    ⭐️ Outstanding Staff Made Our Trip Unforgettable ⭐️

    We stayed at Dreams Macao Beach (Sept 24–Oct 3) and the staff truly made the experience exceptional. Huge thanks to the entertainment team — Babyface, Ninja, Johnny Bravo, Tairy, Mosquito, Diana, Rainbow, Rapunzel, Zoe, and Barbie — for keeping the energy high and making every day fun! Our Preferred Club butler Johanny was incredible, always one step ahead of every need. The Preferred Club team — Ronaisy, Indira, Victoria, and Aracelis — were warm, professional, and made us feel at home. The staff’s kindness and energy made our trip Excellente! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    ALL GOOD except the food

    Location was 40mins from the airport. The poperty is very nice, well kept and atmosphere was peaceful. Not very disability friendly -lots of stairs but if you call front desk they can carry you round in a golf cart. The people are super friendly and helpful even if our language was English and theirs was Spanish. A few know English well so it was easy to get information. Kenny, Summer, Diana-dancer , Juan, Marcella (spa) were lovely and helped me practice my spanish. Everyone really wanted to ensure you'rehaving a great stay. The hydropool is a must try. Rooms were beautiful but have no vents so when we took a hot shower the floor would get damp. I suggest the doors be meshed so we could get the outside air without having to fight mosquitoes. The food to me would've been the downfall. Although there was great variety of choices I found most of the food to be quite bland. Basic burgers and pizza wasn't flavorful. I found the best food coming from the hot stations where I asked for more seasoning to be added. Mixed Drinks were also- inconsistent. The 24/7 coffee/icecream bar was an absolute hit! Entertainment was good on and off the property. (Zip line basketball and tennis courts, horseback riding, atv, monkeyisland) The beach was too rough for me to swim for my entire trip. The club could've played a variety more of music but I understand it's a Spanish country. Water slides, lazy river is good. There was so much to do i didnt get to do it all...so, I would definitely visit again!

    Birthday Trip to Paradise

    We came to Dreams for Fall Break and my birthday. The staff was very welcoming and went above and beyond. They were the friendliest, always greeting us and making sure we were taken care of. Domingo was our butler with the preferred club, and he made my birthday stay feel very special. He messaged me every morning to see how we were and sent me the event schedule of the day. Everything was incredibly clean and well taken care of. There was room service and turn down service each day. Daimon was an amazing entertainment staff member-played basketball in the pool with us- and Yocaima was our favorite server. The kids loved the water slides and the splash pad. The only negatives were there was some construction going on right outside our room that was noisy the last two days, and I wish the chairs for the beach were closer to the water. We spent most of our time in the pool. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

    My First Vacation in Twenty Four Years!!!

    I had an amazing time at The Dreams Macao Punta Cana Resort! Everyone was so friendly, I felt extremely safe and it was a much needed and long awaited vacation! Everyone from the greeters, to the front desk, concierge, activities desk, bars, restaurants, the gym, basketball facility, and spa were just so welcoming. I have told everyone that knew I was going how much I enjoyed my stay and how I can't wait to go back.

    Go for the SPA. Enjoy the food. Stay for the entertainment.

    The food and the entertainment was excellent and the SPA is highly recommended. My favorite entertainers in order: La Negra, Diamond, Diana, Cappuccino, Dora. Despite working very very long hours- I’m talking early morning to late night day in and day out- the make you feel like family, (especially the kiddos) they kept a smile and the continued to bring the energy that kept the vibe going. The DJs played from a laptop play that needs to be expanded and or needs more variety. The hotel would’ve faired better if they made guess feel special. It was my birthday and my spouse arranged for an extra special set up in the room for me that I never received. They tried to sell us their package but tried to appeal to us by offering exclusive things based on bougieness. Like don’t you want a better room (that I won't be spending much time in mind you my room was awesome already) - you can check-in in this area not “with regular people”- I want to be VIP for the amenities not to be antisocial or to feel better than. All in all my stay was enjoyable and relaxing.
