Beautiful resort and top notch service. Our butler, Bryon, did a fantastic job of making us feel special on our anniversary trip. Everyday he brought us a custom cooler with our favorite pineapple and rum drinks. On our last day, he surprised us in the cabana with our favorite drink served in a pineapple! It was unexpected and a very special moment for us to celebrate.

Great stay for Honeymoon!
Very clean and well kept property. Byron was fantastic and helped with making our stay excellent. Beach and pools were great. Would recommend staying here.

All inclusive meaning with a big smile and high quality service and foods and beverages!
Looking for a relaxing and beautiful trip? This is it! Special thanks to the animation crew Maria Reyes, Yosnayder Bautista and Juliana who mades us laugh every day. They clearly love their job and that shows. The food is very high in quality and lots of love cooking and a la carte. The adults only restaurants are clearly better and comfortable. The hotel is always impeccable and hygiene is a high standard which was very important to me. No seaweed on this side of the island and if there s some they immediately clear it. Overall a very well deserved thumbs up 👍🏼 thanks to all we hope to come back!

December Getaway
Mom and daughters trip that did not disappoint ! The resort and area was gorgeous and the best swimming as it has an inlet and it just felt very tucked away. The buffet was good , would be nice to serve yourself rather than waiting for staff to serve you , we went to the Italian and it was awful but we made do . Very clean , friendly ppl , sun & sand - perfect for us

Customer Service Went Above and Beyond!
Customer Service Made it right!!! I booked a room almost a year ago with Hilton from 6/11 - 6/18 and due to a Hilton requirement in how we booked we had to make two separate reservations, one from 6/11-6/17 and another from 6/17-6/18. On 6/11 when we checked in we were informed that the hotel is now managed by Hyatt (Was Hilton La Romana now Hyatt Dreams (family) / Secrets (adult). We were told on 6/11 that our reservation was still good. On 6/13 two days into our stay I discovered that Hilton canceled our reservation from 6/17-6/18 with no notice and there was nothing they could do. Randy in customer service (Hyatt management company and Playa hotel owner) and Ms. Paola went above and beyond and addressed all of my concerns, they provided they best customer service I have ever received hands down!!! As an aside the staff has been very attentive and helpful, my family and I have had a great time!
