    Need more supplies and training

    The resort is beautiful, however they need to maintain the maintenance. They ran out of wings and passion fruit cocktails everyday by noon. If you were lucky enough to order it, they gave you 2 wings and four fries everytime. They also turn the lights off in the lobby every night at 1 am without any warning, which was king of scary. They also need to provide more food for all of the cats walking around. They would stand up on your chair begging for food because they are so hungry.

    It was an amazing experience, great food and service. Sebastian was the person who assisted us in the swimming pool and he is a really cool guy.

    Nice All inclusive for families with kids and with management staff that does right by the customer. Beautiful modern rooms and amenities. Good restaurants. The property is about 20 mins from the airport

    Greatest vacation ever!

    Our experience was the best! we were welcomed and treated exceptionally well. The rooms are super comfy and we were delighted with the food of all the restaurants. The spa experience was also magnificent.

    Wedding Experience no couple should endure

    I am writing this review with deep disappointment and heartbreak. What was meant to be one of the most meaningful moments of our lives—our wedding—was overshadowed by repeated service failures, miscommunication, and emotional distress during our stay at a Hyatt Dreams property. We entrusted Hyatt (along with our wedding planner, Destify) with planning our destination wedding and accommodations. Despite working on these plans since December 2024 and having over a year to finalize details, critical wedding information was not confirmed until December 30, 2025, just days before our arrival. This delay caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty at a time when couples should feel supported and excited. Upon arrival, the situation escalated significantly. We had paid in full for a Preferred Presidential Suite through our planner and provided proof of payment and reservation. Hyatt staff informed us that payment had not been received and demanded an additional $2,800. Despite presenting receipts, the hotel would not accept them. We were placed in a downgraded room and were told—incorrectly—that it was the Presidential Suite. After hours of travel and prolonged back-and-forth, we were too exhausted to continue disputing the matter. The following day, we were given multiple conflicting and inaccurate explanations, including being told that: • The planner had no contract with Hyatt • The planner cancelled our room • I personally cancelled the suite due to geopolitical concerns on January 1st (which is demonstrably false) We were later asked to pack all of our belongings to move rooms—on the eve of our wedding. After complying and moving at 2:00 a.m. on our wedding day, we arrived to a room that smelled strongly of mildew. At that point, despite everything, I did not complain. Throughout this process, we remained patient and respectful, attended multiple escalation meetings with hotel management, and sought resolution in good faith. Unfortunately, there was no meaningful service recovery or restitution provided, aside from a gift basket—which felt dismissive given the scope of the failures. Meanwhile, we hosted approximately 75 guests who collectively spent well over $100,000 in rooms, in addition to our own significant personal investment. This experience reflects a profound breakdown in communication, accountability, and guest care. Hyatt is a brand known for hospitality, trust, and excellence—but that was not reflected here. No couple should have to navigate misinformation, last-minute disruptions, and emotional strain on their wedding weekend. I hope Hyatt leadership reviews this experience seriously—not only for our sake, but to ensure no future couple endures what we did.
