    Warm Hospitality & Great Energy from an Amazing Team

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another highlight of our stay at Dreams Cabo was the incredible service from Cecia at the lobby bar and Ninfa from the entertainment team. Cecia was amazing behind the bar — professional, welcoming, and extremely attentive. She created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, always serving drinks perfectly and making guests feel genuinely taken care of. Her hospitality skills were outstanding, and she consistently went above and beyond to make every visit to the lobby bar a great experience. Ninfa brought such a cool, fun energy to the entertainment team. She was engaging, upbeat, and fantastic at what she does. Whether hosting activities or interacting with guests, she made everything more enjoyable and made sure everyone felt included. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm truly stood out. Both Cecia and Ninfa are excellent at their jobs and represent the high level of service that makes Dreams Cabo such a special place. Their hospitality, professionalism, and great personalities made a big impact on our stay. Highly recommend!

    Outstanding Service & Great Energy Throughout the Resort

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at Dreams Cabo! The resort is beautiful, but the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Manuel from the entertainment team brought incredible energy and knew exactly how to keep things fun while making everyone feel included. He definitely kept the vibe alive throughout the stay. Huge thanks to the bartenders Marcos, Dulce, and Octavio — their customer service was second to none. Friendly, attentive, and always delivering great drinks with a smile. The Manatees Pool bar was a favorite spot thanks to their consistency and great hospitality. Overall, the service was outstanding and made the trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!

    Love the bartenders at the swim up bar at the adult pool, Dulce you are amazing! Octavio so sweet and Marcos was great company for me Christmas Day!

    Great crepes and latte from Raymundo

    Raymundo was providing great service for us. I really enjoyed the crepes and latte. My whole family enjoyed getting the gelato, coffees, and the sweets from Coco Cafe. It was amazing.

    Greta experience

    Raymundo was the best he is so nice and very fun to talk to my family loves Raymundo! And I can tell he takes his job serious and he loves doing it I look forward to seeing Raymundo at the coco cafe again!

    Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

    Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.

    Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
