    Best in Punta Cana!

    Our 4th visit to this hotel and we will continue to keep coming back. Jansel, J. Jentura, Edison, Moises, Rosie and Kendry all deserve all of the praises! They make every visit an incredible experience. There is not enough we can say about them and feel they they really should be recognized for always going above and beyond!

    Great time

    Great service especially from Domingo. Always looking out for our needs everyday. There were fun dogs who like to play on the beach and are super nice with guests. Good restaurants especially the preferred restaurants

    Great Couples Stay at Dreams Macao

    Beautiful resort on amazing Macao Beach. The natural landscape was incredible; every area was well designed. Our room was ocean facing and really nice! There was a soaking tub on the balcony. The bathroom was large and well appointed. The restaurants were varied and something was always available. Buffet was really good and specialty restaurants were okay to very good. Staff was incredible and always at our service. Everyone smiled and was helpful. Preferred areas were really special. Pools were beautiful and multiple options. There's a lazy river, slides, zip line and tennis courts. There is something for everyone! We are a couple but children were never an issue. It was slow season so I'm guessing that when it is packed, it may be more noisy and a bit more chaotic. Drinks were well made and plentiful. Room service was great. It arrived on time and hot. Loved, loved our stay. Relaxing and rejuvenating!

    Amazing wish I could stay longer

    We had an absolutely amazing experience at Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The Entertainment Team was outstanding—special shout-out to Victor and LeBron for keeping the energy high and making every moment fun! Our butler Francisco was fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We also loved our room. Having our own swim-out pool was incredible and made the stay even more relaxing and memorable. Highly recommend this resort—we can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨

    A great family holiday with 3 young kids which included a baby!

    Dreams Macao Beach is a beautiful well maintained resort on an incredible stretch of beach with soft sand with hard working, friendly and professional staff. The food is great, there is a good variety of pools for all ages. There's a lazy river with slides for teens and adults. Kids pools with water structures, several other pools including a few adults only pools. There were scheduled activities for all ages. It is a picturesque, beautiful and fun resort! We stayed in a villa located at the rear of the resort with our 3 kids Julien 5yrs old, Victoria 3yrs old and Alice 5 months old. The villas are perfect for families with a bedroom for the kids with 2 beds, our own bedroom with another bed, a kitchen area, a living room, bath, 2 showers, 3 toilets, and a private backyard with plunge pool. Our butler arranged to have a crib sent to the room and extra bedsheets at our request for the kids. Anytime we needed anything, I could just text Miguel our butler and we received service very quickly. Miguel was very attentive to our family whether it was for the daily itinerary or for reservations. One of the kids locked a door that we couldn't open so I sent a text to Miguel and Andreidy from the maintenance staff came right away to our villa. Andreidy was quick to fix the issue, friendly and professional. This was our experience with all the maintenance staff we encountered. Danny from the maintenance staff fixed the air conditioning unit in our unit which had started to leak and again was quick, friendly and professional. We will miss Lisette who we saw every day at breakfast at the buffet at the World Café and for quite a few of our lunches. Lisette not only provided great service but she was always friendly and warm to our family especially little Alice. 😁. Every day when we arrived at the World Café, we also had Alexandra welcome us and make sure that we were assisted upon arrival with the kids. On our different nights out for dinner, we were always well served by Victor, Juan, and several others. The service was always excellent! The Kid Club staff were great with our kids as well. Our kids were involved in talent shows, playful competitions, and made necklaces. Thank you to Moana, Cuteness, Rainbow, Candy, Happiness, and Diana! Beyond the kids club staff, the entire entertainment staff was always friendly and energetic. It really made for a fun time every day. We can't forget the lifeguards who were not only friendly but attentive and ready when called upon. Esterlin always friendly and giving 5yr old Julien fist bumps. Elia helped Julien after he slipped and hurt his toe badly. Elia took care to appease Julien, put a bandaid and some tape on Julien's toe. The care Elia showed Julien was very much appreciated. I also witnessed another lifeguard who's name I don't know who saved a boy and mother drowning in the waves on Nov 14. That day, the waves were larger than the other days. A few individuals went out too far despite warnings from lifeguards. Those people were rescued because the lifeguard was alert and skilled! Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We love the Dominican Republic!
