  Good beach, nice pools, and good food.

  This is a nice resort with good views, and water access. 3 big infinity pools, and the beach is very close. There are many restaurants, with good food options. You need to get up early by 6 am , to get a beach/pool chair for the day, but the sunrise is beautiful, and they will serve you coffee with bailey's while your up.

  Absolutely loved Dreams Huatulco!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Dreams Huatulco! It is definitely our favourite resort of the all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at over the years in Mexico and other areas of the Caribbean. This resort is very clean, has spectacular views , numerous pools including 3 infinity pools, a children’s pool and adults only areas. It is a very accessible resort for people with mobility issues. And the crown jewel is the level of friendliness and outstanding customer service from the staff. There is an optional upgrade to “The Prestige Club” which gives you access to a private beach and bar, some perks in your room, and the use of a lovely, quieter Prestige Lounge. The Prestige Lounge has relaxed seating, a beautiful view, delicious snacks and sandwiches , plus premium beverages and a TV to watch sports events. The staff in the lounge are very attentive , professional and friendly. We especially enjoyed the excellent customer service we received there from Fabian. The Prestige Club beach and Barracuda bar also has wonderful staff, especially Alvaro and Sandy who anticipated our every need and wish. They both provided us with outstanding customer service on a daily basis, and we are so appreciative of their assistance and kindness . The beach at the resort is fun for snorkelling, with a good variety of fish. There is lots of wildlife in the region. We saw humpback whales from our balcony. The resort is also close to a charming town if you want a change of scenery. Overall, we loved Dreams Huatulco and we hope to return to this resort next year!

  Watch your belongings!!

  A pair of Sunglasses went missing in our room from my suitcase, so guest services were notified. They brought security to the room to look around and thats as much as they were willing to do. No answer until the following evening when I called concierge. They didn't seem too concerned about it and said there was nothing they could do. They still allowed the maid to keep cleaning our room even though she was the only one in our room when they went missing. Didn't really make us feel great about leaving anything in our room or the safety from the head staff/security. Other than this, the resort is nice. We stayed there 5 years ago and had an amazing time. That was under different ownership though.

  Awesome Vacation!

  We recently spent a wonderful week at Dreams Huatulco. This resort exceeded our expectations in many ways! The room was clean and well maintained. We had a “preferred” ocean front room and the view was fabulous! It was located above the main plaza area so we could watch most of the entertainment from our balcony. Because of this location, there was some noise but it wasn’t excessive and was over by 11 pm. The special events at the plaza were elaborate and well planned. A lot of effort went into setting them up and making it a special event! The food was great, especially the ala carte restaurants. We went to all of them except the Mexican restaurant. The buffets were average with a decent selection, although some of the food wasn’t always the freshest. The beach was very clean and well maintained. We were able to enjoy swimming every day! The staff were amazing and willing to accommodate however they could. Sandy and Alvaro at the preferred club beach area were exceptional and went out of their way to help in any way they could! Daisy, concierge at the preferred check-in desk was also wonderful! She was so friendly and helped us many times from the time she checked us in until we left. Eduardo at the Seaside Grill also deserves special mention. He too was very friendly and accommodating! Truly, all of the staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond! Overall, our trip was amazing and we would definitely recommend Dreams! We hope to return again someday!

  Very Nice resort

  Very nice resort but it needs several "fix-ups" here and there. Breakfast was unbelievably delicious. The pools were gorgeous, as was the beach. Wish there were more pool lounging chairs, in 7 days we only were able to grab one once. People would reserve them at 6:30am and not use them until after 10:30am. This should not be allowed.
