendly - EVERY staff member we came across said hello and asked if we were enjoying our stay. The rooms were nice. Only one complaint - the HVAC was flaky - went from cool and humid, to cold and humid, to hot and humid. It did not run at all one night of our stay. This was not just us. We were traveling with 3 other couples and two of the couples struggled with their A/C as well. To give you an idea, our room had just been mopped before we checked in and 12 hours later, the floors were still wet/damp. Beds were good - pillows were small and meh. Housekeeping good and unobtrusive. SUPER good free Wi-Fi throughout the resort - 4-bars everywhere. One strange thing - the only mirrors were in the bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely amazing every single day with more options than you can imagine. Lunches were just fair, and fairly limited in selection. Dinners always looked better than they tasted. I had two soups there (potato/leek and French onion) that were outstanding. Fresh salads. The main courses ranged from fair to good (but at these prices, I was expecting a little more). Meats tended to be tough. Most things needed salt and there was none on the tables. This is a kid-friendly resort, and there were a LOT of little kids there. Secrets, next door is an adults only resort owned by the same company.

    Great trip at Dreams

    Kids club staff were amazing I'm not even exaggerating they made both my kids feel like part of their family. Can't say enough about them. Miss Candy!!!!! Love the bartending staff too! Katia was excellent along with everyone else! Food was excellent as always.
