It was our first time taking our toddler to an All Inclusive and it won’t be the last. Liliana took great care of us almost every morning at Breakfast. She always made sure we had everything we needed and helped us a little extra with having a little one. We spent our days out by the main pool so that we could get over to the kids area that was around the corner , the big slides are super fun. Luis is the Man!! Definitely the best bartended there. He made amazing drinks and I was very impressed how he’d remember everyone’s drink choices no matter who it was. Lucia ran around making sure we always had water and food. She even went out of her way to get our toddler treats like cherries and frozen chocolate milk, after a week spending time with Lucia at the different pool areas our toddler was saying her name! We really felt taken care of and comfortable our entire stay. Restaurant choices were great, pop up tacos and the sea food restaurant were our favorite for lunch but the grill had good fast choices. Buffet was pretty good and had tons of options. For those nights you want to take it easy after a long day, room service works great!! Dolce for coffee is a must and they’re open until 11pm for ice cream. Do yourself a favor and get a scoop of pistachio ice cream in your latte. The golf was good too , challenging course with fun tight fairway holes. There was a huge gator of to the side by one of the ponds. Good price too if you bring clubs and stay it was $145 a round and they have night golf too.

Terrific Family Resort!
We had a fantastic week at Dreams Playa Mujeres as a multigenerational family of 11. Grandparents in our 60’s, married children and 5 toddlers. Dreams is a beautiful resort, with immaculate rooms, grounds, pools and beach. It’s a very family friendly resort, without the Cancún Party vibe. Located in a gated resort community with access to a safe 3 mile walk/run/bike path and neighboring golf course. Great kids water pool/park, kids club, teen slide and game area, and nightly shows. Lots of family friendly food options, with good quality for an all-inclusive. The special event buffet dinners were fabulous. The staff are outstanding!! Especially Karen at check-in, lobby bartender Raul, bell hops Alexander and Roger, pool waiter Herberth, and waiter Lino. We highly recommend Dreams Playa Mujeres!

Fabulous
This is one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. Our waiter Edwin at the pool was super attentive and on top of everything. He always came by to check on us and was able to get what we asked for even when the kitchen was closing. Greatly appreciated how attentive he was. Genuine great host.

Nestor at Sands Bar
Nestor at the Sands bar near the beach was amazing. Amazing drinks and puts on a show with his bar flair as he makes your cocktails. Must visit when you stay here.
