Great location on a beautiful bay. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They put in a lot of effort for evening entertainment.

Quality of service.
Excellent service, friendly and attentive Alejandra and Nahomi were fantastic . It was a pleasure having there serve us at World’s Cafe Dreams hotel. Well done!! Muchos gracias!

Great Trip, Would leave cold canada to go here again
Location was beautiful, the beach was nice and the water was clear. The rooms were nice and had good working ac (which was great on the hot days). It wasn’t too loud in the evenings which was nice, and the resort always had multiple option for where to eat for supper, as well as breakfast and lunch. The waiters and waitresses at the restaurants were all very friendly, there was a taller lady named Brenda who was our server for a couple different nights, and she was very accommodating and made sure we had what we needed at out table which was very appreciated. At the beach, there were multiple different activities made available by the resort, like kayaking, riding on a hot dog tube that was pulled by a boat, and a hobie cat style boat. Definitely would visit this resort again!

A wonderful stay at Dreams Huatulco
We had a lovely stay at Dreams Huatulco resort. It exceeded our expectations. The facilities were all in great shape -- the rooms, pool, beach, restaurants, public spaces. The staff members were very friendly and made us feel at home. The food and drinks were good and plentiful. It was such a relaxing vacation, which is just what we wanted. What a beautiful setting. The staff was very helpful for my daughter who has celiac and is gluten-free. They gave her an allergy card to present at the different restaurants. While there were a few small hiccups, it generally worked well and she was relieved to have good, safe food. We originally had booked a smaller local hotel that did not meet our expectations, so we were so thankful to have a wonderful experience at Dreams.

STELLAR SERVICE
The staff were excellent! I required medical treatment during my stay and was treated by Dr. Andres, who's demeanor and humour are second to none! He came to my room and after explaining all my options, provided treatment. He speaks excellent English, and has a great sense of humour, which really put me at ease. Thank you so much Dr. Andres!
