    Exceeded Expectations – Fantastic Stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres!

    We just returned from an amazing stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We are not typically "all inclusive" people, but we were pleasantly surprised throughout our stay. The resort is beautiful, the activities are plentiful, and the kids club was a standout — our child and her friend absolutely loved it. As foodies, we weren't expecting to be blown away by the food, but the Mediterranean restaurant ended up being our favorite meal of the trip, and overall we were impressed by the quality of the food, both at the restaurants as well as the buffet. I want to give special recognition to a few staff members who made our stay exceptional: Elizabeth at the Spa – My massage with Elizabeth was one of the best I’ve ever had. She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and created such a relaxing experience. Jaime at the Pool – Jaime went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed. His attention to detail and warm personality really elevated our pool days. Walter, our Pool Server – Walter was absolutely amazing. Friendly, fast, and incredibly thoughtful — he made lounging by the pool such a pleasure. Overall, Dreams Playa Mujeres delivered a perfect mix of relaxation, great food, and excellent service. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to other families!

    Perfect family resort!

    Perfect place! Peaceful and beautiful beach! Staff are so kind and helpful to all visitors. There are lots of activities and kids program so that all family can enjoy the resort. Jaime was so kind and helped me how can enjoy this kind of resort as a first visitor. I want to visit again definitely.

    Our Experience

    We had such a wonderful experience during our stay, and I wanted to highlight three team members who made our vacation truly exceptional. Jaime Lagunas – Pool Concierge Jaime went above and beyond every single day. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and proactive in helping us get settled by the pool. Whether it was finding the perfect spot, offering helpful suggestions, or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, he made our pool days seamless and relaxing. His hospitality made such a difference. Rosa – Massage Therapist Rosa gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was professional, skilled, and created such a calming experience from start to finish. She took the time to understand what I needed and delivered an exceptional treatment that left me feeling completely refreshed. Susana Cordoba – Poolside Waitress Susana was absolutely wonderful. She was prompt, cheerful, and always made sure we were taken care of with a smile. She remembered our preferences, checked on us often, and made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable. Her kindness and energy stood out every day. These three staff members truly elevated our stay, and we’re so grateful for their exceptional service. The resort is beautiful, but it’s people like Jaime, Rosa, and Susana who make it unforgettable.

    Great Stay

    Overall we had a great experience here. The food at the restaurants was great, loved that reservations were not required. The beds were comfortable. The entire resort was very clean. There were a good amount of chairs at the pools, The only disappointment was the mini bar in the room was supposed to be restocked daily and we only received more water once during our entire stay, even after I left a polite note asking for more water and soda
