    Best Trip of My Life

    Amazing Experience. Me and my wife got married on the beach there and every single person we encountered was a beautiful soul. Our Butler was Domingo, he was awesome. Others were Babyface, Diamon, Tairy, Johnny Bravo, Yocaima, Franchesca, and more names than we can remember!

    Beautiful place with beautiful people!

    Very beautiful place to vacation and the food was great. Awesome place to take kids/teenagers/family, there is so much to do. I like the security on the beach, helped us feel safe. The ocean was pretty rough, probably the time of year. The staff were very attentive and always helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioning but they were quick to fix it. Domingo was our butler and he did everything he could to make our stay the best possible. I would like to recommend the spa, best one I have ever been to. I recommend Anyelina for a massage, absolutely amazing. I also recommend Yudeleka and Jeana at the spa as well. There were a few of us and they were all fantastic, and made us feel incredible and an amazing experience there. I would also like to mention our waiter many mornings, days, evenings, Julio Cespedes was just the best! He was always so excited to see us and really made an impression on us. Someone we will never forget. Another person I would like to mention is the lady who did our turndown service in the evening, her name is Romelis Camariata. She always had a smile on her face and made our room so comfy and cozy every night. She even told us that making our vacation the best was important from her heart. Another favorite destination for us and especially the kids was Coco Cafe. There was two ladies there every evening that we always looked forward to seeing. Kenia Luisa and Arlin Daniella were always happy to see us, especially my kids. It is so important when the staff connects with you and builds relationships as short as the time you are there, you feel like you’ve known them forever. Like we wanted to invite them over for dinner. Great people make the experience even better. I will never forget them and thier hospitality and impressions. I would like to go back and see them again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

    Great resort, Great staff, Good Food!

    I just returned from my first trip to Dreams Macao for my family's vacation and I was extremely happy with the experience. The resort has great amenities but more importantly the staff provides great customer service and are always looking to make everyday the most enjoyable day possible. From the checkin staff, to the waiters, to the bartenders everyone is great. One person that stood out above the rest was Moises (pool concierge). I traveled with my in-laws, wife and 3 very young kids and Moises made sure to make everyone's daily trip to the pool a 5-star experience. He was extremely attentive and went far-and-beyond to make our stay unforgettable. My kids still talk about their new friend Moises. I highly recommend the resort. The only con was the checkout process.

    Wow!!!This resort is nothing short of amazing!!! We just returned home from a family vacation and this resort is by far the best place we have ever visited. Food, Drinks, pools, beach, entertainment, room, every single employee were amazing. Our favourite server was Juana at the pool bar. She took really good care of us for the entire week. Every employee we had encounters with went far beyond what we expected. Anyone that is complaining about anything on this property must be chronic complainers because this resort is simply amazing!!! We can not wait to go back!!!! PUNTA CANADA!!!!

    Relaxing Vacation

    Very well-maintained property with beautiful grounds and buildings. The lobby was well appointed and offer a great vieq of the ocean. Rooms were spacious and modern with a tub on the balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of daily activities and entertainment throughout the day. Food was not that great espcially at the specialty restaurants. The World Cafe (buffet) had a great selection of food as well as the coffee shop (milkshakes were good). Some of the employees don't speak any English but I was always able to find what I needed. Service was good. Andry the wedding planner was excellent and great to work with.
