I traveled to the resort with my boyfriend and it was our first time in Mexico. Overall, the resort was good! NEGATIVE: Territory was not crazy large and there was no space to walk around and explore. Beach had LOTS of seaweed and we could only go into the water on preferred side of the resort. It was also very rocky. Food was overall okay. We found buffet restaurant to constantly run out of food and not having enough staff members to replenish it on a daily basis. Capers (Italian) and Tamarindo (Mexican) were very underwhelming. Entertainment was also okay. Staff members were truly engaging throughout the day, however evening shows were meh. True shout out to Saul and Sue for making us get out of the chairs and participating in all the gamed though! POSITIVE: We did like Mercure - French - with food and service both being 10/10. Spice restaurant was also simply fantastic! Our chef was Miguel and while prior to coming to the resort I realized that he is a true gem of yours, we did really enjoy our dinner. Fire show was very good and entertaining alongside dance classes with Saul. We took part in pool volleyball, water polo, and Zumba on a daily basis. Our room was in building 2 and while I wish we were in building 1 which is closer to the main pool, room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff was wonderful and any requests for extra towels etc were completed in a very prompt manner. We also had amazing experience with Alfredo in the main pool bar and Ernesto at the grill who was polite and positive every day.

We have just returned from an 11-day stay at Dreams Jade. This was our second visit to this resort, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. We truly love this hotel for many reasons, but above all for the exceptional and attentive service we receive. From the moment we arrived, Roberto Rodrigues welcomed us warmly. He listened carefully to our requests and immediately made us feel at home. Our room was ready upon arrival, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, Carlos Lara took wonderful care of us every day, always with a smile and great attention to detail. At the adults-only pool, Oscar delighted us with his delicious drinks, while Melvin ensured our comfort at all times. The food was excellent in all the restaurants. Our personal favorite was Mercure, thanks to its outstanding cuisine and attentive service. At the buffet, Jesus, Edwin, and Jose were there day after day with their warm smiles, making sure our breakfasts and lunchs were always enjoyable. This level of service and hospitality is what keeps us coming back, and we look forward to returning again.

The experience that I have that this place is a beautiful place and that so much different good food restaurant so much
Beautiful country and the currency in is totally different from the currency in New Jersey I really want to thank Miss Paulina been so good to me and my twin sister telling us different things about Cancun and tasting all the good food she's a really nice person give a raise she deserve it and mostly everybody in your deserve a raise your staff is tremendously excellent everybody that's working the place is awesome beautiful I will come back here

great service at the Spice hibachi restaurant, fast service and funny chef (Luis), would definitely come back at a later date
