    Dreams Macao is definitely worth the trip!

    Dreams Macao, Punta Cana is a beautiful resort, with a super kind staff, delicious food, amazing entertainment and beautiful views. We would definitely vacation here again. Diana with the Entertainment Staff is SO MUCH FUN, kind and beautiful. She is also a remarkable dancer and always has a smile on her face!

    Birthday experience ruined.

    Good luck checking in. The 2 other couples we were with got checked in promptly and we had to sit around for over 3 hours waiting for our room that we have had a reservation for since October of last year.

    Very nice resort

    Very nice resort. Some service, cleaning issues. But nice clean, with lots of nice restaurants. Highly recommend the taco stand. Was assigned a Butler to our room, Omar, who took good care of us throughout

    Loved this place

    Just spent a week here. This place is wonderful. Family of three with a 13 year old boy. Resort has everything we could want or need while also being small enough to give my son some independence without worrying about him. We have been to dozens of all inclusive resorts, mostly in Mexico, and this one has been a real stand out. Food is good and the place is immaculate. The staff are the highlight— such kind and hard working people. A dollar or two as a tip goes a long way! They work really hard and always with a smile. I really appreciated Alexandra at the buffet, Anderson in the lobby (we needed a charging cable and he bought it and brought it for us), and the women at the Coco Cafe, the beach drink servers, and the cleaners. The beds and room were extremely comfortable. We never waited in line for anything except the coffee shop. We were not preferred and didn’t feel like we missed out. Th gym was also really nice, I went every morning. My only issue this whole week was not with the resort. It was with the photo vendors on the beach with the birds and iguana. This is animal cruelty, please don’t support this by paying for photos. There are plenty of lovely and friendly stray dogs and cats around the resort to take pictures with 😁. 10/10 recommend this resort!

    Would return very soon!

    We spent a week at this resort as our first trip to Dominican Republic. It was wonderful. The facilities are well maintained. The staff is very friendly. There seemed to be lots of activities for families and children. The Preferred adult pool was a quiet enclave. Food was above average in each of the specialty restaurants. Nightly entertainment was enjoyable. Although the resort is not huge it was easy to navigate.
