Miguel Entertainment Team was fabulous!! We had a blast!!! He made our experience at the resort so much fun. I would definitely recommend the resort for some great fun!!

Hotel in general is like a little boutique hotel- smaller than you usual dreams but with the same restaurant variety. They are all together easier to find and get to them. Lots of fun areas for younger and bigger kids! Kids club does a good work keeping up with different engaging activities. The teens lounge has a pool table adults could join in certain hours and there was little football, basketball throw, ping pong video games with popcorn and marshmallows and gummies available. There is a tennis court as well but is a bit further away and closes at 5? We want to play after the sun sets ! But the option is there Ana , Lucero & Samantha were great helping us make our own pizza!! & Didier was great at organizing The Voleiball game. Kids club was great!! Lots of activities! My 5yo wanted to come back every time! I recommend the petite chef challenge that we almost don’t get in because was totally full, they had piñata (which didn’t started on time ) but was fun for my kid. Best food was the salmon with mustard sauce at the French restaurant and the onion soup. Bert salad was ok but needed more goat cheese filling Glide-rolling staff were knowledgeable and fast- with on point attention and great attitude Pools are smaller but the prefer pool give the edge in attention and quick service. Some things need work like: -Not enough towels , 2nd day in and at 10-11 when I go to the pool there are no towels in any towel box! -Construction in a lot of the most wanted places : No kids waterslide!!! Unacceptable, one restaurant closed, one jacuzzi pool closed , lobby construction with nose. -40min for my husband be able to get a lost item unacceptable 😒 - food at Italian place - Alfredo frtuchinni and Gorgonzola were too salty, tiramisu can improve - couldn’t order room service in the app -Oceana preferred a la cart menu took forever to sit us and restaurant was quite empty but manager took care when he saw what was needed. Benedictine eggs were good but needed to be cooked a little bit more (only yolk should be runny not the white too) - chairs at the show weren’t intercalated for better view, I prefer the teather that other dreams have - the beach -pool bar took forever to get us 2 simple water bottles - need to upkeep their speed service - French restaurant has lots to work on desserts- crème Brule was too thick on the sugar glaze and too custardy, chocolate mouse lack flavor - was expecting much more. - beach chairs are super uncomfortable and the mesh in most is broken- really need to update them or add the comfy padding. -pillows could also get an upgrade most were hard to sleep on- seemed like they had uneven cotton inside -uncomfortable
