Aug 28, 2025Great vocation and loved the kids club!
Our family with two kids spent our school break at Dreams. The weather was great and the place is not crowded at all this season. The crew is very nice at the cafes and housekeeping. We would specially thank the staff at the kids club, who took care of our kids so patiently and nicely. The place is nice and they are always responsive. Our daughters spent lots of fun time there, making crafts, doing exercises etc. We would especially thank the teachers, Andy, Pao, Claw, Tomy, Sandy and Reyna!

Great family getaway!
Such a great vacation! The resort was immaculate, the service impeccable and the rooms were great. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with an ajoining king for our teenagers and it was just perfect. The size of the resort was big enough that you didn't feel crowded yet compact enough you weren't walking miles to get from one point to another. Just awesome. Huge shoutout to Luis at the pool bar. He was FANTASTIC. Always looking out for us and helping proactively every day to make sure our stay was wonderful.

Winning at Dreams!
Fantastic experience! The food was great! It beat our expectations. Plenty of options. Our favorite was Oceana followed by Portofino. The breakfast at World Cafe has something for everybody. The highlight was the service at the beach/pool. Ask for Gabriel, he is a real pro and made us feel welcome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If something is not perfect, they will make it happen. Jonathan and Anna-Minnesota. USA

We recently stayed at this resort and had a generally positive experience, although there were a few areas that could use some attention. Firstly, the resort itself is quite lovely, but we found the rooms to be slightly dated. They were spacious and mostly clean, which was a plus. However, noise was an issue due to the adjoining rooms — we could hear conversations quite clearly, which impacted the overall comfort of our stay. The food at the resort was decent overall, with a standout experience at the French restaurant, where the service was incredible and the food truly delicious. Most of the dining experiences were enjoyable, thanks to the attentive staff. A special mention goes to the pool service provided by Humberto and Rufo, who were outstanding and made our time by the pool very relaxing. Activities by the pool were great and they have a wonderful team of members who organize it. They were all wonderful but would like to acknowledge John and Manuel for their efforts. While cleanliness could be improved in some areas of the resort, I noticed they are currently undergoing construction to enhance the facilities, which is a positive step towards improving guest experiences. Our children absolutely loved the Explorers Club, and I want to extend our thanks to Andy, Pao, Clau, Tomy, Sandy, and Reyna for their caring and engaging approach to the kids—your efforts were greatly appreciated! Lastly, the lobby bar was a great spot for winding down, with wonderful servers who provided excellent service. Overall, this resort has a lot to offer, and I believe that with some continued improvements, it could provide an even better experience for future guests.

Mercedes was the very best waiter at our pool in Dreams Los Cabos!!🥰 He was personable , very efficient and helpful!! We hope to see him next year!
