Unforgettable Getaway at Jade Dreams Hotel
I visited the Jade Dreams Hotel in Puerto Morelos with my sister and cousins, and we had an absolutely incredible time. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—especially at the bars and restaurants. Every meal was delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. They truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Our rooms were big, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a full day in the sun. We also appreciated that even though you can’t make reservations at the à la carte restaurants, we never had to wait long. The food was amazing everywhere, but the French and Italian restaurants were the absolute standouts for us. There were tons of activities for everyone, and we especially loved the silent disco—it was such a fun, unique experience! Whether we wanted to join something lively or simply relax, there was always something to d. The only downside was that there were a lot of weddings when we were there —usually one or two a day. Some of the groups were quite large but it didn’t ruin our experience, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, Jade Dreams strikes the perfect balance of relaxation, great service, and a fun, welcoming vibe. We can’t wait to go back!

My stay at Dreams Jade Resort was very good. The service was incredible and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues that came up, staff were there instantly to fix it. Food quality was great, but I found the selection could've been better. Entertainment staff were awesome, super fun and friendly, and always remember everyone's faces and names. I did find that there was a little bit of a lack of night time entertainment. Resort was very well kept. Couple of flaws I had with this resort: Beach wasn't the greatest. Beach was very small, and the ocean was a bit rocky. Very few trees and visual extras. Another flaw with this resort was the lack of options late at night especially for food in drinks. All bars closed at 11pm, expect for the sports bar, which closed at 1pm. The only places to get food after 11pm were room service and the Coco Cafe. Unfortunately Coco Cafe had very few late night food options. Room service is free, but it took time to get to your room. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay at this resort. If you're looking for a place with good food, great service, and a nice pool, this is a good place. But if you're more of a beach person, this might not be it for you.
