Dreams Playas Bonita Panama was good at honoring each amenity as all inclusive with premiere guests perks. One of the beat bartender/DJ ever was the infamous “Z” he was a wonderful and was always welcoming with his positive and joyous spirit. *Z really is the best and a pleasure to anyone who meets him! - However the Dreams Playas Bonita Panama resort always had an issue. Daily power outages, poor wifi (which was always in the process of being fixed), the telephone service had issues, it was hard to get in contact with room service at night, the water in the room stopped working for half a day, and the television was malfunctioning not able to broadcast local channels for the first two days. - Maintenance eventually fixed the instances but the issues seemed to occur daily at inconvenient times. Due to the rain I stayed in the resort more and experienced each issue as it occurred in real time.

Z was the best bartender ever. He really showed great hospitality and made awesome drinks.... I highly recommend him ..The Power cut off a few times, phone stopped working, and the water in the room was intermittent.....Overall 4/5. Thanks

Happy 40th Birthday Hubby
King ocean view room was Gorgeous! A relaxing vacation with great customer service but what made it even better was ZANCHELIANO, the bartender in the lobby!! A smiling face that always greeted us. Drinks were good. Tip him good!! Many food options. The French restaurant is adults only but you can sit at Portofino and order from their menu if you have kids. 24 hour Room Service was good. Order breakfast, it's served hot and fresh- everything you could want!!

Sep 28, 2024Please dont go here. The hotel isnt worthy of the Dreams or the Hyatt brand nor the daily rate it charges.
It simply isnt a 5 star hotel more like 3 star. My wife got sick with the food, the chick we ate the first night was old and didnt look right. Not to mention the lunch restaurant looked liked a community restaurant. It wasnt a 5 star hotel, they just fake to be one. Really not sure how they are part of Hyatt. Not to mention you get overwhelmed by the people trying to sell you the ultimate club membership by giving you $200 in "coupons" for a spa where a 30 minute massage is almost 200 usd. thanks but no thanks guys (; I usually dont take the time to write a review I dont have time for that but I want to save another couple the bad experience!
