It was a very nice experience. The hotel was clean and the staff were really helpful. Shoutout to the activity teams group - especially Yenny, yisten, evelin, Michelle and gamaliel! They made my time at the pool a lot of fun!!

Not worthy of it's 5 star rating if I'm being honest. Service is pretty great, and the pools and beach are really nice, but that is the extent of it. The rooms are nice too, but we had to switch rooms after calling maintenance 4 times about the air conditioning. Food was okay, sometimes super dry and not tasty. Alcohol selection was not great either, I hate scotch and that is the only whiskey they provided without having to pay extra for bourbon (which was like $12-$15 per drink extra).

The location is very far away from the main part of Cartagena. The food was very bad. The beach access was impossible.

Great entertainment
Had a great time at Dreams Karibana! Michelle, Karen, Yenis, and the entire entertainment team were incredible! We also recommend the room service quesadilla!
