Our butler Albert is wonderful. He took care of all of our needs. We celebrated a birthday and we came back to a decorated room.

Relaxation at its finest.
If you want a relaxing no worry vacation this is your place. Beautiful grounds,pools,beach. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever been around. Juan was our butler and made sure to check on us daily and assist us with anything we needed.

Wonderful resort
We had a great time during our stay! Beautiful location and a really lovely resort, but the best part is the staff. Everyone has been kind, welcoming, and a pleasure to be around. We had Juan as our butler and he was amazing! We can’t wait to come back.

Dreams Onyx Punta Cana is a 10 out of 10
I’ve stayed at a lot of all inclusive resorts over the years. Dreams Onyx is special. The staff are absolutely incredible. The staff made our experience more fun. They are such a hardworking group. Every day our Bali bed was made up with towels on it. They are always asking if you need something. The grounds are impeccable. Our concierge Francisco was amazing. From spa to dinner reservations, Francisco took care of all the details so we did not need to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Dreams Onyx. The Bali bed and personal pool are a 10 out of 10. I feel relaxed. The beach, the arcade, the spa. I could go on and on. I needed this vacation. The Dreams Onyx team exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back.
