Hilton Should Be Ashamed of this Management
We just arrived here today, and our first impressions were generally favorable. Nice grounds, lovely beach, decent assortment of eating venues for an all-inclusive resort. But when I complained that the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room, all I got was a bunch of excuses like, “we’re working on it; it should be fixed by tonight” or “we’ll send somebody up to look at it.” Of course, nobody ever came and, as I learned from the people in the line in front of me trying to check out and get their money back, the air conditioning had been out for at least a couple of days in multiple buildings. I estimate that the temperature in our room approaches 90 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s one thing to have that kind of system failure at a resort of this caliber. It’s quite another to treat paying customers with such abject dishonesty. Hilton should be ashamed of this management.

Best vacation ever!
Victor Val and Febles took excellent care of us. From bringing us fruit and drinks by the pool, to making our dinner reservations, they made our trip very easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort, and these wonderful butlers! Love those guys!

Not What It Seems
When we arrived from a long flight from the UK we were bombarded to upgrade to the Enclave package, was shown a price they wanted me to pay . After quite a few attempts we declined, based on the fact it had already cost us thousands of pounds to travel from the UK, so we shouldn't really then have to pay to have an enhanced experience. It wasn`t adult only , only certain areas were. We didnt upgrade so had to use the family beach which had a very narrow rocky path to it unless you entered via the family side . My wife fell and bruised her arm. the food was served as if in a school canteen. This was meant to be our honeymoon, It was a nightmare Be wary if you book this as all is not as it seems . would not go back again, have expressed my concerns to TUI they are not interested

April 2025 Trip to Hilton La Romana
Luiding was a great help! Would come back! Food was very good. They have a huge property here. For spring break there were a lot of people but it never felt too crowded. We opted for the Wnclave buy-up and that was definitely worth it. Make sure you pack enough sun screen. They sell it there but it’s expensive.
