Dreams Natura was a great place to spend a week in January. We were checked in promptly and greeted with champagne and our room was very clean and pretty. We are UVC members and had preferred club privileges. We especially enjoyed the Preferred Club drinks and food, but were VERY Disappointed the pool is no longer adults only-there are so many pools on site and now there are NO ADULTS ONLY POOLS. A child pooped in it and they had to close for a bit. The food exceeded our expectations and we especially liked the tacos and pancakes at Blue Water Grill and Roger and Oscar took GREAT care of us there. We also liked Oceana and fish stew with coconut milk as well as their ceviche! Portofino and Bordeaux were also great meals and we appreciated the fact that Bordeaux does not allow children and was a quiet upscale meal. We changed rooms to a King suite which had a separate living room and I don’t see how anyone would be disappointed. The lazy river, pool slides, and zip line were also fun, even for the adults. We recommend going with family and including children, but probably not couples only. The SPA is a must visit due to the cenote inspiration!

We I think that working shouldn't judge and should treat all visitors equal,I was preferred and only because I'm Mexican I was always told that I couldn't go in pools and in restaurants I was limited for the same reason... Till I told them I was preferred club. Don't think that's the way you should treat people just because of their ethnicity... Some things were nice like the explorer club my kid loved it some workers were awesome food and blue grill was awesome that's the only thing I did not like that people judge you from your ethnicity and that's for me that's being racism in my own country...

Truly a dream vacation at the Dreams!!
Where to begin. I visited the resort 2 years ago with my mom, and had such a great time that I decided to book it again for a family vacation with my husband and our kids. I was nervous that the resort might not be what I remembered, but it far exceeded my expectations!! We had the most amazing trip and made some incredible memories. The food was all around fantastic. We went to the breakfast buffet every morning, usually the barefoot grill for lunch so the kids could keep swimming, and then visited almost all of the restaurants during our 7 night stay. Nothing disappointed - we loved every meal. We want to sincerely thank the staff who made this trip unforgettable. Giovanni from the entertainment team lead the back room tour experience - A MUST DO! He was fantastic, and we all agree that was the highlight of our trip. Thank you Giovanni!! Samantha, Veronica, Miguel and Didier from the entertainment team - THANK YOU!! You made us all feel at home and your energy was contagious. And we LOVED the pizza making class. Jonathan from the World Cafe - we looked forward to seeing you every morning! You felt like part of the family - remembering what we drank each day and having it ready before we even sat down. We felt so special. And your smile is contagious! Thank you. Carol, Monica, and Ivana - thank you for taking care of our boys as they enjoyed the rock climbing and roller glider over and over. That was such a treat for them. Your patience and diligence in ensuring their safety was so appreciated!! We can’t wait to go back for our next family vacation. Highly recommend for families with kids!!!

Fun kids club
Kids really enjoyed their time at the kids club and kept them busy for big chunks of the day. They could join for the time they wanted and join us when they wanted.
