    Dreams are a nightmare

    If I could rate the last part a zero I would. Charged for unlimited kids zone 2 days before we leave when the charge for 1 game of bowling was put on the grandparents room. Asked me to produce a receipt for something we didn’t have and made me pay or refused to let me check out. Absolute fraudulent activity. Along with the speedy 2 hour check in process the flooded rooms the missing butler and the lies of no spare rooms to move to it’s been insane. The grandmother of the group paid extra for a sea view and was put at the furthest block from the sea that even a good paid of binoculars would struggle to see the sea. Our holiday at dreams has been a bit of a nightmare but I don’t suppose hotel nightmare sells to much or hotel fraud.

    Great resort, very popular with American and Canadian people in between . As a matter of fact my friend and I were the only italians there. We ha a great time, super weavy ocean, sooo cool. All the staff was amazing and very helpful!!!! Food delicious and everything was super clean. Will repeat the experience.

    Can’t wait to come back

    We absolutely loved dreams Macao and will be back in December for our wedding! Our butler Domingo was phenomenal and helped us out several times throughout our stay!

    Clean & beautiful, but the staff really make this resort great!

    The staff make this resort extra special. The resort is clean & has plenty to do for every age. Food was nothing special but we always found something for everyone. The beach is great! We brought our two kids, 7 & 10, and they had a blast! Great family resort. Chairs by pools can be hard to come by on busy days.

    Great family trip!

    Had an awesome vacation with my wife and two kids. Contruction next door didn’t bother us at all. Property was very nice, pools and activities were fun for adults and kids. Shows were very entertaining. But the hotel staff made the vacation very special. Huge shout out to Domingo who helped us with so much throughout our trip. The vacation would have not been the same without him! Also shout out to baby face and Victor from the entertainment team and Narkin and Geisy at the Barracuda bar.
