The resort is beautiful and staff did an awesome job with pampering. A few downfalls: I booked preferred room and probably not worth the extra money. There is a lounge for preferred with premium drinks and snacks set out, but this could have been used by anyone as it was never checked. Also, I booked that level as it stated there was a pool for 18 and over only. However, when I asked why the pool was full of kids I was told it is a family preferred pool but that was not what was listed on website when booking. Just frustrating when there is a kid's pool and instead I am getting whacked in the head by a pool ball from kids throwing across the pool. Definity recommend making dinner reservations. I had problems booking as it would only let me select 2 people and we had 2 rooms with 4 people, so we always had to wait. One night we arrived at 7:20 and was told we could not be seated until the people who had reservations at 7:30 arrived and was seated. At this time, there were several open tables. Reservation people arrived at 7:39 was seated, then we were helped. That policy doesn't make sense when we were immediately sat at another open table but had to wait for them before we could. I came into my room one evening (10:30pm) to a puddle of water from the ceiling. I debated if I wanted to call that late but also didn't want the ceiling falling from all the water. Maintenance was very quick to arrive. Left by 11pm, however they rang the bell just before midnight to finish cleaning, which I made them come back- sorry but that is too late to be wanting back in to someone's room.

Absolutely amazing holiday! the beach, sights, staff and experience overall. The kids club was the best our kid had been to. I can’t praise them enough for how good they took care of our kid. All the staff were so friendly and attentive and really good value for money. From the cleaning staff to the the entertainers, they did everything diligently. The location was really good, close to the airport and all the other outings you’d wish to go on. 10/10 would go again

Guacamole class is super fun!
This rating is specific for the guacamole class we attended with Isaac and Samantha from the entertainment staff. There are free classes on most days, check the Dreams app, this class was super fun, informative and yummy! Samantha was super entertaining and I would highly recommend taking one of the free classes when you stay here.
