Beautiful resort. Food was fabulous, it was clean, and the staff was great. We had the pleasure of watching a rock show in the evening and it was the best one we have ever seen at a resort. The disco was so much fun as well, they played whatever music we wanted and we danced the nights away!We will be returning!

Had an amazing time!
Very clean rooms, comfy beds and AC was great in the room. Loved the swim up at our room and the staff kept it clean while we were there. Food and drinks were amazing. Our butler was great and contacted us every morning for our needs. Food everywhere at the resort was really good and most staff where happy to serve drinks and food.

This place is not great. Check in process is a nightmare, food and drink overall was subpar except for the fresh mango, management/front desk completely unhelpful and rude, and the plumbing would just stop working randomly or you were stuck with scalding hot water for hours on end. When we finally got to our hotel room it still had dirty dishes from the previous guest and what appeared to be pubic hair all over the floor of the bathroom. When I asked to switch rooms to a clean one it was met with annoyance. However, the pools were good and the staff working the pools in addition to the kids explored club, restaurants and bars, were great and almost made up for an otherwise terrible stay.

Great Food, Great Drinks, Great Fun!
This was a Family Adult Vacation celebrating my Daughter's 30 birthday. We did the preferred club for the 12 of us. This is definitely the way to go as the experience was elevated and met what our expectations for what we considered to be preferred/premium. We have been to the Dominican over 10 times (can't even remember how many times) and the Caribbean as our go to warm place to holiday. We have been to other Dreams locations in Mexico and DR and the Dreams Macao met & our exceeded our expectations. The Food was amazing - we had to exceptional meals - Fish, Steak, Soups & Salads were Gastronomy Level. (I consider myself an amateur chef and will be doing classes at Le Cordon Bleu this fall) - So we enjoyed all our meals, which is why you go on Holiday for! Premium Drinks, Private Adult Pool with wait staff at your seat or in the Pool made it so enjoyable. If you were hungry - just order a Massive Shrimp Cocktail and they would bring it to you. Our Butler Service took care of all our day to day needs, booking restaurant reservations, to have morning Lattes delivered and the fridge stocked and anything else you needed. Entertainment - The Rock Show - Live Band - Playing great Rock hits from the the 70s, 80s, 90s was over the top. I'm an old Rock Guitarist and no when I see fakes and this wasn't. Male & Female Vocalists we just amazing. (Don't miss this show) Made our Trip The Disco - Another Blast for my whole Family to the late hours of the morning. Think we lost 10 pounds from dancing. Anyway, I can go on and on but I have to run, but just a couple of other things: The Property is so well maintained, it's only 4+ years old, the rooms were nice and the premium amenities were great. The only one negative was my Wife and I's premium check-in - all our kids (they are adults) & friends got their rooms and we had to wait an hour. When after waiting for so long I went to ask how much longer and got attitude from on of the staff giving me the check-in time line which is at 4:00 PM (it was 3:55 PM) and still didn't get our room for another 30 minutes (we got there at 2:00 PM and been up since 3:45 AM). I didn't need attitude, needed compassion. My suggestion is to put the Premium Staff through a refresher training on how to handle these situations. So inconclusion - You have will have a blast here, enjoy the food and drink and dance the night away! From Toronto

Great time as always!!
This was our 3rd trip to Dreams Macao and we can't wait to go back!! The resort has so many extras...a waterpark, a 24hr coffee and ice cream shop, nightly entertainment, delicious food, a beautiful beach, many pools, an arcade and a bowling alley! However, what stands out the most at Dreams Macao is the staff!! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and welcoming! A special thanks to Eribelto, our butler, for going the extra mile, to Ricardo from El Patio for always having our morning coffee and juice ready, to Moises from the water park for having towels and drinks at hand (and remembering us from 2 years ago!), to Yafreisy from the lobby bar who always knew our drink orders and to Narciso at the preferred adult pool who was always ready with drinks (and also remembering us from 2 years ago!). Thank you all for making us feel like "family"!
