We absolutely 💯 % loved the resort and we think very highly of the INCREDIBLE PREFERRED CLUB BAR TENDERS, ALEJANDRO AND JOEL WERE TOP NOTCH!!!!!!! WE ALSO LOVED the precious lady who made our yummy omelets every morning with a beautiful smile and a infectious attitude, she was simply ADORABLE AND SUPER SWEET! Everyone we encountered was very helpful and professional!!!!!!!!! We didn't want to leave*

Beautiful resort and location. After my bad experience in Dreams Tulum, this was refreshing. The rooms were new and with all upgrades. About 30 min from Dtwn which is what I preferred. Ocean front with the best sunsets.

✨Excellent service and delicious food! Our waiter Cesar went above and beyond with recommendations.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Restaurante Meraki! The service was outstanding Cesar our waiter went above and beyond. He not only took our orders with care but also recommended dishes and encouraged us to try the variety on the menu. The food arrived quickly was full of flavor and beautifully explained. An excellent experience from start to finish I’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful property! Super private and large!
This is a hidden gem. To get to the hotel property you have to drive down a dirt road and then go through a gate! Reviews were mixed online and I seriously do not know why. The property is HUGE and beautiful. The lazy pool was epic. However you have to bring your own tubes. (Or purchase them at the store for $25) Thankfully they did blow them up for me. Staff were all attentive everywhere! They walked around asking if we needed anything. The swim up bartenders were fast and cute! My daughters loved ordering mango smoothies all weekend long. The cups were a little old with scratches on them. It was so HUMID the weekend in mid August, so anything with ICE was refreshing and necessary. The hotel restaurants were fairly diverse. The buffet was great with different options. The room service was faster than expected but wish the menu was a little more diverse. Desserts here weren't as good but the creme brulee at Oceana was my family's favorite. The pool otherwise was clean and there was PLENTY of seating options. I moved the umbrellas around to get more shade.

Exceptional Service! Pedro Pablo was our waiter and did a phenomenal job not only on taking our orders, but recommending and encouraging us to try the variety of the menu! Bringing the food quick and explaining the ingredients!
