Really enjoyed the place, restaurants are excellent the buffet a bit boring (the same thing all the time) . Service was excellent, everyone is ready to help you with a smile. the room was nice and house keeping is excellent. The one thing that I really enjoyed, at the preferred pool, adults only and very quiet, no Screaming in cheap speakers coming from the "entertainment team" that seems to be a standard in a lot of resorts. The things that could be "fixed", don't have policies in writing that men have to wear long pants at the a la carte restaurants if you're not going to enforce it. Don't have policies in writing : NO pool chairs reservations (the usual put my towel on a chair and don't show up till 3 in the afternoon) once again if you're not going to enforce it. Would I go back ? for sure. Nice place. Love it.

Mexico 2026; Best Entertainment crew!
This was truly my best experience in Mexico hands down. So many people made me feel like I was at home. I made so many friends that when I look back at my pictures from the trip I have a hole in my heart because I might not be able to see them ever again. To shout out these people…their names are…. David, Antonio, Saul, Edwin, Suh, Alex, Christian, and Victoria. David is so so fun to be around. He always knew how to make me smile or laugh at any point during the day. He was one of the reasons I really loved this trip. Antonio could always put a smile on my face, he was a fun Zumba instructor and knows how to dance. Saul was one of the funniest guys at the resort; he was charismatic and fun to be around. Edwin made my family and I feel welcomed whenever we walked into the buffet whether it was receiving a welcoming hug or smile. Alex was very thoughtful and caring towards my family and friends when he took us on the sailboat. Suh was very fun and very sweet and you could easily see that she is full of love and light. Christian was a terrific masseuse and whenever he came over to us at the poolside he was always funny and also focused. Lastly, Victoria was our poolside waitress most of the trip and was truly amazing and so great at her job. She always made sure that we had our drinks and cared about us just in general. I love coming to Dreams Jade every year. I loved being around the entertainment crew this trip and I’m so glad I get to call them all my friends. Love them all!! - Love Annie/ Boo to David

AMAZING !!! SO GOOD AT HIS JOB!!! It was so delicious and he was so much fun! 10/10!!!!!! Miguel and Christan were an amazing Duo , if you go to Spice ask for them !!

Miguel andChristian are the BEST.
Miguel was a beast!! That dude cooked! We were visiting with family and he went above and beyond! Would love to come back! Christian was the robinhood to Miguels Batman. Delaney thinks the same thing but she forgot to add Christian’s name. WE LOVE THEM BOTH!!!!
