    Amazing Resort and Vacation

    My wife and I met family at Dreams Macao resort Punta Cana for our nieces wedding! We had an amazing time and the resort was beautiful. Domingo was our personal butler for the week and he was an absolute pleasure to work with…10 out of 10! We will definitely be back!

    An unforgettable stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Everything about this resort was incredible — the service, the food, the atmosphere. I felt truly at home from the moment I arrived. The team made my romantic beach dinner for a secret proposal absolutely perfect, and their kindness throughout my stay meant so much. A special shout-out to Omar for being so helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this resort and I’m already planning to return next year with my family. Thank you for making my stay so special!

    Dreams Macao Hotel Experience

    Dreams Macao doesn’t stand out for having expansive grounds or endless areas to explore, in fact, it’s relatively small compared to other resorts. However, if exceptional treatment and outstanding customer service matter to you, this is absolutely the place to be. It’s the best service I’ve ever experienced at any resort. One downside is that there are only three main pools, and two of them are reserved for exclusive members, which can make you feel a bit segregated and leaves just one pool available for everyone else. Aside from that, I would still recommend this hotel.

    Anniversary trip

    They gave away our room to someone else even though I paid for it 3 months in advance. I was supposed to have a king bed with an ocean view, instead we got 2 beds with a construction view !!! They claimed they couldn't do anything about it. I told them that it's funny that it was available when I booked it. It was our 44th anniversary, so we tried to make the best of it. Other than the rooming issue , the resort was nice and the food was average. The employees were very nice and helpful. I don't think I would go back though.

    Best family vacation resort

    Our stay at this hotel was amazing from start to finish. We had a great time in the pools, the ocean and waterslides my boys are seven and 11 and they could do each waterslide. The ocean and beach was beautiful. The waves are rough, but it was fun for the boys when their dad and I were out in the ocean with them. The restaurants Oceana had great food in the morning for breakfast in our favourite restaurants at night was Al patio in Portofino, and the kids absolutely loved world café. The ice cream at world café is probably the best I’ve ever had especially the brownie one. The entertainment was great. The staff was great. I would recommend upgrading to preferred club. There’s some perks that come with it! We had a great week here and I’m sure your family will too
