We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful, family-couple-friendly luxury hotel, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The food was excellent, with great variety and quality throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the impeccable service provided by the staff. Juan B. B. at the lobby, Alejandro at the bar lobby, Fernando, and Edwin were outstanding. They were professional, attentive, and always welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such an amazing stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Gabriel

Too food choices.
Wonderful all around. Pro tips: get the enchiladas at the Mexican place and the salmon at the French place.

Family mexican vacation
My family and i travled here in January 2026 and loved our stay. We travled with 2 small children and the staff like Edwin, pedro and Lucia would always go above and beyond to help with our little kids needs and demands lol. I couldnt ask for friendlier and more helpful staff. The hotel has many pool and chairs to accomadate your time at the pool or beach. Always chairs available and food/drinks near by. I would visit again and recommand

A delightful week at Dreams Playa Mejeres
Our 1 week stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres was just absolutely wonderful. Everything from our initial encounter at registration and being escorted to our room by bellman Luviano (he was just so gracious and pleasant and helpful). There after it was just one great experience multipled over an over. The staff are courteous and service is supreme in every aspect As Mickey in the TV once said: "Try it, you'll like it"

Excellent experience!!!
Juan from bell desk was excellent!!! Resort was beautiful & very clean!! Wait staff overall was very good!! Our room was so beautiful and great beds! Food was great lots of amenities!!. he came in September and again in January!We will definitely come back again!!
