The activities were all so fun. Maria, Yuliana, and Esteban were all so nice and easy to get along with. I highly recommend the property. The food and drink options were plentiful. The preferred Club lounge is worth it.

The food was subpar in all but 2 facilities. Noor, and Mare were the exception. The buffet was horrible, food cold or warm at best. Italian restuarant was absolutely horrible. Food, service all terrible. For a resort in the islands it is amazing that most all the seafood was over cooked. Especially the shrimp. Was very disappointed in trying to be upsold almost everything. Having paid the price for preferred club being upsold on good meals is ridiculous. Will never stay here again and will not recommend that anyone that I know does

Wonderful all round
Amazing. I’m big on honest reviews and this is one of the loveliest resorts. We spent the first three weeks of November here. The resort is divided into family side (Dreams) and Adult only side (Secrets). The staff are so welcoming and friendly, from the very start. You can upgrade to preferred club which gives you access to a few extra pools and restaurants at different times, we chose to do this and enjoyed the experience. The restaurants are all different and varied. We did find that some of them had very slow service but it was fine sitting and talking. There is a teppenyaki restaurant included in all inclusive, you just need to book if. It’s great fun and the chefs are very engaging and entertaining, the food is also excellent. The buffets are of a high standard and there is definitely something for everyone. The drinks are great, all named spirits and drinks. The quality of them is really really good. The staff are so good, and nothing is too much trouble. The entertainment team are wonderful. We like to do our own thing but we took part in some activities like ocean Zumba, hat painting, pool yoga, sunset parties… there’s lots to do! The beach is spotless and the sand is beautiful. You can snorkel off the beach, and sometimes get lucky and see a turtle or two! Don’t hesitate, just go. You won’t regret it, and we have already re booked for next year.

Amazing stay
Had an amazing stay, great service, food and drinks. The preferred option was great with a nice pool to relax in as well as the bar with extended drinks. The beach was lovely, turtles, barracuda, eagle rays right off the beach. Restaurant food was good, and very little wait times for tables even at Christmas time, seems to be plenty of options to manage the no reservation policy. One area to be aware of is that there are limited vegetarian options in some restaurants - what was available was very good, but feels more could be done. Saying that the vegitarian in the party loved it,

Dec 28, 2025The was a few hiccups along the way our beach server made things memorable in a good way
We have a lot of negatives about our trip . Amstar not at airport when we arrived . Not having internet and translation accessible makes things scary . . Taxi cab driver taking us to the wrong scuba business . But Diorka our beach server made our trip especial . She made sure our drinks were full and she was always happy and smiling .
