    Recommended for Vacation & Wedding

    Me and my wife just got married at Dreams Playa Mujeres in August 2025. We had a fantastic experience! Iridian (wedding coordinator) made our dream wedding come true. From the planning to the organization and overall coordination of our wedding she took care of every detail. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception/cocktail were so much fun. The food was delicious. We also want to thank Eduardo (photography) and his team for such great photos and videos! Finally, we want to thank all the amazing staff who made our wedding and stay an unforgettable experience for us and our friends and family. Thank you Luis (bartender), Joel (bartender), Maria (waitress), Memo (MC), Martin (restaurant manager), you took care of us with such great service and kindness. This is a great and beautiful place for a wedding/family vacation and we are definitely coming back!

    Mario is the best!

    This was our second time returning to dreams and we absolutely love this resort. Super Mario (Mario our bartender) is top notch. We absolutely love him and he is what keeps us coming back! He is very friendly and even taught us his recipes for spicy margaritas. From preparing us drinks without having to wave him down, to teaching us his ways- he is the best! The rooms are also very updated and modern. Secrets next door is under construction, but it isn’t bothersome as they are only loud during normal business hours. The food is great, I’m a food snob and don’t have anything to complain about. We walked into every restaurant with little to no wait and had great service.

    BAECATION IN CANCUN

    Felix and Carlitos were the BEST! My husband and I will return back to the resort EVERYTHING was PERFECTO! Everyone was pleasant the whole staff waits on you hand and foot!

    Great midfield all inclusive

    Best entertainment crew, so friendly, they were great with the kids and had so many games and activities going on during the day, Felix, Nemo, Carlos, and Bryan did an amazing job organizing activities and running games.

    Poor customer service

    Poor customer service. Some of the staff are not very nice. They looked like they are not very happy to be there. They look overwhelmed. I encountered rudeness from several staffs at the bars.
