The hotel has a very nice experience for the cx. They offer a Bike Tour with a host, in our case Jhonatan assisted us and took us through the property. Very nice! Karen also helped us have a great time, she played with our child and entertained us!

Good experience overall with good food. The room was a bit dirty checking in and the second bed wasn’t ready but the team made up for it. Discounts are worth more than the coupons you get as a member from our experience. Service could improve in high-end restaurant.

If you love golf yes, the course is amazing. As far as the rest mediocre at best. My wife did not enjoy herself. Food is basically cafeteria food.

Warm, Friendly, and Relaxing Stay
We stayed at Karibana Dreams from November 9–16, 2025, and overall had a really lovely week. When we arrived, the staff greeted us with “welcome home,” and it honestly did feel that way after a day or two. Our room was quiet, very clean, and comfortable, and it was a nice place to come back to after being out at the pool or beach. The entertainment team (the E Team) really stood out. The “E” definitely feels like it should stand for “Excelente.” William, Elmer, Yenny, Jonathan, and George put so much energy into activities and always seemed happy to be there. They helped create a fun, relaxed atmosphere without being pushy. Food-wise, there are several restaurant options, and we never went hungry. I’m a newer vegan for health reasons, and Portofino became my favorite spot. The chef there was very kind about my requests and made some really good dinners for me. The manager checked on us regularly, which I appreciated. Most of the staff we met in the restaurants were friendly and welcoming. They often remembered us and greeted us with smiles, which made the resort feel smaller and more personal. For transportation and tours, we used Rose_transport and had a great experience. She was on time, easy to communicate with, and we always felt safe in the car. Her Instagram is @rose_transport if you want to look her up. The resort is not perfect, but the people made it so. We left feeling rested and well taken care of, and I would be happy to go back.

One of the worst experiences that I face in a resort in my life. Customer service was terrible. Checkin time at 5PM, waiters and frontdesk services are so bad that you prefer to avoid contact with them.

Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
