We had an amazing time here. The food was delicious, pools were perfect, and the view from our 7th floor room was incredible! Jonny/Jonathan was the best water aerobics instructor and the bike tour leader! Hector was amazing with the poolside service! We highly recommend this resort.

Birdies and Beaches
Very impressive resort! highly recommended this resort and golf cousre I host a group every year called Birdie and beaches this year we hosted 62 people,the feedback from our group was every positive! We will be back !

We loved getting spoiled with Oscar’s service around the pool. The man literally ran for us! Oscar and the pool staff get 5/5 stars I reduced the rating to 4/5 on this site as sometimes the food ( which should have been hot) in the buffet and preferred lounge was ice cold Other than that we really enjoyed being here

Perfect family vacation with amazing food and wonderful people!!
We had such a wonderful time during our stay! The resort truly exceeded our expectations. The food was consistently delicious — we’re always a bit nervous about all-inclusive food, but everything here was genuinely so good, fresh, and flavorful. Our room was beautiful, updated, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space — it truly felt like everything had been considered to make our stay comfortable. One of the highlights for us was the Explorers Club. It was amazing for our 4.5-year-old. The activities were fun, engaging, and the staff played with him and made the day exciting. He wanted to go back again, which says everything! But truly, the people made this trip unforgettable. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Esteban was absolutely incredible — by far the best waiter we’ve ever had at any resort. He remembered our preferences, went out of his way to make everything special, and made us feel so genuinely welcomed. He’s a huge part of why our stay felt so memorable. We also really appreciated Alonso, Silvestre, Hector, and Sandra (who made the best breakfast eggs!). Yulisa, the captain, was wonderful as well — warm, attentive, and helpful. We felt taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend this resort — we can’t wait to come back!

Great all inclusive for a resort centered stay.
Great place but it is far from the center and the food is lackluster for Mexican cuisine. The place has very little nods to the Mexican culture. The gift shop is over priced as well. Priced for tourists who don't/can't leave the resort.
