    The best food ever

    We went for a wedding, excellent all inclusive. The absolute best food I have ever had an all-inclusive hands-down! The beach is clean & walkable, beautiful ocean views from almost any room.

    Great fun filled trip!

    Dreams Macao is an amazing resort for adults and children. The resort has not just one but two waterparks on the grounds. One for adults and older children/teens and a smaller water/splash park for younger kids. Don't forget the great Lazy river :) The service is very good. All staff members show respect, politeness and are great with assisting. The beach is clean, the sand was amazing. I enjoyed the preferred area on the beach and felt the security were great with peddlers coming up to guest limiting their interactions if needed. The food at the restaurants were as expected/great for inclusive. The drinks were definitely heavy poured but plentiful. Room was clean and had some wear and tear but still looked pretty. Room service was on time and when requested came in a timely manner. I will be returning to Punta Cana and most definitely will be staying at this specific resort with my children. Highly recommended.

    Disappointing Stay

    I had high hopes for my stay at Dreams Macao, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. First of all, the water in the pool was far from clear—honestly, it looked murky, and it was hard to feel comfortable swimming in it. I’m not sure if there was a filtration issue or just poor maintenance, but it really took away from the experience. The beach wasn’t any better; the water there was similarly unclear, which is a major downside when you're hoping for a relaxing seaside escape. As for the food, it was another letdown. The buffet was underwhelming at best. I was expecting fresh, local flavors, but instead, the dishes were bland and repetitive. The quality didn’t match the resort's claims, and it felt like they were serving the same meals every day. Plus, some items were lukewarm at best, which isn't what you want when you’re paying for an all-inclusive experience. The rooms were fine, but nothing special. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, but that wasn't enough to salvage the overall experience. For the price, I expected much more in terms of both the facilities and food. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending it to others.

    This resort truly pampers you and makes your vacation unforgettable!! If you are on the fence about being preferred club, I recommend it-you get access to so much more! I will definitely go back and look forward to visiting their other resorts!
