Stayed here a couple weeks ago with a large group of people. My wife and I didn’t have the greatest stay and then had a major issue at the end of the trip. I am giving 5* for a few reasons. First they made my loved ones wedding an amazing day. Second, nobody else in our group had issues. The problems were the kind of things that could have happened anywhere. Finally, I mentioned the issues I had at checkout and they forwarded my concerns to the GM. The GM reached out personally and gave me some Hyatt points to make up for the issues I had. I was very impressed. I have my own business and have the attitude that if you do business with someone for long enough you will eventually have a negative experience. That is when you truly see who you are dealing with. If they make things right, the fact that I had an issue will probably make me an even more loyal customer. That is the case here. I can’t wait to stay at a Hyatt All Inclusive property again. Thanks for the fantastic service.

10/10 kids club
We had an amazing experience with the kids club at Dreams Natura. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely engaged with the kids, which made us feel comfortable right away. Our daughter was excited to go each day and came back happy, relaxed, and full of stories about the activities she did. The space was clean, well organized, and offered a great mix of games, crafts, and supervised play. What really stood out was how much the staff clearly cared — it never felt like “babysitting,” but more like a fun, safe environment where kids were truly welcomed. This was a big part of what made our trip so enjoyable as parents. We’d absolutely come back and would recommend the kids club to any family considering Dreams Natura.

Awesome experience
We were at dream Natura and Alex did the tequila tasting and it was absolutely fantastic. He let us try a dozen amazing tequila us and curated a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

Great entertainment. Miguel did an awesome job at engaging the crowd, got people up on their feet dancing and the band went around to everyone to engage the crowd as well.
