The most amazing experience, staff is incredibly polite and friendly. Nelson, the bartender at the preferred club was very nice, Gabriel is super polite and helpful, Javier was amazing, and Luis and Alberto were very helpful

Family memories made for a life time!!
This resort is definitely where memories are made with your family! Beautiful luxurious Resort!!! Alberto & Luis (pool concierge) went above and beyond for not only us but all of our children!! Each one of them….4…. Said that they loved them. So Thank you Luis &Alberto for making our kids first time to Mexico an amazing experience!!! Also, have to shout out about Gabriel (Entertainment) he was outgoing and so friendly!! We definitely made lasting friendships with these guys and will be back just because of them!! PS…. Do the enclosed waterslide!! It’s so fast!!! lol

The most friendly staff!! Alberto and Luis (pool concierge), Gabriel and Brian (Entertainment)!!
Our Family of 6 came here to this GORGEOUS resort. To say that it’s beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. Our best experiences were definitely with Luis (pool concierge) and Alberto (pool concierge). Both of these Gentleman went above and beyond to make not only our stay amazing, but the kids ranted and raved about how great they were!! Anything our kids needed they did it. We can’t thank them enough for making their first time to Mexico a memorable time!! 5⭐️ to Alberto and Luis!! The best pool concierge we have ever had!!! Also, Brian and Gabriel with the Entertainment…. They too were extremely nice and friendly. Thank u so much!!

While I had high expectations based on the brand’s reputation, I was unfortunately disappointed with the overall experience, particularly with customer service. Throughout my stay, I found that many staff members were unhelpful and unresponsive to requests. Interactions often felt dismissive, and issues raised were not addressed in a timely or effective manner. This significantly impacted the quality of our stay and did not align with the level of service typically associated with a resort of this caliber. Customer service plays a major role in the guest experience, and I believe improvements could be made in staff training, attentiveness, and accountability to ensure guests feel supported and valued throughout their stay, especially at the world cafe location and Hibachi restaurant. At times I had to get up myself to go get my family their drinks or utensils a for that matter. Asking a simple question would seem to irritate the employees and they would be very defensive.
