Just got back from 2 brilliant weeks at Dreams Natura with my family and we honestly loved every moment. The hotel is beautiful, food was great and the cocktails kept us happy all day — but the staff are what make this place truly special! A huge shout-out to Javier, Russell and Julio, the pool bar servers. They looked after us so well every day and were always smiling. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday and Julio helped make it really memorable. The entertainment team are incredible — they work so hard day and night to keep everyone involved and having fun. There really is something for everyone here! The restaurants were fab too. Special thanks to Omar and Jordan, our favourite waiters — so friendly and always made us feel welcome. We were excited to see them again each time we returned! Our first time in Mexico and we’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend this hotel for families — amazing service and unforgettable memories!

Amazing!
Had an absolutely fantastic time! The hotel is amazing, and the staff have been incredible the whole time. When we arrived we were made to feel welcome and the person at the check in desk was very helpful. Iver the 2 weeks weve been here the staff around the pool have been incredible, specifically Russell Julio and Javier. The entertainment has been brilliant, the staff have been engaging and fun, the way they've engaged with all of the guests has been fantastic! Its my first time in Mexico and I am very impressed and would 100% come back to this resort

A fabulous stay Dreams Natura
An amazing stay at Dreams Natura. We were looked after so well and all of the staff were lovely. The entertainment team were great and always created a great atmosphere and encouraged us to join in the fun. Our room was lovely with fantastic views.
