    The staff was amazing… however, the food was just average (very repetitive and not many options) and entertainment was nearly non existent.

    Worth the time and money

    Outstanding experience. Exceeded all expectations. We were always leery of all inclusive because of fear of quality of food/drink. BOTH food and drink was outstanding and of high quality. Rooms and staff were exceptional. Overall GREAT experience and great vacation. Will definitely be back. And will pursue other Hyatt properties for vacation options

    Great Experience at Dreams Los Cabos

    I would highly recommend Dreams Los Cabos. The resort was well maintained and poolside refreshed at the start of each day. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and attentive. I would also like give a shout out to a couple of the waitstaff who provided exceptional service. The first one was Lucas Angel Kevin Arduir (sp?). He was our very attentive and friendly poolside waitstaff. Lucas was always checking on our needs as he walked by and made sure that our stay was as comfortable as it could possibly be. He also took the time to get to know and interact with us making us feel very welcome! His customer service skills are exemplary! In addition, I would also like to mention the exceptional attention we received from our waitstaff at a couple of the restaurants. At Oceana we were waited on by: Sergio, and Iker. At the Seaside Grill was a very pleasant young man whose name escapes me but was a Dallas Cowboys fan. My only complaint would be that it was very difficult to control the temperature in our room as it was very cold most of the time. The French restaurant was extremely cold despite we (the men in our group) had to wear collared shirts and long pants. The women in our party were freezing. The only other improvement I would like to suggest is if the staff could make clear to guests at check-in that they cannot reserve poolside lounges with their towels and not return for hours. If spaces are being reserved, then one member of the party should be there at all times. This is a common problem at most resorts, not just Dreams Los Cabos. Overall, the my stay was exceptional!

    Cabo Getaway

    Overall we enjoyed our stay. The resort was clean, laid out well and we didn't have any issues. We were disappointed with the selection and service at the buffet, but the food was good. The service at the Preferred Club bar service needs to be improved. There were several team members who were outstanding during our stay. Nicko at Portofino's restaurant was absolutely amazing. When you go there, ask for him. While the cabanas are expensive, our experience was excellent. Fredy did an amazing job. If you stay as a Preferred guest, make sure to go to the Preferred Beach bar. Miriam and Mercedes were incredible.

    Worst Vacation of our lives

    Worst vacation ever, terrible food (advertise multiple restaurants but on more than 1 occasion only 2 were open) drinks watered down. Constantly being hounded to purchase upcharge packages. I contacted both Dreams & Hyatt directly before posting this review, telling them exactly what I have said here, but they chose not to reply to me

    Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
