We had a nice stay at the resort. We had the preferred club amenities, which gave us access to their adults only pool and lounge with premier drinks. The property was beautiful (besides the coating of the outside flooring was coming apart). A special mention to Juan at the Preferred Club who went above and beyond to make our experience more enjoyable. His service truly stood out. The one downsize was the limited options for vegan or non-dairy guests, as most of the food had cheese or dairy. With all the restaurants at the resort, we thought we would have a better selection of things to eat. We were stuck eating the same thing, including a lot of fish. Some of it was good but still disappointed.

The buffet is great, the lady at the omelette stations is the best!! And the servers at the pool are great too! Bring your own floaty for the lazy river.

Sandra at the omelette station - superb
This is one specially for the lady in the omelette station. She was fabulous and even when the line was long she attended all guests with a smile. She was all alone in the e station for breakfast and she managed to attend everyone with great attitude and very fast. I hope she receives a great bonus for her excellent customer service

Resort is less than two years old so it's in good shape and rooms are very clean. The view to the ocean is breathtaking and the pools are awesome. Compared to other AM Resorts, this is one is smaller so dining choices and evening entertainment / activities are limited. Otherwise, good value.

We absolutely 💯 % loved the resort and we think very highly of the INCREDIBLE PREFERRED CLUB BAR TENDERS, ALEJANDRO AND JOEL WERE TOP NOTCH!!!!!!! WE ALSO LOVED the precious lady who made our yummy omelets every morning with a beautiful smile and a infectious attitude, she was simply ADORABLE AND SUPER SWEET! Everyone we encountered was very helpful and professional!!!!!!!!! We didn't want to leave*
