    Amazing!!!!!!

    This place was everything & more!!! The workers are amazing and so friendly. This resort has everything you need for a relaxing or partying type of vacation. The spa, beach, food at the resort restaurants, the workers from every section of the resort make this place awesome! I would definitely come back!

    Honeymooners

    We went to Dreams Macao Beach December 4th to the 11th! My husband and I went for our honeymoon and another couple came to celebrate their wedding anniversary. The resort was beautiful, large and very clean. Staff are always doing something - cleaning, maintaining the property and interacting with guests. Our room was spotless and spa like! Beautiful design, comfy beds and a huge balcony! Our housekeeper Jeffry was amazing - our room was always cleaned and well stocked! We booked preferred club so we had a butler - Jansel. He was quick to do anything we asked and very friendly! He made dinner reservations for us multiple times, recommended some good food, got us our preferred drinks for our mini bar and made sure we felt special with it being our honeymoon. We got turn down service every night and even some champagne and treats. The pools were always clean and we were able to always find seats at one of the 3 pools. The staff by the pool were always sure to check in to see if we needed any drinks and food and quick to grab empty cups. The beach was large with plenty of seating and a preferred area as well. Water was shallow and wavy but warm and fun to collect shells at. The food at the buffet provided many options and different things each night but was often not very hot which is common for buffets. The food still tastes great. We went to the Mexican restaurant where the food was full of flavour and not too spicy, the hibachi restaurant where they cooked in front of you and there was so much food, and the steakhouse where steak was cooked to perfection. We got amazing service at all the a la cart restaurants especially the steakhouse. There was not a shortage of entertainment. Each day by the main pool they had different games and activities you could watch and take part in and in the evening they had shows. We really liked the pirates and the magic show. All the entertainment staff were always saying hi to guests and getting everyone involved. Tairi especially - she was great at getting people involved and even taught my husband and I to dance. There were many times we passed each other in the resort and she always had a smile on her face and said hi and told us about the different things going on that day. We had such a great time at this resort and would love to come back some day.

    Excellent hotel and experiences

    Excellent clean hotel with lovely grounds, amenities, services and entertainment. The food and drink was exceptional and had many great "A La Carte" restaurants that means a diet is now on the cards. The staff were some of the best we've encountered and they could never do enough for you. Highly recommended!

    Incredible trip with my Mom!

    Had an absolutely INCREDIBLE second visit to Dreams Macao. I went with my mom and we had a blast! The location, food, pools, lazy river and most of all, staff, made this trip amazing! Attention to detail was second to none and we are humbled by the service we received. Special shoutout to Victor OG, Jhony Bravo, Diana (Princess Diana), Tairis, La Negra, Daimond, Ashlin, William, Willy (at the lazy river bar), Martha (the best bathroom cleaner there ever was), Javier, Rafael, Ricardo Perez, Lorenzo and Lisette. You are all AMAZING! Thank You, Dreams Macao - I'll be back for a third visit for sure!!

    Amazing stay , top notch resort, just wish the beach was more accessible( water - red flag whole week) , but beach it self is gorgeous
