The staff made this destination memorable for sure. Sandy at the Preferred Beach went above and beyond to take good care of us. This resort is remarkable clean. The beach and aquatic wild life are entertaining. Jeri, our yoga instructor added a lot to our stay. We will be back!!!

Fabulous location. My husband had to seek medical care while we were there and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of care he received. Dr. Andres is awesome! Such a kind and caring doctor. His communication is very good.

Every thing at the resort was wonderful. Room, pool and drink service was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. That said the food was terrible. Both buffet and al la carte food was questionable, food that should be hot was cool and food that should be cold was warm. The last straw was going to the Italian restaurant and my surf and turf came out with a hot plate and cold steak and two sad little shrimp. The first time in my life that I’ve not eaten a restaurant meal that I’ve been brought. They didn’t even bother to microwave the precooked steak before putting it on the warmed plate.

An all inclusive that meets expectations.
Great location on a beautiful bay. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They put in a lot of effort for evening entertainment.
