  Family trip

  We had a great week at Dreams Jade with our family of 11! The food was varied and delicious and the service was top notch. We celebrated my father’s 84th birthday and the concierges (especially Gabriela and Angela) as well as the staff at the restaurants added special touches to make sure his birthday was extra special. Muchas gracias! 🥰

  Dreams Jade

  Dreams Jade was a wonderful experience for both of us. The food quality was great, especially the grill, eggs and taco stations where your food was cooked fresh to order. The variety of seafood as sushi and ceviche was excellent. The beach, pools and swimming in the ocean were great. As an avid pickleball player, the only criticism I had was their unwillingness to coordinate open play times so people would know when to go to play and find other people to play with. There were many people who came who would go up to the courts, find no one there and leave. 15 minutes later someone else would come by and so on. They did organize a mini tournament at the end and we had 8 people, again without advertising it in the daily activities. Such a simple thing would have made the experience top notch.

  Beautiful Vacation At Dreams Jade

  Just returned from another perfect stay at Dreams Jade. Checked in at the Preferred lounge with the help of Roberto. He was very pleasant and gave us an awesome ocean front suite. Carlos was assigned as our butler. He was very helpful throughout our stay. Every morning, we received a message from him asking how he could help us with our stay. We so appreciated him, We alternated our time between the beach and the preferred pool. The staff was so accommodating and hard working. Alfrado,Carlos,Eddeer and Fernando were top notch. Always a kind word and a smile. A big thank you to Sergio for all the great food he cooked at the grill. He is a WONDER !!!! Melvin and Francisco were also a big help with chair set up and towel service. They were always willing to help. I wish there was more music at the preferred pool. That's the only negative comment I can make. It was still wonderful. I also have to mention the masseuse, Christian. He offers free massages at the preferred pool. He was wonderful!!! Make sure you find him . We didn't attend any of the shows in the evening, so I can't really comment on them. We did go to the lobby bar in the evening. The cocktails were delicious. Try the smoked old fashioned. You won't regret it. The bartenders were awesome. Oscar was very entertaining. We enjoyed his antics and humor very much. Also meet another bartender named Ethan. He was new at the resort and was so excited to be there. He is very sweet and an asset to Jade. We found the restaurants have upgraded their menus and food presentation. We enjoyed all of them but especially the French, Mexican and the Mediterranean. A server that stands out was Fernando at Mexican restaurant. We had a large group attending and he handled it very professionally. The room was spectacular and always cleaned perfectly. We felt right at home. To close it was great to see some of the old staff still there. Nice to visit with Dylan and Litzzy. Wishing them well. A big thank you to Paulina also for her smile and attentiveness during our stay. She is a very hard worker. We love our visits at this resort. It is like our home away from home. Also always meeting such nice people from around the world. We all have one thing in common and that is how much we love Dreams Jade. Till next year dear friends. Delores and Bill

  Good, not amazing, but would probably go back?

  Overall good experience! Pool Area - Amazing! Warm, large pools with beautiful views of the ocean! Swim up bar! Ocean - Lots of rocks and seaweed! Very difficult to go in the ocean! They had crews out removing seaweed everyday, but the rocks in the water still made it very difficult to go in. Food - Okay - Nothing amazing - A La Cartes were just okay. Very hard to get into. We had a group of 8 people and restaurants are booked on a "First come First Serve" basis. Unless you go at 5:30, you will have to wait a LONG time. Barefoot grill was yummy (grill at the pool)! Drinks - Good - They have some higher quality alcohol - but you have to request it. Poolside Entertainment - Great! Did an amazing job of keeping guests engaged and busy. Lots of fun pool games. Shows - Went to a few of them - They were pretty good! Staff - Really nice staff! Everyone was super kind and friendly and there to make our stay the best they could. Did not seem very accommodating when our rooms were not near each other or when we had difficulties trying to eat together as a family. Rooms - Nice, basic and clean. Beds are actually quite comfortable. Layout - Very nice - Pools go through the main part of the resort and rooms are located all around them. Restaurants and lobby are central in the middle with a huge outdoor lobby area - They have fun activities here in the evenings, like a casino night. Grounds - Well kept and manicured. Lots of greenery! Other - There was a wedding / event going on every day we were there. Got quite annoying as people were moving large amounts of materials, setting things up and blocking large areas of the resort. Beach areas, restaurants and bars would be closed to accommodate for these events. Construction - Lots of construction going on - Near the main buffet area and beach - Lots of drilling, sawing, etc. Was very loud - During peak times of day - Retiling the outdoor showers, etc.

  Hibachi dinner

  Miquel was amazing! The dinner was so good! We totally enjoyed our Hibachi experience and would definitely do it again!
