Our 1 week stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres was just absolutely wonderful. Everything from our initial encounter at registration and being escorted to our room by bellman Luviano (he was just so gracious and pleasant and helpful). There after it was just one great experience multipled over an over. The staff are courteous and service is supreme in every aspect As Mickey in the TV once said: "Try it, you'll like it"

Excellent experience!!!
Juan from bell desk was excellent!!! Resort was beautiful & very clean!! Wait staff overall was very good!! Our room was so beautiful and great beds! Food was great lots of amenities!!. he came in September and again in January!We will definitely come back again!!

2nd Time Visiting! Immaculate Grounds, and Friendliest Staff!
My Husband and I had a beautiful 5 nights at Dreams Playa Mujeres! This was our second time back as we got married here in May of 2024. The most amazing part of this resort is it's location and the beauty that surrounds it. The grounds are kept extremely clean, and the staff is the most friendly people ever! We especially wanted to give a shoutout to our fantastic waiter at the Maris restaurant for breakfast every morning, Samuel Sosa. He made every morning full of joy bringing the best energy and happiest smiles, and most amazing service. We feel so lucky that we got to experience the resort for a second time, the standout restaurant in my opinion is the French restaurant! We opted to have most of our dinners at Secrets however to have a more romantic date night feel. I highly recommend this resort!

Amazing wedding/ pool activities
We had an amazing time the wedding was amazing and the pool entertainment crew was great volley ball with toney (antonio) and isaac , we had a great time doing trivia with bryan it was a great vacation.

Epic Bike Tour
This bike tour was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ride was very easy and accessible, with about 90% of the route shaded, which made it especially comfortable. One of the highlights was meeting a baby crocodile named Poncho—an unexpected and memorable moment! Our tour leader, Jessica, was excellent: friendly, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. She shared great insights along the way and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a relaxed ride with unique wildlife encounters and an outstanding guide.
