    Just amazing

    Wonderful hotel with new upgrades. They upgrade the room for UVC members, the family enjoyed the ocean views and suites. The food has consistently been fantastic.

    Such a perfect trip! This hotel is great for couples and families. Everyone was great and always attended to our needs! Mercedes and Miram were amazing!! Carlos, Miguel, and Rauffino also! Amazing service everyday! Thank you so much!

    So fun, I don’t want to leave!

    Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and supportive! There was never a dull moment. E-team kept the experience so much fun! Room was excellently cleaned and stocked when we wanted. Room service we had a lil hiccup, but was fixed promptly.

    You’re never going to want to leave!

    We literally just got back from Dreams a few days ago and I already want to go back! The food was great, staff was super friendly and welcoming, entertainment was wonderful, the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and smells amazing at all times. I went with a group of about 45 people and we felt so welcomed everywhere we went here! Very family friendly while still very accommodating to adults. We didn’t bring our kids but I actually wish we would have considering every kid we saw was having the time of their life lol. Amazing place to stay! I highly recommend.

    Friendly staff and amazing first time all-inclusive experience

    The resort is about a 30-minute ride that can be easily booked via private transfers or shuttles. The fact you can walk onto the beach from the resort is so nice, but be cautious of the water. The waves are really strong that it’s not recommended to walk where the water comes up to. Staff were all so friendly, everyone just greeted you wherever you were. What I loved most was the special scheduled food events like tacos by the pool or evening appetizers with tequila shots. However we wished this happened more days than just one. Our room was well ventilated, had AC, and a nice view of the pools. Liked how the trees decently blocked the sun so it wouldn’t get too hot in the room. Food was amazing! Loved Oceana and Portofino (must get the pizza!) Wish we stayed another night to try Bordeaux. Restaurants are first come first served so make sure to go early. We waited about an hour for Portofino at 7pm. And fair warning it’s better to just order everything in one go for all the restaurants. Sometimes it takes awhile for food to arrive. I suggest downloading the resort app for convenience. You can order room service, confirm restaurant opening times/menu and even request extra amenities like an ironing board and slippers. Would love to visit again !

    Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

    Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.

    Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
