Excellent resort to relax. Great food in the Asian and Italian restaurants. World cafe buffet exceptional. Outstanding service from Eliel at breakfast and lunch. Infinity pools have amazing view of the ocean. Outdoor dining events twice a week have huge selection of food, with great entertainment. We have been 3 times over the years and weather is always perfect. Highly recommend this location and resort.

Truly a lovely resort with a beautiful swimmable beach. Unfortunately they have many more guests than beach chairs and umbrellas so you'll have to be an early riser to get a good spot.

Great meal experience
Great service from Banely. Food was excellent! Restaurant World Cafe and atmosphere is awesome. Strongly recommend it.

The staff are amazing
We visited from January 13th to January 27th. I can't say enough for the staff they worked so hard to make our stay the very best. I'd like to mention a few that definitely stood out. Sandy and Alvaro (pool concierge). They have very difficult jobs because there are not enough umbrellas at the beach. I feel a hotel at this level should do better in that regard they definitely have the staff to do it!!!! Gerardo at the concierge desk in the lobby. Was so helpful. The food is good and very plentiful. The rooms are very clean and of course the good quality linens you would expect with a Dreams. I do feel that maintenance is lacking but the staff do the very best they can so corporate needs to do their part. We We used the hotel Dr while there but that wasn't a great experience. I'd recommend using Centro Medico Oroned if possible. Its 100 pesos ride there. We had the preferred package which I would get again for the preferred beach alone not the lounge so much the food wasn't warm and not fresh at times. The staff there wasn't as friendly as other places in the resort.
