We had an amazing time at this Resort. We arrived right after Hurricane Priscilla but before Tropical Storm Raymond. Even with the bad weather the Resort was clean and well cared for. The staff were attentive, and the food was excellent. Irving the culinary supervisor went above and beyond setting up a romantic dinner on the beach for us when he heard it was my husband's birthday. A big shout out to Helios Cuerto from VIP services as well. He was very helpful with tips on traveling outside the resort and making sure out rooms and stay were very memorable. I highly recommend this Dreams Los Cabos!

We booked a day pass for 3 adults and 2 children which cost $535. Arrival around 10:00 AM was great and the resort is very nice. Once we got to the pool things went south quickly. No pool loungers were available so we had to stand around waiting. Fortunately another family left and we were able to take their vacated chairs in a less than desirable location to watch the kids in the pool. We ordered drinks which took about 45 minutes to arrive. Luis the server was running around trying to satisfy orders, but failed miserably. An umbrella took over an hour to be provided. Having endured that ordeal, we tried the swim up bar for a drink. The bartender (Amadan?)was the rudest I have ever dealt with. Drinks appeared to have been watered down and tasteless. Lunch at the barefoot bar. AVOID IT AT ALL COST! What resort restaurant runs out of hamburgers 20 minutes after opening. Another order of refreshments at our seats took almost an hour to arrive. Most of the guests around us were also complaining about service. The ONLY decent thing about the day was the poolside entertainment for the kids. Failing that we would have left I mentioned my poor service experience to the check in personnel, who assured me that my communication would be shared with management. Amazing views and great service !
Visiting from Chicago drinks were awesome and the rooms are beautiful ! Ruffo and Elida are great servers and waiters the open seas are beautiful plus the staff will host near by games for the guest kids which is adorable !

AMAZING experience
My boyfriend & I came here for my birthday. This was my 2nd time visiting this exact location. And will also continue to come back. We did the junior suite & it was beautiful & mini bar was always stocked & the housekeeping was above and beyond. The hotel is very clean & beautiful doesn't matter day & night. Picture perfect photos. The hotel is involved in the ecology of Cabo as well. During the month of October is the baby sea turtle hatching. Every morning we saw ~4-5 babies making their way to the ocean. All of the restaurants were top notch especially the Barefoot Bar. Chef Juan was amazing! Highly recommend the quesadillas! The World Cafe was delicious with many options for everyone. The Co Co Cafe which is open 24/7 was quick & delicious with many options as well. That was are go to every morning. The pool was never to crowded. The Entertainment staff: Manuel "Manny", Bryan, Pablo, Darwin, and Pamela were absolutely amazing!!! 10/10. The E team is really the best thing about this resort. They have such amazing personalities & really enjoy what they do. They get the guests involved in all the fun daily activities. Each day is different with the activities they do for children & adults. Plus, the night club also has karaoke & everyone gets involved. They even surprised us & brought out this beautiful dessert & sang to me pool side. The view of the Pool is absolutely breathtaking. The pool / ocean front staff: Elsa (who is celebrating 26 years!) Rico & Luis were our favorite go to severs. Even if we weren't sitting in their section, they always made sure our drinks were full & food was readily available at any point in time. No matter how busy they were they always were very attentive & had a smile on their face. If you do the preferred club (highly recommend). Miriam was amazing down by the ocean. On the inside Silvia was top notch every morning/day. For the lobby bar: Dulce was top notch. She always made sure everything was beautiful & pristine. All of the staff went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. The vibe was very peaceful overlooking the ocean. The pools were breathtaking & the entertainment was above and beyond what we could ask for. The security guards by the beach were very informative to the patrons as to why they cannot get in the water. Because I’m horrible with names I always made sure to say good morning to “Bruno Mars” 😂He was very polite and very aware of the dangers & informed every one of the risk as to why you could not. The only thing I would suggest is while checking in, is that they should inform the guests of the dangers to help alleviate some issues for the security staff.
