From the staff that took us to the Hotel, the staff that received us, the front desk personnel, the custodial, the pool bar people they are all amazing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The buffet was good, El Tamarindo restaurant was my favorite but they all great. I had a problem with the lights in the room and in less than 5 minutes they took care of it. The cleaning and mini bar crew were great as well. We will be visiting again no doubt.

The BEST first experience at an all-inclusive
Went with my husband as a birthday celebration trip and could not have asked for a better experience. No matter what type of trip you are looking for, you will find it at Dreams Onyx. Relax or swim in the ocean or pools (adults only available for preferred), float down the lazy river, hang out at a swim-up bar or have your favorite beverage delivered to your lounge chair, attend a yoga or dance class or a pool party, book a spa service (couples massage was incredible), enjoy a nightly show (music, dancing, karaoke, talent acts), head next door to the casino or nightclub at the Breathless Resort, book an excursion to explore the area - so many ways to enjoy your time here! Outside of the amazing accommodations and beautiful location, the real stars of this resort are the people there to ensure you have the best time. From your initial greeting at check-in until your departing goodbye, you will encounter the friendliest, most attentive, hospitality professionals. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted with a fist bump (and mimosa) by Victor. His contagious smile and warm personality were a great start to the days. If you book a preferred room, I hope you are lucky enough to have Aris as your concierge. It is obvious his top priority is your comfort and enjoyment. He is there (quickly) if you need him to answer a question, make a dinner reservation, book a service, or anything else you may need during your time at the resort. 100% recommend Dreams Onyx and look forward to returning!

I can not think of one complaint! Dreams onyx was a true slice of paradise. They have any and everything you could ask for. The food was good(for an all inclusive) We were part of preferred club which came with a butler, Aris, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was extraordinary! Thank you for a great trip.

Excellent!!!
My husband, myself, and our two daughters and our two sons enjoyed ourselves so much at this resort! We had the most wonderful time and I can’t say enough about how good the food was, how clean everything was and how unbelievably kind the staff is. Aris, Inoel, Javier, Edwin, and Manuel are some of the people who stood out, among all the other wonderful staff to make our trip so enjoyable! Polite, happy, and always ready to help and this made our trip so enjoyable. The entertainment was great, the restaurants were wonderful, so many options , the rooms were very comfortable and very clean, and all across the resort you feel so safe and welcomed! The beach is beautiful with sand so soft and water that is refreshing and plenty of spaces to relax all around! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Wonderful Time in DR
Elias was an incredible concierge!! Schedule every dinner, a fishing excursion, and massage. Sterling was the best server. Always there to refresh your drink. So much fun in every interaction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
