Victor Val was the best butler! He helped plan a surprise engagement for my fiancée and I. We couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this resort to anyone as the food was fabulous and had great variety as well!

Amazing resort with Amazing staff!!
Absolutely beautiful place! Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend! 10/10 Our waitress at the pool, name is Belkis was the best!!!

Awesome resort!
We had a great time at Secrets. We loved the resort. The food was amazing. We ate at all the restaurants except the seafood. (I don't like seafood) We enjoyed the preferred pool and the bar located there. Jose was an amazing bartender and very friendly. His drinks were great! My husband is allergic to pineapple and he never minded making drinks w/o pineapple. Try the Dirty Monkey! We also ate at the buffet for dinner. Bennie was our waiter and he was so nice. The burgers on the beach were awesome as well. The beach was beautiful. I have been to 3 all inclusive resorts and Secrets was our favorite. Everything is close and you don't have to walk far to get to all your favorite spots.

Coffee shop staff EXCELLENT
The staff at the coffee shop were amazing and helpful, so friendly and polite which made me want to go back and get a coffee more and more.

A great location for a celebration
Traveled here for my 40th Birthday. It is an immaculate facility and the grounds were pristine! It is a great all-inclusive resort for the price and I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing adults only resort. They added small touches throughout the stay to make me feel special! We loved our concierge LuidingB.
