We traveled to Macao for a family trip with teenagers and little ones. This all inclusive was the best!! Food choices were amazing, gorgeous beach, pool and activities had us so entertained, Our butler OMAR was outstanding, best butler we have ever had!! The staff at the pool Juana, Yolanda, Loreto and Maxi the guard, gave excellent service and made us feel at home, with excellent service, The entertainment staff, Tiani, Justin Beiber & Baby face kept us so entertained all day and night!! Cant wait to go back!! A must visit too is Papa Chicken at the pool bar!!

Best place in Punta Cana
Dreams Macao was amazing. We have been to the Dominican 3 times and hands down this was the best. First greeted by Fransisco who is awesome. So willing to help and really made us feel welcomed. Our butler Ugery was great. Responded quickly to any request we had. Food was fantastic, beach was great. Only negatives was the water in the pools was colder than I would like, I didn’t like the venders on site. It is great they are there, just don’t allow them to “pressure “ you into buying something. It would be fine to have them set up their goods and allow the guests to browse as they want. We were walking buy and stopped by 3 of them to look at there goods.

Great family friendly holiday
An amazing family break. The hotel staff really care and allow you to enjoy your holiday they look after all your needs and are so friendly and helpful they cannot be faulted. The food is great, cocktails all are amazing and the beach is stunning. You will not regret booking.

Honeymoon, wedding, and fun!
It was a beautiful resort with everything you could imagine. We were a group of 13 and there was stuff for all to enjoy. We did book the preferred club and it was worth it. Our butler, Domingo, was amazing. He was very attentive, responsive, and kind.

Fantastic, well worth a stay
The hotel is lovely but the staff are what make it so special and are ALL outstanding, although I'd like to give a special mention to the following, Yolanda around the main pool what a lovely happy lady a truly special person along with Geisy they work very hard 10 out of 10 all day long, entertainment staff Jonny Bravo, Justin (JB), Victor, Tairis and Baby Face are all brilliant defiantly all deserve 10 out of 10. I would also like to mention Brahian in the coffee shop who works throughout the night a definite 10 out of 10, he made a real difference to our holiday and one of my adult sons learnt so much Spanish from him when spending time in the coffee shop after the bars closed, my son would also like me to mention Alfred, Rosalito & Junior from the night club they were lots of fun and engaged well, 10 out of 10! A nod to Papa Chicken always smiling and happy 10 out of 10. The hotel grounds are amazing, and the gardening staff deserve a pat on the back, well done to all of them. All the staff we came into contact with were great and always happy, four members of staff stood out to us the most and deserve a special mention, Yolanda, Jonny Bravo, JB & Brahian they made us feel like long time friends even family and were missed on their well deserved days off, if I could give them 12 out of 10 I would, we will miss them dearly. Not many negatives but I feel it should be mentioned, the up selling of wine is not great and the Christmas Eve Gala dinner was a real disappointment, the food was shocking and most tables including ours sent most of the food back, I thought this was going to be a big event but there were only about 5-6 tables in there, once we left we went to eat in the buffet restaurant as we hardly ate anything, we were left disappointed as we had to purchase wine to attend the event but still ended up in the buffet. However, that aside, a big positive to the New Years Eve evening it was amazing, I can't praise the hotel enough on the efforts they put in, what a night and one to remember, well done Dreams Macao, this along with all the other entertainment day and night were brilliant. We don't usually visit the same place twice as we like to travel to different places, but we would definitely return here in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay, your staff are an asset to Dreams Macao ;)
