From check-in til our last day, we felt welcomed and valued as guests. Having been to 14 Dreams and Secrets, my husband said Alberto Duran offered the best omelet - beautifully yellow crepe-thin egg stuffed full with ham and cheese. Disson, Roberto and Marios at Blue Water Grill lunch made us feel like royalty, remembering our favorite drink and food orders daily. That was a real treat! Roger amazed us at Bordeaux, turning the table so we could sit together, patiently practicing Spanish with us and impressing us with a magical flambe dessert prepared tableside. Wish Bordeaux had been open other than just the two nights we were lucky to dine there. Thank you to chefs Mizael and Luciano for accommodating our carne orders (sin salsa!). Each morning in Preferred Lounge, Luis would pop a bottle of champagne for us, practice Spanish and offer tips for enjoying the area's beautiful attractions. At the Preferred Pool, Nancy kept our drinks coming and we enjoyed chatting with her and Sean since we had the entire pool to ourselves due to low occupancy. UVC rep Arley was the most knowledgeable and honest in our 3 years as members. We've read our contract multiple times over the years and after our update meeting with him, we feel confident becoming UVC members was one of our best decisions. The breakfast table stand that identified us as UVC members and the UVC dedicated front row seating at night entertainment (which we had not seen at any of the other 14 resorts we've visited so far) was a nice touch that made us feel valued. (pics attached) The Roll Glider was an exhilarating thrill that was one of the reasons we chose this resort. Ivanna and Monica made sure I felt safe and secure. We loved the lazy river and the toboggan water slide. Miguel from Entertainment led us in yoga (en la sombra cerca de la mariposa pared) and we enjoyed the salsa and guacamole classes. We visited during 20% occupancy so there was only one entertainment show during our 6 day stay. Besides that minor issue, we very much enjoyed our stay at Dreams Natura.

Dreams Nature for Fun in the Sun
If you stay at Dreams Natura, be prepared for some fun in the sun. The Roller Glider and water slides were very fun. The lazy river is very relaxing. There are plenty of pools to stay cool and bars to stay hydrated. The food is delicious in all of the restaurants, but Himitsu and Portofino won high grades from our family. The highlight was our butler Noe'. He was incredible. He made sure our family was taken care of even on his days off. Noe' is the best.

Above average stay. Breakfast was great at World Cafe buffet. Dinner was average with typical choices of buffet foods. Specialty restaurants were great with high quality dinners. The waiters couldn't be more helpful with describing the dinners. Adult Preferred Pool could have been cleaner. Children also wondered into this area accompanied by adults and alone.

Jonathan at World Cafe was very welcoming. It was a pleasure to see him sach day. He remembered us. What we liked to drink. Very friendly and attentive.
