Excellent Customer Service, restaurants were great and the drinks at the lobby bar were just amazing... Junior was our designated bartender and his recommendations nad drinks were just perfect... We will definetely come back again soon!!!

Great resort for families! Highly recommend the preferred upgrade. Our butler Nelson was great. Mosquitos in our room upon arrival, they did spray and that definitely helped but we still had quite a few mosquitos. Glad we took the damp rid and also glad we had our own floats for the water park. They have tubes but not very many at all so I was glad to have my own. Food was good, I wouldn’t say amazing but definitely higher on the list than some AI’s I’ve been to. Overall, we would definitely go back!

Amazing resort experience at Dreams Onyx
My girlfriend and I came to Dreams Onyx to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and had an absolute blast. The service was absolutely fantastic and the resort itself was gorgeous. There was always an abundance of things to do and a huge variety of places to eat. Straight off the bat on the first day, Felix Rodriguez at the front desk went out of his way to provide us a romantic breakfast, spa credit and a room in the preferred suite area with an ocean view. Such a nice treat for our 5-year anniversary and we have Felix to thank for it! Going to remember this trip for a VERY long time. For anyone considering this resort for a week long getaway, I highly recommend Dreams Onyx!

Great time
There was absolutely nothing to complain about, food was exceptional everywhere, room was cleaned to protection and restocked daily beyond our needs, we did do preferred club which we loved and only clitch I could see with that is there’s no way to tell from those who are and those who aren’t, and staff definitely don’t ask, But we will definitely go back soon, it’s our new favourite place to go, can’t wait to return, thank you to all the amazing staff who we look forward to reconnecting with again soon.

Homemade- amazing place
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Rafael, our extraordinary butler. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Rafael was the cornerstone of our experience, ensuring every moment was filled with care and attention. Whenever someone in our group fell ill, he was quick to provide comforting soup and support, and he made sure our room was impeccably cleaned and beautifully decorated. His thoughtfulness truly elevated our stay. One evening, when we craved Dominican food and the restaurant was closed, Rafael worked his magic to bring us exactly what we wanted. His dedication was truly remarkable! Throughout our trip, he frequently checked in on us, even preparing our hot tub for us. As it was my birthday week, he made special arrangements for a delightful dinner at the French restaurant, ensuring we were well taken care of. Our entire experience revolved around Rafael’s attentive service, making this trip exceptionally memorable. Thank you, Rafael—you are simply amazing! I also want to highlight the contributions of other staff members who made our week special. Stephanie greeted us with a warm smile each morning at breakfast, bringing a breath of fresh air to our day. Sterling took care of us at the cabana, going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable, even arranging soup and "pica pollo" for us when one of our friends felt unwell. His service was truly outstanding. Randy looked after us at the beach, ensuring we had towels and anything else we needed right away. He even checked on us at the pool to guarantee our comfort. When we were welcomed with “Welcome home,” it was these wonderful individuals who truly made us feel at home. They transformed our stay into an extraordinary experience. As for the spa, while it was pleasant, I personally found that I needed a stronger massage. As a larger individual, I believe having male therapists available would be beneficial for those seeking a more powerful treatment. Interestingly, I received another massage at the beach for a significantly lower price, and that therapist did an excellent job. The food overall was quite good; however, I found the Mexican restaurant lacking. The steakhouse, French, Italian, and buffet options were all delightful. One piece of advice: keep your money locked up! Unfortunately, on our last night, I discovered some cash missing from my room because I hadn’t secured it properly. It’s best to bring your own small lock instead of relying solely on the safe. Overall, this trip was a remarkable experience, largely thanks to the incredible staff. I can’t wait to return!
