A great hotel in superb condition. The building and grounds are pristine - as was our room. We stayed in the Adults only area of the resort and paid an additional fee for the “Preferred Club” - which was supposed to be exclusive but this was not the case. Any guest seemed to be able to use the club pool and beach area as no checks took place. The “Preferred club” bar in the main building was like an airport lounge with a poor selection of foods and no atmosphere whatsoever. This brings me to entertainment… a violinist, a saxophonist, a chellist, 3 tenors and a silent disco …. really poor. The hotel really needs to review their entertainment offering as it had a negative impact to our holiday and I’m sure to others too - if they work in this important aspect the holiday would have been more enjoyable!

Secrets La Ramona
Staff were wonderful (specifically Marcos Gonzalez), food and drinks were great, beach was beautiful, and there was always something to do!

Sun and sand
We had a lovely time at the Secrets resort. The water is amazing and the sand is so soft. We especially loved our beach hostess Diorka. She was wonderful.
