Oct 28, 2025Always enjoy our vacations but expect a little more from the resort.
Dreams Los Cabos, resort was clean, staff friendly. The property appeared to need quite a few repairs which was slightly disappointing for an upper scale resort. The time share people were overbearing on a daily basis and then rude upon realizing you were not going to purchase. You felt like you had to avoid being bombarded every time you exited the elevator.

Ok for lower priced all inclusive.
We payed for preferred club ocean front room. 1 night for our anniversary. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 10 star service. The upgrades are pedestrian and so are the food choices. But this is a lower priced all inclusive. Stay away from room 234. The morning we checked out maintenance was working on suite next door. The shower light flickered and we had no water in the bathroom. Floor tiles broken and the couch was pretty well worn. But the bed was very comfortable, the a/c was awesome & sound proofing from outside party noise better than I expected. We absolutely enjoyed the adult only pool and saw whales in the morning.

Went to Dreams on the last leg of our Cabo stay. Only negative observation while there was a couple times where the hostess of the Bordeaux and the World café, where they did not acknowledge you while waiting and carried on their conversation with co workers and then finally after showing impatience that they finally acknowledged you. The World café could use something to keep you in the shade while waiting in the sun to get in. Recognizing staff for their attentiveness and great personality are: Dulce- @the Lobby bar Carmen and Jaime @the World Cafe Jorge and Oliver@the Steak House/Sea Side Grill Carlos@the Bordeaux

Well worth the stay
Room was spacious although a bit outdated. Service was outstanding. Some of the dishes (penne, fettuccini, pizza at Portofino, steak and catch of the day at Bordeaux, and grilled fish tacos at Sea Side Grill) were wonderful. Kudos to Irineo, Portofino’s chef, for putting together exquisite dishes. Helios at VIP services ensured that nothing was missing to make our stay enjoyable. Norberto and Miguel’s receptive ears at Member Services allowed us to openly share our experience as members. We will certainly be coming back.

Amazing kids club, brilliant entertainers
Great entertainers throughout the day. It sounds silly but this is a huge value as they get you participating in games and sports with other people and it makes it so easy become friendly with everyone which in turn makes you feel at home. Kids club was a particular pro for us. They run from 9.30am-10pm with a massive array of varying activities. Theres a private splash pad in the explorers club which the kids use around midday then they'll move onto lunch which the team will sort out for your kids at the buffet. The team are incredible, so warm and welcoming to our 4 year olds.
