We are still at the resort and my family and I enjoyed the last 4 days, 2 more to go! We are here for my birthday and I get to enjoy every bit of it. This is our first time and it did not disappoint. Everyone is so helpful and made our stay so comfy. Jacky was one of the best!!! She made our stay more fun with all the activities prepared! Erik always check on us and made sure that we are always taken care off! All and all, our stay was the best! Thanks to all the crew!

Oct 03, 2024GREAT BAR AND RESTAURANT SERVICE - THE REST? MEH...
Outstanding service in bars and restaurants. Housekeeping was poor and sadly the rooms smell of mildew - which is due to the humid weather, but still... If you're planning a wedding -- good luck. The wedding planner was invisible -- it rained and the chairs were wet, we were told to sit anyway. Then it rained again, no umbrellas. When we ran to the tent we were asked to leave since they were not finished setting up. By now, everyone in their fancy clothes was wet. After the wedding finally took place, we waited inside the tent because they had to bring in the chairs from outside -- and they were still wet. Probably should have gone to the wedding in bathing suits!

I can’t wait to come back to Dreams.
My stay at Dreams Resort in Cancun was nothing short of incredible. The staff was truly the gem of the entire experience—so warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was amazing, with a stunning view and everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the variety of food options kept us delighted throughout the trip. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation—everything exceeded my expectations!

Oct 02, 2024Great for an escape with the kids! Standard all-inclusive food.
We went to Dreams PM G&S resort with our two daughters (3 and 1 yo). It was a little babymoon before our third child arrives in Dec. We sought it out for the variety of restaurants and for the onsite childcare option. The Explorers club for the kids was great! Maina and her team gave us much needed time solo from the kids, while we also knew they were safe and happy. Our oldest daughter wanted to be there part of many days instead of with us at the pool! The rooms were great for sleeping kids and adults- with blackout blinds, supr comfy beds, adjustable thermostats, and a crib provided for our 1yr old (we were in a preferred 2-bed villa). The breakfast upgrade for the preferred level was awesome- we never even went to the normal breakfast buffet. The other dining experiences were not as great. We got lots of misinformation about what was going to be open on which nights which made planning for our solo date night a bust - as we were not able to try Etoile since it was closed when we were told it would be open. We thought it was beautiful, and the beds were super comfy. Really it was just nice to not have to clean and cook for a few days!

Didn’t love didn’t hate this hotel.
I will say service was incredible, Joel made us amazing cocktails at the preferred lounge, and Omar was very positive and helpful the whole time. The hotel itself could use a little refresh, our room seemed a little run down, and when we arrived there was bloody bandaids and a massive chunk of pubes in the shower. I would have liked them to upgrade our room because of that but they didn’t. The spa was a little outdated and smaller than I would’ve liked. It would be nice if they had a cold plunge, or salt room. Something a little more than a sauna/steamroom. Food was very average. But to be expected at an all inclusive. I will say they had a lot of options for pools. They had a wide variety of different pools/lazy river/ slides and lots of seating options. I also loved the beach area. We stayed at dreams vista last year and preferred that hotel over this one just because of how clean and nice it was.
