    A Smile from Ear to Ear

    We just returned from our stay for one week at the amazing resort. The location for us was perfect, walking a almost deserted beach every morning and the vendors were few and very polite. Beautiful property albeit somewhat dated our little family just loves a comfortable, clean environment. Our room worked for us perfectly and we had everything we needed at any time. It was clear that Everyone that works at Dreams strives to do their very best to make our stay the very best.

    20th Anniversary Vow Renewal

    Married here 20 years ago and returned for vow renewal celebration, Carlos made the check in with Preferred Club a smooth experience. We did complementary service for renewal and it was perfect. Our coordinator Ana was very helpful with planning. The swin out ocean view room had amazing landscape amd views of ocean. Ruffo the personal attendant for food and drinks during the day was awesome. The resort is very nice, great pools, and plenty of entertainment options for adults or children.

    Beautiful hotel in a fabulous setting

    We had a lovely time at this lovely hotel. Fabulous room apart from shower. We had asked for 2 beds but were given a room with one large bed. Not ideal but we managed. The setting on the beach was just beautiful and the pools were lovely. Lots of choices of food and it was good quality. Great cocktails & drinks and the 24hr snack bar was very useful for morning coffee. The shambolic system for getting a table in the evening for dinner was ridiculous though. You couldn't reserve a table so had to queue outside nit knowing who in the queue was waiting to go in or who was waiting to give there room number to get on waiting list. Reception never told us this was the procedure when we checked in. I felt sorry for the front of house staff who were constantly under pressure. I found it very stressful. Not what you want on holiday. For some reason the buffet restaurant was not open. Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful and worked very hard apart from a man on reception who I found very blunt and unhelpful. Overall we had a great time.

    Mercedes was the highlight overall a decent resort.

    Dreams was great for what we wanted. Perfect ocean view and tons of family things if you have little. Mercedes in the preferred club beach area was one of our favorite parts. He was so attentive to my husband and I while we relaxed.

    Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.
