    Preferred pool help was the best, thanks Jesus

    My wife and I traveled to Cartagena for our first trip here. We enjoyed the staff , and our days at the pool were made most enjoyable by Jesus. He was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed. Many times he would come by and give us new water or beer without even having to ask. He was ahead of our game. The staff in the world market also kept my coffee cup full every morning, I never ran out. Karen was a pleasure and greeted us with a smile. Thanks to the UVC representative Valentina for all she did for us too

    Poor kitties

    The whole experience was very nice! Food and drinks were great. I loved that my husband and I went during low season so it’s wasn’t too crowded. The only things is that I wish they would feeds the poor cats that roam around the pools. I fed them everytime I got a chance. But it did break my heart seeing one drinking from the pool. I will the staff would feed them and provide drinking water. They do keep the rodents away so the least they could do it’s provide food and water. Other thank that I was very happy with my stay. Rooms were pretty spacious that I really loved

    Dreams review

    Our was an utter disappointment, falling far short of what we expected from an 'all-inclusive' experience. The food was consistently bland and repetitive, with limited options beyond the same tired buffet dishes. The drinks were ok but the 'premium' options were only accessible with significant hassle. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and questionable cleanliness. The entertainment was lackluster, consisting mainly of outdated shows with disinterested performers. The staff seemed overworked and uninterested in addressing our concerns. I have been to an handful of dreams resorts that I have enjoyed but no this one Avoid this place at all costs - you'll get much better value for your money by staying somewhere else.
