Beautiful resort… Great Food… breathtaking views….amazing service. Brenda was an amazing server very attentive… highly recommended location for vacation and get away worth every penny spent. I will be coming back soon… bringing more people.

It was a beautiful experience, I'm very satisfied, the treatment about the waitress Kimberly was excellent, I loved the asian restaurant, most of all how the waitresses treat us, they where so helpful and kind, I hope visit Huatulco again very soon...

20th Wedding Anniversary Trip was so perfect!
Super clean and in such a great location! The staff were awesome and I was hugging everyone when we left! They made our anniversary so great! They care about safety so they will discourage you from being in the ocean if there is any texture to the water but it was so nice compared to San Diego!

Great resort to stay, definitely recommended. Multiple restaurants to choose from, great hospitality. Brenda was an amazing server for us. Great accomodations. Family friendly. Different events throughout. Clean rooms. Good spa services

Excellent Management and Staff
I just want to highlight the staff engagement, the true desire to sort out any hiccup or problem. We had a couple of issues on the first day, and two of the concierges (I think Gerardo and Ismael) sorted them out immediately. Also, the true friendliness of all the workers, from the gardeners, cleaning staff and receptionists. The hotel was kept very clean, and midweek was quieter than weekends.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
