Beautiful location, but surf noise very loud at night, food quality so-so but service by 100% of staff excellent, Kids Club excellent, Entertainment excellent. For non-alcoholic foodies, not the best choice vacation option, We had party of 4 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 grandchildren.

We had a terrible experience at this resort. Where do I even start. From the unfriendly staff, felt like a chore to ask for anything, Very low quality food at the World Cafe buffet; had paper in my Chilaquiles just for example. Not enough towels the pool, loud jack hammering from all the construction around the property. We did not feel we got our value from this stay, there are much better resorts at this price point. My entire family of 13 people left feeling disappointed.

Nice non luxury all inclusive resort
Nice resort in general for families. Good: Kids club from 3-12 years old. Good service overall. Special mention to Mercedes from Barefoot grill. He is always anticipating our needs. Luis from concierge services is also very attentive and helpful. Restaurants are good overall. They are first come first serve, so there could be 1 hour waiting time... But you can wait in the bar of the resort having a cocktail or an ice cream from the cafe, so it is manageable. Some shows are good: especially the circus ones! The not so good: Bedrooms are a bit dated. Could benefit from an extra anti bug treatment. There were small ants (or they seemed to be) in our bedroom. Didn't seem to go away. Maybe they came from the garden. This resort could also benefit from more swimming pool towels. They run out of them very fast and you need to wait a long time to get them. Seating around the pool or beach is also very limited. The beach is not swimmable, as are most of the area. There was also some construction going on, so it can get loud when you are at the beach umbrellas area So nice overall

Every evening I looked forward to seeing Dulce’s beautiful smile greet me when I would sit for a cocktail prior to my meal. She will be in my thoughts every time I recall the excellent time I had in Cabo while staying at Dreams for my family Thanksgiving vacation.

Vacation that felt like family.
We had an absolute great time at Dreams Los Cabos. What made it exceptional was the staff. Brenda and Rosalie and the other ladies at the Coco Cafe were just the absolute best. Each of them provided outstanding service each and everytime. The food there was fresh and tasted so good. Dinners at Bordeaux were absolutely fabulous. We were served by, Carlos, Marco and Jesus. Each of them going out of their way to make sure our experience was one to remember. Jesus surprised me with a birthday cake which was just so lovely and unexpected. Brian at concierge was also just a delight. When we upgraded our room I wasn’t sure it was what we needed, and he took the time to show me other options. He was patient and kind throughout it all. The resort was kept clean, and our room was made up each day to perfection. We felt comfortable and like we were among Family. Needless to say, we had an absolute wonderful time. Thank you again.
