Isabel was incredibly friendly and personable, gave us a wonderful back massage on the beach and hooked us up with an amazingly relaxing massage at the spa. She definitely made our trip memorable, along with the rest of the helpful always-smiling staff!

Good food. A tad salty but all good. Miguel kept a good environment throughout, our little ones enjoyed it very much. Vegetables were also crisp and enjoyable, even 4 and 5 year olds devoured it. At the time of review, Miguel is still finessing his skills, but he will be perfecto in no time for sure. He does keep a very entertaining ambience, so our family is grateful! Viva Miguel!

The resort is clean and beautiful and the people who work there are very friendly. We felt very much at home. We stayed in the Preferred Club section. Unfortunately children are not allowed in that section's pool so we didn't get to enjoy the upgrade as much as we had hoped. The resort isn't super big so there's no waiting around for a golf cart to get across the property. We found it convenient that you could get anywhere within a 5 minute walk. There's a nice variety of restaurants but you can't make reservations so may sometimes have to wait for a table. The staff at all the restaurants were friendly and attentive to our needs. However, the downside is that they were quite under-staffed, especially at the pool bar. We also felt the alcoholic drinks were watered down. The entertainment staff were awesome and the nightly shows were very good!

Feeling like a new man
Great place for vacation, my wife and I truly enjoyed the experiences, but honestly the best part for me was the Dreams Spa. Adriana was amazing she really gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Best food at Palms Jade Resort
We ate at the Spice Restaurant and Miguel was our Chef. It was a great show. So much fun. The food was amazing!! He was very entertaining and enthusiastic!!!! You have to bring the whole family for the show. Plan ahead as it requires a reservation.
