    Best Experience Ever!!

    This resort is best!! Great food, pools and right on the beach. I highly recommend. Special shout out to Summer, Victor and Diane - some of the kindest staff -- I did yoga every morning, Zumba and took Spanish lessons. Book Dreams Macao today!! 😀

    Family Fun in the sun

    We just returned from our 3rd year at the best place. We travel with a large family with multiple kids ranging in age from 5 to 16. We all have the best time. I really wanted to say how amazing the activities team is. My kids are always occupied with sports, games or in the teen center. Our favorites are Victor, Dora, Babyface, Johnny and Diana. They make our kids feel included and laugh all day and night long. They went above and beyond and our kids loved them! We can’t wait to come back next year!

    Happy Traveler

    Resort was beautiful! I had an ocean view room and room was nice, spacious and clean. Staff was attentive, friendly and honest! On the day of checkout, I accidentally left $40 I was holding aside on the bar table and when they saw it, someone from the staff came out to tell me I had left it there. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because I found the entertainment could be better and it would have been nice to have more typical Dominican food served at the buffet dining as well as having more variety. They had variety of food but the same food every day and we were there for 7 days so by day 5-6 you were wishing for something different.

    A nice, but not luxury, stay.

    Although we had a nice stay, this is not a 5 star luxury hotel. The food was average, the resort was over-filled, and the construction of a new hotel next door was definitely audible. If you are looking for a 5 star experience, this is not it. I will say, the beach is absolutely gorgeous. Beware that it is a surfing beach so waves/undertow are intense. As far as beach/pool chairs go, you must claim them by 8/8:30 am, otherwise you will be left chair-less for the day. The rooms need a little updating, but were comfortable and spacious. My one disappointment is that our room was not cleaned one day while we were there. Again, perhaps because of how busy the resort was. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff. They are attentive and incredibly hard-working. You can tell that they are doing the best they can in a non-optimal work situation.
