I was tricked into viewing this resort by a representative at another hotel. I was told that because I stay at hyatts regularly they wanted to introduce me to another property in their network so that maybe the next time I visit Mexico I could stay there. I was suspicious and told the representative I am not interested in any timeshares and she assured me it was nothing like that. Well as soon as we got there it became obvious it was a sales pitch and when I told the sales rep, Max, that we were not interested in their membership (which is a total scam) he berated me and my family, implying that we are broke and unable to commit. When I argued with this soulless spineless individual, Max, his team came over to diffuse the situation. I now realize this likely occurs often so they have a plan to bring in the fake nice sales rep to make sure people do not blow up their massive scam. When I complained about it to the staff at my hotel I was told someone would reach out to me. Weeks have passed and not a peep. Shame on you all. I was there with my husband and 3 year old. You really have to be terrible people to behave that way to people visiting your country.

A Wonderful Escape at Dreams Jade!
Just returned from an amazing trip to Dreams Jade! We were welcomed by the wonderful UVC reps, Ofelia and Luna (aka The Godfather 😄)—both were fantastic and so helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed access to the Preferred Club and pool, which made our days extra relaxing. Huge shoutout to Ivan and Angel at the Preferred Pool—they truly went above and beyond. We splurged on Bali beds for a few days and loved the fish tacos for lunch. Dinner at the teppanyaki table with Miguel was fun and delicious! The spa experience was a 10/10—the massages and hydrotherapy circuit were absolute bliss. The resort overall was beautiful, the food was consistently great (especially the salmon at Capers), and the service was top-notch. This trip reminded me why I love Mexico—the hospitality is unmatched. Highly recommend Dreams Jade—and please remember to tip the amazing staff. They really make the experience special! 🇲🇽✨

Nice experience
We stayed just 1 night for our anniverstary, my wife came in earlier, but I did not get to the resort untill 5. No luggage, check in was very easy , but I missed the specialty restaurant reservations. There comes a lovely lady from front desk office called Carolina, I've asked her what to do and she walked us to the restaurant and insisted with her colleague to help us since it was our anniversary. Comes out a floor captain , assignes us 6.15 pm , show was fun our chef was Luis, he's got the Habachi down to perfection. Room 1223 has a pool and an ocean view, we loved it. It was a bit humid cause it was a rainy day, but they sent a dehumidifier and we went off to exploring shows , etc . Hotel and the whole area from Cancun to Tulum had seaweed, but we enjoyed pools, partially heated, next day kids club etc. All hotel employees were accomodating and trying to help with all our requests. Recommended 100 %

The resort was OK. I would rate this as a mid level resort. They had lots of activities for adults to do in the evening, Macrame, picture painting (beach theme), fabric painting (tote bag), beading, pottery painting. Halloween party. We took a quick taxi ride into Puerto Morelos just to see it. The hotel was clean and the rooms spacious. The food was pretty good. My only big complaint was the black mold on the air conditioners face plate that blew right onto my bed and I went home with a very bad case of bronchitis.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.
