    CHECK YOUR BILL/CHARGES AT CHECK OUT!!!

    I travelled with my family (7 of us in 3 rooms) last week. We paid extra for the Christmas dinner- $150 per couple. They tried to charge us $80 for an extra bottle that we never ordered (we didn’t even finish the wine that was included with our meal). It took 7 attempts at speaking to the front desk staff/manager/concierge manager before they removed the $80 charge. However that wasn’t the biggest issue. We rented a cabana for a day which cost $650. They tried to charge us for a bottle of $50 tequila - which again we didn’t order (we aren’t tequila drinkers). When we told them we didn’t order tequila they brought the cabana staff and the concierge manager who showed us photos of an empty tequila bottle and a receipt with my FORGED SIGNATURE!!!!!!! I was livid. They straight up lied and tried to scam us. I emailed the hotel assistant manager and she has yet to follow up with any sort of apology or resolution. Stay away from this place & check your bills!!

    Christmas Break

    This is a real gem of a property, not too big and not too small and in very good shape and location. Staff are very friendly and eager to ensure that your vacation is going well. Food quality was very good. We spent most of our days at the main pool and would like to give special acknowledgement to Manuel and Bryan of the entertainment team at the main pool for their creativity in games/competitions poolside each day. They are both very personable and we enjoyed many of their activities they lead each day. Poolside drink and food service from Elsa and Misael was excelente!

    Amazing, exceeded expectations!

    First time in Cabo and at Dreams. Mercedes and Lucas were amazing, they went above and beyond to make it the most special trip possible. Would love to come back sometime!

    Incredible vacation at Dreams Cabo

    Spent a great week in Dreams Cabo. The food was amazing, beautiful views from the beach and plenty to do at the pools. Service is also amazing. Especially want to thank Mercedes who was an incredible waiter in the Preferred Club beach area. He went out of his way, everyday, to ensure we had a great experience.

    Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

    Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.

    Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
