At Noor restaurant, chef Aftab Alam dazzles you with a cavalcade of fabulous Mediterranean flavors that make you feel like you're in the Garden of Eden. Pleasantly spiced dishes, temptingly invite you on a gourmet journey where countries and cultures meet on one plate. Aftab Alam pampers our appetites like a true guardian angel, who is not only a wonderful chef, but also a gentleman to the core who follows the wishes of his guests with extraordinary attention. The saying is true: "if you have eaten well in a restaurant anywhere in the world once, you will want to go back there for the rest of your life" - this is exactly true of Aftab Alam's work at Noor restaurant. Wonderful people at Secrets La Romana
Loved the people who took care of us for the week. Everyone was happy and friendly making it very enjoyable. A special thanks to Belkis Mejia and Amairy who were excellent and fun as our poolside servers.
