    The Experience at Rendevous

    Nathalia y Jorge at Rendevous lounge bar have excellent customer service skills as well as professional. Not only can they work with a busy crowd but can also take the time to be personable! I was really happy that I got to experience Jorge tending service my last 3 nights y Nathalia is an excellent host and compliment to Jorge tending skills. Excellent team and excellent experience! Thank you Jorge y Nathalia, buena suerte! (Let’s not forget that all his drinks and Nathalia drinks are top notch, I just need to comment on their hospitality, thank you!)

    Beautiful & fun vacation place for the whole family!

    What a beautiful trip! The room was outstanding, the staff was exceptional, the food was excellent! We hope to return sooner than later! Martin and his activities staff were a pleasure to deal with, always very accommodating and super friendly! They truly made it a fun place to be! From the time we arrived, Josue greeted us and showed us to the most spacious room. The food was excellent, with choices all day and into the evening hours.....not to mention the late night coffee and ice cream bar! Poolside, Jeuvenito and Isabel made sure we had everything we needed, up to and including food, drinks and shade! Poolside activities took place every day, it was so fun watching everyone join in the activities! Jamie served us breakfast at the World Cafe each morning, surrounded by a group of bright and sunny people after Zuegey seated us! Yennifer was always there to greet us with a smile at the Sea Side Grill - also a great place for a pleasant outdoor dining experience. The exercise classes made a great start for each day! (not to mention burning off the calories!) AmStar provided great, hassle free transportation super easy - and we signed up for 2 excursions we'll never forget! Great memories!!

    Great family vacation at Dreams Los Cabos

    Fantastic family experience, resort staff are great, food well above expectation for all inclusive, and liked it was a bit smaller of a resort compared to some of the mega Riu style options

    Excellent service Ruffo

    Wow. We Loved the amazing attention from RUFFO at the Cabana Sea side grill. Great service, I can't say enough to the details and service he gave. He deserves tips every single time such a hard worker and everybody else here at the resort to the chef, to the waiters, to everybody cleaning and making sure we enjoy our time here. EXCELLENT

    Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.

    Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
