My husband and I just returned from 7 wonderful days at Dreams Onyx where we met up with 3 other couples to all celebrate our anniversaries together. It was one of the most relaxing, stress free trips I’ve ever taken. The resort was beautiful, the food was abundant and delicious, and the service was excellent. I do recommend the Preferred Club. It gives you access to extra amenities including special lounges with top shelf drinks and private areas to hang with your friends, a beautiful kid free pool with its own bar and a butler who checks in with you regularly and handles whatever you need. Our butler Juanito treated us like family and made sure all 8 of us had everything we needed including hassle free dinner arrangements every night! He did such a great job taking care of us, he even brought bandaids to our room when I needed them and also set up a special celebration dinner for our anniversaries. I highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to come back! As an added bonus, when you stay at Dreams Onyx, you also have access to Breathless right next door and can use all of their facilities as well, even the bars and restaurants. They are a kid free resort, so if you want a little more night life or to hang out at a “party pool” you can just go next door. Tip: I packed some floaties for the pool and ocean and also brought insulated cups and my own reusable straws. The bartenders will make your drinks in your own cup and they stay cold and are perfect for floating around without spilling. The floaties I brought were water hammocks and really added to the enjoyment of our trip.

Brilliant Holiday
This is an OUTSTANDING resort! We've been to the Dominican Republic a few times now and I can honestly say this was the best yet. The facilities, the food and the staff were all top class, but special mention to all the team at the EXPLORER'S CLUB. We were slightly nervous about dropping our 4 year old daughter there the 1st time - we needn't have been! The staff were incredible with her and all she wanted to do was stay all day, which was a bonus for us! In fact the hardest part of the day was getting her away from there. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough and would return in a flash.

Amazing Family Vacation
This was the perfect resort for our family vacation. We had 9 in total, with 4 small children ages 2 to 7. So many fun things for the kids to do, from the lazy river, kiddie pool, daily and nightly activities or just playing in the sand and ocean waves. The resort is clean, and lush grounds, the food was amazing with lots of choices and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We had zero problems or complaints. It is an exceptional choice if you are looking for a great resort that offers something for all ages. The water slides are a must for the big kids! So much fun. A big shout out to Dani one of the beach staff, he always made sure we had everything we needed and the kiddos loved him. I bought inexpensive inflatable boogie boards for the beach waves, the grandkids played and giggled for hours in the waves with them.

Incredible experience five stars all around.
Unbelievable experience my daughter and I had at your resort. From the minute we walked in to get checked in with Angel. The room service the staff in every dining room, top notch. We were blown away with customer service. We have to give a special shout out to Sterling at the pool area, that man deserves a raise, he represents your facility over and beyond incredible. Another special shout out to Zunlinda at the restaurant area. My daughter has celiac, and Zunlinda went above and be_ound what she should have to accommodate. I think this is the first time she has ever left a facility not feeling sick. And last but not least, by no means, Angel the concierge, the man that rescued us from locking ourselves out on our balcony, Angel you ROCK, your customer service was incredible. We will for sure see you guys next year if not sooner... Ciao for now.

Dream Honeymoon at Dreams Onyx
Dreams Onyx was absolutely fantastic! My wife and I visited for our honeymoon and had an incredible time! Elias our butler provided exceptional service, he was everywhere we needed him to be at all times. We knew he had a multitude of clients but we thought we had him all to ourselves. He even went out of his way to help me get some much needed medication from the pharmacy off the resort. Would highly recommend this resort!
