GREAT RESORT
Excellent facility: starting from the current year Hyatt. 5th time I go there. Personnel and management are Excellent. An all night long bar where you can pick some snacks up continues lacking, if you consider 'Dreams La Romana, year 2018. However, my best congrats, it's a very enchanting resort.

Buffet Caoba
A very nice experience at Caoba, with Luz Mery, a fabulous lady who ate very empathic with all of us. I really recommended

Fabulous Beach Vacation at Secrets La Romana
We had a wonderful time at Secrets La Romana! We went with the Preferred Club package and it was so worth it. We were a little worried it would be rainy when we came but only passing showers, gorgeous weather the rest of the time. Great amenities, beautiful beach with no sargassum, and we were really impressed with the food and drinks too! Also the customer service was top notch - our personal concierge Byron took great care of us, he was a delight! Highly recommend if you are looking for an all-inclusive beach getaway, we would definitely go back again!

Beautiful but……
Beautiful but needs better signage, better variety of food and music, and better guidance from management as far as what and who should inspire the staff to go above and beyond with their customer service. The ambiance should feel like you’re in Dominican Republic, not at a resort that’s Americanized in Dominican Republic. Didn’t feel the authentic tropical vibes, and I’m Dominican from New York :/

Fantastic stay
Travelled with TUI the last week in August for 14 days to Secrets La Romana adults only Bayahíbe on the Preferred/Enclave section,as this was a special occasion for us both we thought we would seek the services of a concierge, having read many reviews on this page regarding several of the popular ones we were introduced to Febles who immediately came over as a really nice personality and would take care of our every need for the length of our stay with a cool box delivered to our sunbeds every morning and a plate of fresh fruit roundabout lunchtime. The hotel which has just changed branding from Hilton to Hyatt is set in a beautiful setting with a gorgeous beach and a crystal clear ocean and the big bonus no sargassum at all making it perfect for snorkelling. The room 2331 in the preferred section had a nice view overlooking the preferred club pool and caught the sun rising until lunchtime, this was kept spotless by a good team. We visited many of the resorts restaurants all booked by Febles ,our favourite was Sakura which was a sushi, teppanyaki, restaurant which we visited several times and was welcomed every time by Santa ,a bubbly friendly waitress, food quality was excellent. Noor which was now an Indian style restaurant came a close second and served a very good rib eye steak, also the lamb vindaloo was a very tasty meal without being too hot. The preferred club pool was always quiet with no rush to claim sunbeds and remained quiet and peaceful throughout the day, Dominica and Wilfrido ,Olga and Adrian all working hard around the pool, temperatures throughout our stay were in the nineties with hardly any rain showers which did dry up in minutes. The preferred club lounge was a great place to have a snack and top shelf branded spirits, this can only be used by preferred members as are all preferred sections. There is a water park which can be used by Dreams/Secrets resorts and is quite a spectacle with 3 water slides,a kamikaze slide and a lazy river. All in all , I loved this resort and all it offers and 100% will return next year and if you arelooking for a lazy relaxing stay get a butler, get Febles.
