Had a great vacation! The restaurants were great and the resort was beautiful. We have been there before in 2019 and it is just as awesome as it was then. The best part was Starling our preferred club Butler. So helpful and caring. He was a great start to everyday and kept us informed.

We just finished a week long stay in a preferred room in the 5200 block. The room was so nice and clean. I saw reviews saying to bring damp rid, wasn’t needed for us. Housekeeping did such an amazing job everyday keeping our room clean. The fridge was stocked every day with drinks and snacks. The ABSOLUTE BEST thing about this resort was the service. EVERYONE we encountered was so nice and helpful. The staff is amazing. We will come back just simply beyond the service. Starling was our butler and we loved him. We spent most of our time at the main pool and the bartenders were the sweetest with our kids. Never annoyed with any requests. The beach was great, they kept it keep of sargassum. The Buffet had a good selection of food. Some was on the colder side. We ate at the preferred club breakfast everyday and the coffee staff were so fun and inviting. The hostess was so sweet as well. Our favorite restaurants were the Italian & Mediterranean. The fire show was so cool. The kids loved the ice cream shop. One suggestion I would have is to open the burger bar in the lobby for lunch as well. Overall, great stay and we will be back just simply as we’ve never had that great of service at an AI. Other brand resorts we’ve been to are Sandals & Royalton.

Large resort with lots of areas. Lots of staff but they weren’t overly happy. Hot water didn’t work in the hotel room and outside jacuzzi. The meeting rooms were good but temp in the rooms were hard to keep at a good temperature

Tropical Paradise
Every aspect of our vacation was wonderful. The resort is in a beautiful location with stunning views and extremely well maintained. Our room was very comfortable and clean. All the staff are amazing- friendly, professional and helpful. Our butler Josue was very attentive with daily checks. He made our stay fun and relaxing and addressed any questions we had in a timely manner. We would definitely return to Dream Onyx.

Starling deserves 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My husband & I were celebrating our 30year wedding anniversary. Arrival we were put in a double bed dirty room including dingy bathroom. We talked to our butler Starling about it, he didn’t waste time. Starling made arrangements for us to be moved to a beautiful/ clean & smelling great room . Starling is THE BEST. Everyday he texted us about daily schedule. He made reservations for dinner every night and also came to check on us to make sure we were okay. The beach & the grounds were well kept. Breakfast & lunch were great as well . Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at the resort with the help from Starling😊
